Very helpful and friendly staff, gorgeous little beach, very good value for money!

The location was great! Parking was free and was safe.

The staff is horrible. If you choose to vacation with this chain call them directly. We had read reviews on here about hidden fees so I called the company. They assured me linens, towels and cleaning were included. Towels were not and part of the cleaning was. They told me I should have called them directly and not the company. Also, problems with smoke. Smoke was vented into our room through air vents and through drafty doors.

The rooms were in poor condition, not well maintained,heating was not working, and bathroom in very bad state. This hotel is not fit to belong to P&V chain.

On arrival there was no receptionist on duty and we needed to make two phone calls, using our own phone before we were finally able to get a key to our room. However, only half our reservation had been processed, the suggested alternative was my friend sleep in a recently vacated, but not cleaned unit. The on-site shop was closed for renovations, but no alternative arrangements had been made. Would not stay again, nor recommend it.

Great location

It was cold outside and the heat didn't work in our room, so we all slept very poorly due to being so cold. By the time we realized the heat problem, the reception was closed. When we arrived, they initially gave us the key to an occupied room. Once we got in the right room, we couldn't find the third child bed (our two bedroom meant a bedroom, bath, and main room with table, kitchenette, two sleeping couches plus a trundle under one). On my third trip to the reception desk, they told me where to find the trundle and when I asked gave me sheets for it. Once I made up all the beds (you have to do that yourself), I realized there was one single and one double blanket for a double and 3 single beds, so I made one more trip up, after closing time, to get more blankets so 2 kids didn't freeze. They also charge 6 Euro each to rent bath towels instead of providing them. They also had to change our original reservation when the room we booked through booking.com was not available.

Everything! Gorgeous location, great value, nice staff. This was our fifth stay over the last ten years and we were impressed with the updated apts.

Nothing except regretting the switch from real oven to microwave in the kitchenette.

On arrival we were greated by friendly staff, the check in was easy. The residence itself was easy to find, and the bus stops right outside the residence. The pool was clean, but is a little deep for really young children. We stayed in the 6/7 person apartment and there was ample room for a family of 4, it would not be over crowded if 6 people were to stay, with a separate double bedroom, and separate bunk room. There were 2 sofa beds in the living area, which 1 converts to a double bed if needed. The cooking facilities in the apartment were good with plenty of plates, knives forks etc The kitchen/accomodation was clean. Overall we had a really great experience and fantastic holiday and would look to book at l'ange Gardien again.

The check in service is appalling. It is the only place I have ever stayed where there is no one to greet you if you arrive late in the evening. We arrived after a very late flight with 3 small children, including a tiny baby to a locked door and a dark lobby. The only reason we got in was because another guest happened to come through the lobby while we were outside the door and opened it from the inside for us. Once inside it was totally unclear what to do and took some time for us to work out how to contact someone to try to find any information about our booking. When we did finally get to the room it was absolutely tiny. So small that the cot we had asked for could not be put up anywhere. We are a family of 5 but there were only beds made up (and bedding provided) for 3 people. We did not see a member of staff for 3 days until we came to leave when the woman on reception chatted on our phone while we left. She shouted after us that she needed to see our passports but had been uninterested in finishing her personal phone call to speak to us when we were in reception. We left without speaking at all. Dreadful service.

Vi var besteforeldre, foreldre og barn. Meget fine omgivelser, kort vei til strand, fint svømmebasseng. Grei leilighet med fin uteterrasse. Fint grøntareale foran leilighetene.

Informasjon og åpningstider i resepsjonen. Den var stengt et par dager da vi ankom, og nøklene fikk vi via en safe etter et par besværlige telefoner med ventetid - hvor vi til sist fikk tak i nøklene. Kodeskifting til portene uten forutgående informasjon.

Le manque de matériel de cuisine. La propreté. L'exiguité des pièces, malgré le choix d'un appart. 4,5 personnes pour deux! Le prélèvement fait sur mon compte bien avant notre arrivée!

ns n'etions pas sur la reservation la premiere nuits et ns ont donc mis ds un appart tres petit puis le lendemain ns avons du changer d'appart pr un plus grd. les appartements n'etaient pas propres.

Fidèle client de nombreuses années, apprécie le cadre merveilleux, retourne volontiers, malgré les inconvénients *

* victime de 2 vols, un de nuit à l'intérieur de l'appart. en notre présence, l'autre d'un véhicule Ranger Rover. En raison de ces incidents, demande d'un appart. à l'étage vers les 620 : réservation jamais satisfaite. Dommage ! QUE FAUT-IL FAIRE ?

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, il kit disponibile per la cucina e la struttura dell'appartamento.

Mancanza di pulizia, mancanza di armadi per un soggiorno di una famiglia per un periodo superiore ai due giorni di permanenza. In oltre la prenotazione fatta con Voi "Booking . com" non era arriavata al Residence.

La posizione, bello il colpo d'occhio sulla spiaggia e la piccola baia.

Personale scorbutico e non professionale. Ho ricevuto una sistemazione diversa (e peggiore!) di quella prenotata con gravi disagi e con spesa di circa 100 euro superiore al dovuto.

Хорошее расположение. В 5 мин от пляжа, удобно было добираться с детьми пешком, несмотря на то, что довольно крутой спуск и один ребенок был в коляске. Территория отеля очень чистая

Struttura elegante, verde molto curato e possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. Gli appartamenti comprendono tutti gli accessori necessari per il soggiorno, lavastoviglie compresa (situazione non sempre riscontrabile negli appartamenti vacanza).

Gli appartamenti, per quanto ben arredati, sono un pò piccoli; l'appartamento da 5 è in realtà idoneo per 3 adulti ed un bambino al massimo.

Fremragende beliggenhed, fed pool. En god strand, stor natur oplevelse. Vi vil gerne komme tilbage til Résidence Pierre & Vacances I'Ange Gardien..

Fin trädgård och pool, underbar utsikt. Rent och prydligt. Trevlig personal, helt OK snackbar. Bra brödservice. Mycket bra och billiga bussförbindelser över hela Rivieran, när man väl lärt sig systemet. Fina promenadvägar längs Cap Ferrat.

Långt till affär, men funkar med buss 100 och 81. Tips, bensinmacken har drycker på gångavstånd. Booking borde upplysa om att poolen är djup. Vuxna bottnar inte. För småbarnsfamiljer borde det vara ett problem. Snacket om bäddservice efter två dagar kan ni ta bort. Finns inte, men det kan man leva utan.
