Excellent location. One stop on the RER to disneyland and a few min walk to the train station. Even closer to the Val d'Europe shopping mall and massive supermarket, the food is on the ground floor. Have stayed here twicenow and I have already booked for a couple of nights in December. Love having a small kitchen so we could make sandwiches and our own breakfast. Saved us a lot of money and tasted better than Disneyland lunches.

This is an apartment hotel and you need to think of it as a home away from home. Nobody will make your bed or pick up your towels for you. You get whatyou pay for.

Excellent location for shopping and Disneyland. Price's reasonably good and the staff's very helpful and speak good English. There are train station and bus stops which take you to Paris and Disneyland which is only 1 stop away.

The frying pans were filthy and there was no kettle, which is a very basic household facility nowadays. With a dirty pan, I was worried about the hygiene when boiling water to make my baby a bottle of milk. We got 2 single bed and a double sofa bed instead of 1 double bed and one double sofa bed , which was what we've booked on the your website.

Location to Disney superb, facilities in room good for a family with small kids. Secure parking good, beds comfy.

Hob in kitchen was slow to warm up and the dials had no writing on them so hard to operate. Cleanliness of room was not very good around the edges, although bedding was good. Shower head kept falling down meaning we had to hold it. Beds were falling apart and squeaked loudly every time I turned over waking my wife up (fortunately I had an allen key and fixed them muself in 5 minutes)

Good location, near the train station. The parking is on the basement of the building and you can get the lift directly from there.

The toilet sit was broken. The apartment was not very clean.

It was near a large shopping compley and only one train stop away from Disneyland Paris.

Trucks drove throught the night and was therefore very difficult to sleep. Too hot to leave window closed, but as there was no air-conditioging we had to open window. Very basic accommodation. Had to ,ake up extra sofa bed ourselves. Restaurants nearby served very low quality food. Fine for budget accommodation for families wanting to visit Disneyland Paris.

This is my 3rd visit to the hotel. I always stay here when I go to Disneyland Paris. It's clean, so close to rer station (5mins walking), huge supermarket 'Auchen' is right down the road and it always amazes me how quiet the hotel is. I have been having 1 bedroom suite but might try single studio next time as pull out bed was as comfortable as normal queen size bed. I also like that I can open windows fully. As rer station is so close, it was easy to get to Paris, too. It was great to have free wifi. Instruction for using wifi was very straight forward and I had no problem with signal.

I wasn't sure if there was air condition system in a room. There were instructions for using wifi and room safe but nothing for air condition.

The location of the hotel is great, near the shopping mall Val d'Europe.

The room was very small, the bed really hard, and there was a smell of cigarette smoke coming in through the vent in the bathroom.

Excellent location. One train stop to Disneyland Paris and a short walk to Val d' Europe shopping Mall.

I have stayed at the hotel a few times before, and Have always known that you get what you pay for. This being said, I was disappointed by a few little repairs That hadn't been made that should have been. No towel rail In the bathroom, a light bulb that hadn't been changed. No soap, shampoo, Slippers, which I had in my room last time we stayed. Thisbeing said, I would stay again as the hotel still has more Positives than negatives.

Its private and the staff are nice. Its a good deal, considering its location near paris.

The beds are most uncomfortable, a no go for couples who are concerned with bed squeaking.

Solid, secure hotel with parking (fee). Hard to find without GPS, streets are not well marked. Would be good for a Disney visit. Mini Kitchen was adequate.
