Location to Disney superb, facilities in room good for a family with small kids. Secure parking good, beds comfy. Hob in kitchen was slow to warm up and the dials had no writing on them so hard to operate. Cleanliness of room was not very good around the edges, although bedding was good. Shower head kept falling down meaning we had to hold it. Beds were falling apart and squeaked loudly every time I turned over waking my wife up (fortunately I had an allen key and fixed them muself in 5 minutes)

It was very easy to go to Disneyland and back, which, apart from the rate, was the reason why we had chosen it. The size of the apartment was ok for a family of 2 adults and 2 children (the children slept on a sofa bed). The bedding was clean. The bathroom was large and the towels were clean. We would say that the apartment was good to sleep in. The apartment could have been cleaner. It had been cleaned, but not thoroughly. There was dirt and grease on the hob, so we did not use it to cook meals. The microwave was dirty (previous guests must have burnt food in it). To have a light meal we had to share cutlery and plates. The pots and pans hadn't been cleaned well, so we did not use them.

The distances to the trainstation, the shopping mall and the foodcourt. The school on the other side of the road and the trucks/busses passing at very early times.

The rooms are very basic, but good value for money, especially if your aim is to spend your time at Disneyland or La Valle Shopping Village with a group of friends. The attitude of the staff was rather French. It took two of them 5 minutes to decide who was going to check me in, while they were chatting in the other room.

Close to a big mall , close to rer station and Disney land, friendly staff... Had someone knocking at the door at night we did not open the door.. A little scary.. Reception closed at night.

Excellent location: 1 rer station to Disneyland. The hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful. We were not charged for our 9yr child. The apartment contains all you need for a comfortable living. 5 min on foot to the rer station, where a lof of cafes are located. There were no bottleopener in our cuttlery set :-)

Erm, the pillow was nice... Much too basic for my liking and the price... Not well laid out, cold, bad bed and dirty curtains. The pipes made the most awful noises through the night and the traffice outside - I was on the 1st floor - was disturbing. The safe was locked and coming and going rather early / late, meant I couldn't report it to be fixed.

Location: just 5 minutes walk from RER Station Val d'europe. Breakfast. Once you open the sofa, you don't have enough space to move around the bed. This happened in my room (003).

Internet is fast. Near by a very big mall and shopping centre. A few steps far from the train station. They have lots of brochures of the amazing touristic places and the most sightseeings of Paris & Disneyland. I like the self-service automatic check-out machine when the reception closes. Well-secured and recommended! Reception is not 24/7

The location of the hotel is great, near the shopping mall Val d'Europe. The room was very small, the bed really hard, and there was a smell of cigarette smoke coming in through the vent in the bathroom.

Excellent location. One train stop to Disneyland Paris and a short walk to Val d' Europe shopping Mall. I have stayed at the hotel a few times before, and Have always known that you get what you pay for. This being said, I was disappointed by a few little repairs That hadn't been made that should have been. No towel rail In the bathroom, a light bulb that hadn't been changed. No soap, shampoo, Slippers, which I had in my room last time we stayed. Thisbeing said, I would stay again as the hotel still has more Positives than negatives.

The location was excellent and very easy to find. One stop on the rer to Disneyland and a 5 min walk to the train station. Close to the Val d'Europe shopping mall and Aquarium Sea Live Val d’Europe. The reception is quite friendly and willing to help for any services.Convenient and quiet location. I will stay here again. Poor lighting.

Excellent location for shopping and Disneyland. Price's reasonably good and the staff's very helpful and speak good English. There are train station and bus stops which take you to Paris and Disneyland which is only 1 stop away. The frying pans were filthy and there was no kettle, which is a very basic household facility nowadays. With a dirty pan, I was worried about the hygiene when boiling water to make my baby a bottle of milk. We got 2 single bed and a double sofa bed instead of 1 double bed and one double sofa bed , which was what we've booked on the your website.

The apartment was clean and included everything required for a short stay (except a kettle). The shower head needed descaling but in all the apartment was good accommodation if perhaps slightly overpriced (but then for three people it probably wasn't really). The apartments are close to great transport links, Val d'Europe shopping village and Disneyland.
