Pretty good location. Within reasonable distance to beach. It was easy to get around town and other areas of interest. Didn't like the fact that I had to bring my own linens and towels or else pay to rent the ones from the hotel. I also had to "clean" the room prior to leaving - meaning that I had to have the room wiped down and the trash removed. Considering the price paid, I would say that you could get a better deal from another hotel that included the linens and daily trash service. I also didn't like the fact that there was no parking available on site. While parking was free along the street, the parking garage was too small for a family vehicle.

Booking.com should make it clear on their website that this is not a hotel, but a residence. Guests are responsible for their own cleaning, bedsheets, and food. When we arrived, the woman at the desk was getting yelled at by some very angry guests who had reserved a "hotel" on booking.com only to find that it wasn't one.

The Residance was ok, I have been there before. The place was exactly what I expected. The very good matter was that even if the coldness was spreading over France at the moment I stayed there, in my room it was quite easy to survive! The stuff was polite.. The wifi-system worked otherwise properly, but Skype did not work: my computer said that the public network is not supporting Skype-phones.

The placement close to the railway station A lot of things: - the fact that we needed to pay 100 EURO / person deposit wasn't mentioned on the booking.com site; - one of the beds was foldable and the mattress was moving / sliding on the bed; - the beds didn't have any sheets on them, they needed to be rented separately; the foldable bed only had a (kind of) big towel on it... - although wireless internet was available, it wasn't free, neither in the rooms, nor in the reception. It was the first hotel where I saw that cheapness, I had free wireless even on the sea shore, on a poor island in Thailand, where the price was a 10th of this hotel; - before leaving the hotel, someone from the staff went to check the room and he saw that the garbage can was full; they refused to give use the deposit back until the garbage was taken away;

The Resideal was in a great location very near the train station and the bus stop from/to the airport and 15 minutes from the old town. The staff were lovely and the view from our balcony was superb.The room itself had everything one would need but was a little spartan. Perfect for us though and I would go back with my family. There were no obvious supermarkets nearby so we had to carry shopping a fair bit.

Convenient location (10 min walk to the railway station; 15 min walk to the old town). We really enjoyed the balcony as well as the pool on the top floor. The dishes, cutlery and shower curtain were really cheap and should be replaced. When guests want to buy internet service, please let them know that it is only available in the hotel lobby.

The pool Beds uncomfortable mainly sofa beds. Not worth €59 a night. No bed linin provided or towels and I had to clean the room myself before I left or I would've charged €78. Not a hotel at all

Location. To be honest it wasn't really a hotel, I was asked on arrival if we require bed linen & then had to pay an extra 58 euro's on top of the bookings.com price. Then we had to clean the room before leaving or pay 80 euros. The hotel sends these details after you have made the booking. We booked last minute so if we canceled the hotel would have charged us anyway...

The service is definitely French style but where else you could stay 3 nights for less than EUR 150 total in a room that can take four? Lack of small household items like dishwashing liquid or sponge.

Good price The girl at the end tried to charge me $50 euro because i didnt vac the floor, i had cleaned the whole place including bathroom and toilet, the floor wasnt even dirty. I could see buy her guilty look on her face she know she was trying to rip me off. She backed down when i made it clear that i would want the manager to see the room. Watch out for her.
