Nice view from higher floors and especially from the roof terrace. The price was good, especially if you are planning to stay longer/need more than one hotel room. Suites can fit four.

The beds are all singles and cannot be joined. The furniture is very basic. The breakfast lacked the good taste you find in France.

The Room Rent.

I am foriegner who do not have car. I would like to have breakfast included in the room rent because I have difficulty in searchinf for the food shop in the morning.

Ideal location, close to buses, 20 minute walk to old town, supermarket just across the road, public indoor swimming pool next door.

Appartment facilities were very basic. We had breakfast in the restaurant the first morning and this was very poor - not value for money.

Marvellous, quiet central loocation; close to railway station, buses ,harbour and old town.Don`t need a car(esp because of terrible traffic).Super spacious balcony(3rd floor) with brilliant views to sea castle and Nice.Enjoyed using the well equipped kitchen.

The "bedroom" for 4 person studios consists of windowless passage way with bunk beds. Ok for kids perhaps. This was not made clear in the blurb provided.

Rooftop pool very good. Short walk to Old Town.

Poorly equipped kitchen area (tiny cups, tiny glasses, few utensils, no kettle or coffee machine etc).

We found the accommodation quiet, comfortable, clean and well situated near the bus, railway station and old town. We liked the views from the balcony on both the old town and the harbour with trees and birdsong. The roof pool was very restful with great views. Staff were helpful if needed but not intrusive.

We found the directions given on the website confusing and the directions given from the railway station were inaccurate. This caused quite an amount of confusion on the first day. The 200 bus from Nice stopped close by and that was not indicated on the website. Directions need to be revised and given more accurately.

friendly staff, close to train station.

Uncomfortabl beds, didn't know about the 55euro cleaning charge, this meant cleaning the studio before we left or face paying more for cleaning. I wonder if the hotel cleans rooms routinely before the next occupant, or do you have to rely on the previous occupant cleaning properly?
