Value for money, proximity to beach and town centre. Friendly staff. Car parking.
Overall "run-down" appearance, even for November.
The location is good as close to the sea, yet part of it overlooks a park which is surrounded by apartments & is a nice place to sit & chill
Water came through the bathroom ceiling in a number of places- including one of the lights & the following day I discovered my clothing was damp as the water had also gone into a cupboard. Water came through ceiling second day in another area.
Lack of wardrobe space. Shower attachment worked intermittently
The location, the air conditioning.
The size of the bedroom, the size of the toilet. The fact that although I requested accomodation for me and my disabled wife, we were given a small flat with a toilet so tiny we had to leave the door open, and a bedroom whi was as small, there was only about 10 cm between the bed snd the wall, less at the bottom of the bed, which made it very difficult for my wife to get into bed. The receptionist did not seem to want to understand the problem, and instead of helping she just very coldly said" this is what you ordered and paid for. Instead of offering us an alternative even if it was more expensive. We have been very disappointed!!!!
very noisy bed
The location was excellent for the beach, handy for the shops and restaurants and convenient for bus and train links
Nightmare getting in because of air traffic controllers strike we arrived at 19:17. Staff had gone at 19:00 and locked up. Emergency french contact number on the booking form went to an answer machine. Another guest got us in to the underground garage so we could park the car and took us past the security gates to reception where we found another "emergency" number. Rang that and was given a security code to get our keys but it was the wrong number. Rang bookings.com in the UK who promised to help. Rang again 45 mins later - and finally got the right code for the key safe. When we got into the apartment we found that the rooms were tiny and no way suitable for 4 adults and luggage. No instruction leaflet for the mini oven, fridge instructions were for a different make and model. Concrete from the adjacent flat on the next level had fallen off the balcony and smashed through the canopy of the roof of the reception entrance. The toilet flooded the floor - reception sent for a plumber who did a first fix by wrapping the towels round the pipe the came back later to fix it properly. One of the 2 washing machines in the laundry was faulty and the receptionist had to get a plumber in to rescue our clothes. Shan't be going there again!
Close to the beach
there was a kitchen...
the hotel was empty upon arrival, it was nearly impossible to get hold of them over the phone, after finaly managing to cal them, their english was bad, and getting the keys for the room was a bit difficult. Parking is also not quite big enough...
