Per prima cosa le ragazze dell'accoglienza sono gentili e molto pazienti, è una struttura molto silenziosa e posizionata bene. |

La zona è tranquilla ed a poca distanza dalla stazione di Antibes, ma anche dal centro storico (circa 10 minuti a piedi). Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare anche le vicine località della Costa Azzurra. Si trova sulla rotta di atterraggio degli aerei che arrivano a Nizza. Il disturbo comunque non è eccessivo e la sera basta chiudere la finetra. |

L'hotel è situato in una buona posizione, facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada. Abbastanza vicino al centro ed al porto turistico. Facilità di trovare parcheggio (libero) La scarsa pulizia dei locali. E' segnalato come quattro stelle, ma sinceramente non rispecchia questa classificazione. La sistemazione era un monolocale con angolo cottura e divano letto, veramente tutto molto scadente. |

La disponibilità del personale 24 ore su 24; la rapidità negli interventi per risolvere eventuali problemi. Le ventole di aspirazione dell'aria forzata dei bagni, non funzionavano e questo dovrebbe essere un dispositivo che deve funzionare sempre in quanto non ci sono finestre...... |

La dimensione dello studio è confortevole, la vista del mare al terzo piano, la struttura è silenziosa e molto vicino alla vieille ville e alla stazione SNCF,la possibilità di portare il proprio cane,è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente l'auto vicino al residence Il riscaldamento dipende dal condizionatore che all'arrivo è spento |

gentilezza della staff, facilities. la pulizia dell'appartamento non dovrebbe essere lasciata ai clienti non e' sufficiente ad assicurare un livello di qualita', dovrebbe essere obbligatoria ad una cifra equa. |

The room was nice and had a little terace. The kitchen was very clean. As long as you know what to expect and bring bits and peices with you its good value for money especially for antibes. The reception staff weren't very helpfull, The Cups are tiny. The beds were twins and slid apart all the time. Theres a big building site next door at the moment. |

The location of Resideal Antibes to Antibes town is excellent. It was very quiet and staying here - we were not disturbed by other holiday makers. The floor in our studio apartment was really dirty (305). It needed a good vacuum and mop before we arrived. But apart from that the studio was fantastic with a brilliant shower. |

The only thing I liked at this hotel was the pool on the roof. All about this hotel is beyond anyone imagination, it's outrageous! First of all it's a 4* hotel :) never I would give a 2* maximum. The bed it's actually a sofa which you have to struggle to make it a bed, the bathroom is split between a toilet and the place to wash, smells in the room, and the greatest thing...hold on tight...you have to pay 36eu for the towels, and last but not least you have to clean the room when you leave or pay 50 eu. Please find another hotel!!! |

I liked the proximity to the station, the helpfulness of the staff, the pool, the baggage storage after we had checked out. I thought the facilities in the room could have been better i.e. cups were really tiny and there was no iron or hairdryer. Those things can be quite annoying when on holiday but other than that it was great. |

It was close to most things They charges 18 Euro per person for sheets and towels. Forget the car park unless you have a really small car. Beds very uncomfortable. |

We felt that the hotel was very central and safe. It was convenient to the marina and the old town and near to the bus and train. The bus, while slow was very good value. There are many beautiful villages to explore from this venue. |

Reasonable quality for the price, convenient for train station and walking into Antibes. Good base to explore the Cote D'Azur and Maritime Alps. the pull out bed for two adults...but it's a French thing!! |
