Pierre & Vacances Haguna is in the center of Biarritz, just 1000 ft from the beach. The self-catering residence offers spacious apartments with fully-equipped kitchens. The studios and apartments at the Haguna are fully furnished and include a TV, a separate living area and a private bathroom. The kitchens include cooking facilities, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Guests can choose the Comfort Formula, which must be purchased online before the arrival. Location near to beach and centre,good if you have a young family as there was Playstation 3 Pool Table and a Library with a good selection of English Books. The Hotel Staff were very friendly and accommodating. As we have no intention of complaining, I would however like to point out that the Studio room that was allocated to us on arrival was far to small and not good value for money, fortunately, we were given a choice of 2 other rooms (which were for four people), one of which was acceptable. However, If it had been high season, I doubt we would have had a choice. I think it is fair to point out,the size of the studio room should be mentioned on your website and the fact that none of them have a balcony. We would book with yourselves again, but we would dot the i,s and cross the ,t,s to make sure the room was to our satisfaction.

A very convenient location, within 5 minutes walk of the beautiful beach, restaurants and shopping. Although basic, it does have all you need, and is clean and comforable as a base to explore the area. There was building work going on next door and across the road - not a problem for us as we stayed Friday to Monday, and it wasn't until Monday morning that the racket started!!

The location was ideal and for self catering accommodation it was fine. The quality of the accommodation for the price was incredibly outweighed. The apartment was very basic and considering the cost per night equated to a night in a nice hotel, it absolutely wasn't worth the money. We also had to pay extra money to use the car park which I thought was unreasonable. I therefore would not recommend this venue.

great location, flats are a bit 'tired' but fine. Did not like the fact that the floor and the room/flat we were given smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, after complaining we were moved. Why no non-smoking accommodation? Has made me wary of using Pierre et Vacances again if this is the policy they have. No non-smoking rooms/flats

Es un lugar estupendo para una familia. Tiene todo lo que te hace falta para estar cómodos y a gusto. Buenas camas, buen baño, limpio, el personal super amable, bien ubicado, fácil acceso, una mesa cómoda para un desayuno y una cena, menaje mas que bueno. Se pilla por tdt tanto los canales franceses como los españoles lo que a la hora de volver al hotel después de un día callejeando los críos agradecem muchísimo (y los padres también :) )

Fundamentalmente limpio y bien situado. Tranquilo y bien organizado. Recomendable para fines de semana en plan familiar. Sin lujos pero correcto. Nos hemos alojado un fin de semana super caluroso y nos faltaba el aire acondicionado ya que nuestra habitación era un horno a diferencia del resto de las habitaciones que habían ocupado el resto del grupo. Bastante ruido en el exterior por la noche.

Le fait que Pierre et Vacance se soit associé avec le wwf a un impact négatif sur la puissance de la douche. Faible puissance, donc on reste plus longtemps sous la douche surtout lorsqu'on a des cheveux longs à laver.

Etablissement bien placé et propre. A 140 euros la nuit, il manque quelques petites choses : Pas de réception à partir de 19h00 ; Télévision vraiment minuscule ; Internet payant, 5 euros par jour

Accueil d'une grande amabilité, équipement satisfaisant (dans les chambres et en mise à disposition), bonne situation, parking couvert disponible à un tarif très correct (ce n'est pas si facile de se garer dans le quartier), appartement très fonctionnel et propre.

La situation géographique idéale . Et voyager avec une petite de 3 ans , c'est pratique de pouvoir cuisiner une assiette de pâte tout simplement. Et l accueil très satisfaisant La vaisselle un peu trop sommaire et l insonorisation si il y a du monde

L'hotel est à la fois proche des commerces et de la plage principale.L'appartement est très bien équipé meme lorsqu'on a un petit bout de 2 ans avec nous ( chaise haute, poussette).Tres pratique pour une petite escapade en famille. Il y avait des travaux sur la grande rue qui occasionnait du bruit en journée. Un supplément de 25 euros a du etre facturé pour pouvoir bénéficier du calme coté jardin... Et enfin il manque une piscine à cet établissement.

Bonne situation, près de la plage et du centre ville. Appartement bien équipé, rien à redire. Le bruit insupportable des travaux face à la Résidence Haguna rend cette adresse à déconseiller pendant un certain temps. La construction d'un autre immeuble, à côté de la résidence, prévue pour l'année 2012 rend le quartier peu recommandable. Dommage, c'était une bonne adresse!

чистые комнаты, хорошо оборудованная кухня, относительно близко к пляжу, вполне стоит своих денег шумная дорога под окнами. Также необоходимость въезжать строго с пяти до восьми вечера. После этого все закрывается и процесс получения ключей требует нескольких звонков куда-то в штаб-квартиру Pierre-vacances (расположенную даже не в Биарритце)
