Résidence Pierre & Vacances « Heliotel Marine »

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at the reception desk. Both Janne and Coraline helped me with some difficult problems regarding my passport and the public transportation systems.

The jogging track along the riverbank was not paved, (although the promenade running along the beach was an excellent place for jogging.)

Great Stay for the money, will stay any time again.

Friendly Staff Well equiped kitchen

The WiFi (paid) --Our room was in a dead spot. I had to sit in the hallway to send and receive email and access Internet. The staff attempted to email the vendor but no response.

Spacious rooms, clean inside, nice staff Equipped kitchen! There is everything you might need to dine... Location - close to Nice, not noisy, quiet place... Car is MUST! Cap3000 (big shopping mall) is couple of minutes away

Awful parking spaces... each of them is separated by a huge stone column, very narrow. Hard mattresses, narrow beds...not really for 5 people. There are two single beds, two sofas (VERY hard) and one sliding bed with a mattress Small TV

It can take a family larger than 4

There was not enough bedding, despite stating that we are a family of 5 and there was only 1 towel between us all. We arrived after reception had closed, so there was no way to remedy the situation. The attention to detail was very poor.

Despite being at the height of the holiday season, staff were helpful and cordial (on the whole!). Studio was adequate in terms of confort and space and location and facilities were excellent

Nice apartment with a great terrace. Nice pool area and great staff! The bed could have been a lot better, but other than that, a great place to stay.

The madrases wasn't any good.

Excellent location, very good security, close to the beach, good facilities (tenis, pool, playground for children), clean place.

We had very irritating problems with the internet. We have payed for it, but it didn't function for the whole two days, and inspite of our insisting they didn't prolong it. We also had problem with the receptionist named Sandra, who was not kind at all, didn't even want to call the internet service as if it was not her and hotel's problem. Quite a contrary, receptionist named Kristof was very kind all the time and helpful whenever needed. It is not very convenient that appartments are not beiing cleaned during the stay because you don't have the adequate equipment to do it yourself (for bathroom especially). Very unsharp knives.

Nice pool and gardens ,parking facility's good

Quite difficult to find, signs very small rooms could do with a coat of paint. You need an entrance code for entry& exit which kind of gives an uneasy feel to the place.

Nice reception, good place, it's really comfort to live for a few days

The hotel is located in a very good area of Nice in front of the beach good acces to the motorway, quite area no too much traffic, the facilities are very good, the staff is exellent. No last but less the room was clean and comfortable

The seaside was really close, there is a playground for kids, there's a bus stop nearby. Had all the cutlery present, enjoyed the balcony. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

The playground was untidy. There were road works being done on the hotel territory every morning from early hours just outside our windows which was rather noisy an we weren't warned about it. In order to get to seaside you have to cross a very busy highway.

They don't have towels, payful wi-fi.

в номере нет полотенец, предложили за дополнительную плату 6 евро с человека, матрас во второй комнате на двухместной кравати был очень старым, пружины давили. за три дня номер ни разу не убирали. Интернет платный. Покупали на три дня 10 евро, но это не вай фай, можно было пользоваться только с того компьютера с которого покупали. На другой компьютер надо было снова платить 10 евро.

L'accueil est parfait et les appartements très lumineux. La résidence est bien située à quelques dizaines de mètres du port de Saint Laurent.

Les horaires d'ouverture de la piscine sont un peu juste et ne permettent pas d'en profiter après une journée de visite.

Bra läge. Nära havet. Många busslinjer. Parkering ordna.

Förr fick man ett kit med ren-göringsgrejer till köket, diskmedel etc. Kökshandduk vore också bra.

Vam triar l'apartament per asistir durant el cap de setmana al Master 1000 de Monte-Carlo de tennis. Bona situació i enllaç per sortir d'una ciutat caòtica per circular amb cotxe
