location nice pool nice kitchen
Staff was amazing and very helpful, facilities were very nice as there was a swimming pool and tenis courts. Close to the beach.
There was a mould on the ceiling and the smell in the room wasn't nice. Sofa bed wasn't very comfortable as well but the room was big enough for 3 of us, balcony and kitchen were great addition too.
Friendly staff spoke many languages. Great location. Breakfast could be booked the day before for collection at reception. Not far from a stretch of beach which didn't get too busy. Nice pool. We didn't bother hiring a car and got around on public transport very easily.
Tired accommodation. For example: Corner broken on hob top. Electric switches loose on walls. Curtains didn't run the whole length of the windows - Nice is bright in the morning. Shower head wobbly - mould in shower. Fridge handle insecure. Woken by fire alarm twice. Sound proofing inadequate. We had one quite week and then a very noisy second week lots of shouting at 3 a.m. Depends on your neighbours.
Excelent access to St Laurent du Var and Cros De Cagnes, with countless high quality eating places to choose from. Easy to get to Nice, Monaco, Grasse, Cannes and further beyond. Good swimming pool and very secure access into the grounds. Air-conditioning was a god-send. Staff more than helpful and the residents were a delight.
Kitchen facilities were OK but could have been improved with the addition of a toaster. Having to pay for Wi-Fi was a little disappointing. Although soap and shampoo were provided free, toilet tissue wasn't. I'd have preferred it the other way around.
Very good location just at the seaside; very friendly & helpful staff speaking very good English. Tennis courts, pool. Area of the hotel monitored; acces only for the residents.
Rooms definitely need renovation. Pictures are not presenting the real interiors. Very small room for 4 people. No acess to free wi-fi. Problems with trash containers - they are located indoor, sometimes smell was awful. You have to take care of everything by yourself even toilet paper or trash bags.
Close to the sea and to restaurants Close to marina club friendly atmosphere Nice swimming pool
There is no room service. Wifi is poor. Reception close at 8 PM. in Your first visit will stock for a while as the gate needs a pass-code which as a new guest not having yet.
Location is good
Size of the room- too small. Can not imagine 4 people staing there.
Swimming Pool Fresh bread and croissants every morning Location to Beach
Local restaurants don't serve evening meals until 7pm. Public bus too busy if you have small children and a buggy.
We were able to get into the room after 7 pm! Hooray!
Not exactly suitable for four people as it was advertised! Very poor facilities. Coffee or tea is available only from vending machines.
Dark hallways that smells. Poor location Init 20 is at the back of the residense.
Staff, location, concept.
Although I tried to speak French the staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly and helpful. Good security with coded entry to the grounds and garage.
The WiFi was good value but it was very difficult to connect, I had to keep resetting the hub. Every time my phone went into lock mode it disconnected and I had to reconnect with more resetting of the hub, very frustrating.
The relaxed friendly attitude of staff and surroundings ideally situated to explore the riviera from saint tropez in the west to monaco in the east.
No towel or bed linen change during the stay except for a paid option
Location, close to the beach and nice restaurants.
In first place the swimming pool was closed. The website says that the pool is open from April to November. I went from the 6th to 11th of April and was closed. The room does not have the same aspect that in the photos of the website and the furniture is updated and damaged. The charged the money before I went, so its not true that you do not pay nothing until you go there. Nobody asked for any documents to confirm my identity. Nobody checked the conditions of the apartment with me, after I left. The internet doesn't work in the room, we had to go to the reception area to use it. They only change the towels and bed linen once per week, not twice how they said. Doesn't worth the money you pay. Long walk to go to the shops and they are really expensive.
The pictures were on the website look nothing like what it's like in real life. The rooms felt dirty. For example there was a huge booger on the wall. My feet were black after walking around on the floor for a little. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. You don't get much toilet paper. And the location was horrible for public transportation use.
The accommodation very comfort n have a lot of facilities. The location very nice view coz' nearly to beach.
But the location too far from town n limited bus to go there. Not enough information about the public transportation in the room or hotel.
The staff were really friendly and sorted out any problems straight away. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were adequate for our purposes. The sofa bed was big and comfortable - something which is unusual! Although the bathroom was small, the shower was fantastic, one of the best I have used on a trip. The kitchen was really well equipped. The reception staff accomodated all of my requests even though it was short notice.
The decor in the communial area (in particular on the second floor) was old and dark. There were no carpets on the floor, which made it echo / noisy (especially with children!) I don't know if they are redecorating during the winter. It did not ruin our stay.
Close to Port St Laurent du Var and not too far to bus station and train station
People above my flat were pulling furniture, chairs all the time ... so it was noisy. I had to ask for a hair dryer. (no hair dryer in the bathroom)
Nice location close to the port, the beach and the town center.
Good location handy to restaurant strip.
Bed provided was not as advertised and was a fold out sofa bed and not exactly comfortable. No towels were provided and we had to pay an additional 6 Euros per person to get some towels
The staff were very pleasant and friendly.
The room was very small especially for a family with older children. The bunk beds were small and uncomfortable for adults. Also the interior of the room felt tired and dated. The public corridors were very dark at all times of the day and difficult to manouver with suitcases. The hotel does not feel particularly welcoming with the security gates which you have to wait to be opened. I was also disappointed to discover I had to pay for wifi. We only stayed one night in this hotel but we wouldn't have wanted to stay for much longer.
