The staff was really nice. The apartments were clean, well keeped furniture, big and well distributed, ideal for 4 persons. The kitchinette was well equiped. The bed were comfortable. The location was silent and quite good.

Not many restaurants or grosseries close to the hotel, and when it's raining, which was our case, it's not comfortable.

The location was perfect.. We walked to monoprix and bought we could cook in the apartment. It was near miromesnil metro. You can walk to champs.. The staff were all nice and speaks goid english. Dela at the reception was extra nice and friendly. She gave us a room with the view of tour eiffel. We will surely come bk!!

A lot of space, large bathroom, kitchenett, free wifi.

No lamp near table, poor lamps near the bed - it was not possible to read a book, bad and very tricky wifi, microwave oven was broken.

I liked rooms appearance, breakfast room apearance, location, nearness of a metro station

The biggest disaster with the hotel is that they have charged my creditcard twice! Regardless that they have noticed this error 10 days after and sent my money back, this hotel will for me stay in a very unpleasant memory. Among other things that could be better are: old and dirty carpets need a change. There is a lack of bathroom amenities (there are only liquid soap and shower gel). Rooms vary in size - in the same price category (I.E. one-.bedroom room) you can get very, very small livingroom and bedroom and quite a big appartment. In a breakfast room we met a very impolite lady, who was counting how much do we eat and giving us not enough food for a buffet breakfast..

Location fine, near Champs Elesyee, near metro station in calm area, room was clean and very comfort, equipped with Kitchen stuff including Coffee maker, Microwave and dishwasher

Value a little pit high for family staying and some of staff are not very nice

I like the design of the room as it not easy to find big hotel room in Paris with such a price.

I didn't like their wifi service. Because its not stable and during my stay the wifi service has been down for almost 2 days. Beside, I've stay in there for 4 nights, however there isn't any housekeeping to clean up my room at all.

The staff is really friendly .

Poor wifi

The hotel is very well located, not far from Champs Elysées Av., not far from shopping centers (Lafayette), not far from theaters (Opéra Garnier) and museums (Louvre). There are small self service markets, boulangeries, and a laundry. You have a metro station just 200 m from the hotel. The room is well equipped, clean, bright, quiet. There was no bad surprises.

our stay was for seven nights and the laundry provided was not operational for the full seven days had to walk to laundamat,

I staied with My famil (2 suits). Suits furniture is very good and clean. Full Aminities (microwave, freg, kitchenware, . .). Airconditioned, room cleaning is done based on request with a charge. Laundry room is available (Washer & Dryer) Plus garbage room. Front desk are frendly.

The internet was not working during my 5 days stay.
