arrived late to find nothing open around the area. thought tea,coffee and water would have been supplied. bit dissapointed !

Private secure parking. Space for bed room. Value for the money.

#1.Shower did not work well. Very little presser. I could not wash my # hair. No hair dryer in the room. #2. Made came in our room while we # were sleeping. She open the door then she did not closed door. When # we wake up, door was wide open. Any body came to my room to take my # blogging. Stuff on the front desk in the morning was not helping my # situation.

The idea of a small kitchen with a small apartment - was nice. The space would have been appreciated if it wasn't so depressing and dirty.

Didn't care for the roaches in the kitchen- the dirty bathroom with a dead roach in the tub. The fact that the female staff was rude- the gentlemen was attempting to help with our questions on where to go to eat. I didn't like paying over $250 e for a room that was not even close to being that caliber of a hotel, especially with it being posted in the elevator for a weekend stay for 65- we stayed over the weekend. Didn't like the fact that there was no shower curtain and we had to wipe up water after using the tub/shower. The mattress was old and the linens even older-- We needed 10.00 in change to purchase a ticket to the metro and the hotel desk person would only give us 5.00-"it is not possible to give you anymore" There was a coin box at her finger tips. Not Impressed At All This questionnaire needs to be reworked -

Located in a quiet place not far from the undeground station. Nice and friendly staff, clear and precise instructions if you arrive late at night. Nicely equipped room. Possibility to cook

Was convenient as a one night stop off. Self contained and roomy, Although close to the railway it was quiet and safe. Ate nearby at a Japanese sushi bar and there was a supermarket 5 mins walk away.

Very very basic, almost like student accomodation and pretty expensive too.

The room was comfortable, well-equipped, modern, quiet, and had a nice enough view. Receptionists were friendly. The location is a bit out of the centre but five minutes from a metro station, so I was lucky to get it for the Fête des Lumières, when everything is booked.

The breakfast was chaotically organized. Guests had no access to the coffee machine and you had to ask ten times for a coffee, ten times for hot milk, and you could forget about a second cup, after waiting fifteen minutes for the first one. It didn't help that the staff were incompetent and unpleasant, but the appalling coffee arrangements were mainly to blame. They're not used to serving so many people.

Was very happy with the stay but as an English speaking couple we were not happy as the staff could not understand us and a bit of confusion and the girl at receptIon was very abrupt as we asked for an iron to press my shirts but said there was no iron but the girl before said the iron was being used by someone else so I got the impression as we are English help was not adequate !!!!!

Accommodation was great location was great people were helpfull and very friendly.

I chose the hotel for its location close to family and very near metro and bus service. Good communication received from the hotel regarding reception opening times and leaving procedure. Room was clean with nice balcony

Very noisy from the trains opposite and no air conditioning - do you sleep with window open and suffer the noise or close it and suffer the heat? No cork screw in kitchen or available from hotel and no telephone so calls could not be transferred to room! Thought price was too high

As we arrived on a Sunday we had to get details of access to the hotel...we e-mailed the hotel who sent us details of entering Lyon...e- mailed again for entry to hotel and garage and finally she replied (Amandine) We arrived on Sunday with instructions on the check in machine....entered the details we were informed reservation nof found...fortunately a passing French couple came to our aid...as our French is not good they telephoned an emergency number and after some time finaly got us our key...it was an absolute nightmare.After us 3 other couples came to check in and had the same trouble.The next day Amandine was on the desk ...she said that they had misspelt our name but why I asked her were the other guests names misspelt...later the repair man was at the machine....we understand problems but we do not like being lied to.

Late check-in was by machine - impressive. The rooms a clean, everything on place. Good combination of price/location. Would stay again with my children.

No dryer in the room, no kettle. There may be difficulties with parking. No shops around - only train station.

I liked park & suites because of its confort. I went there with my friends first and after one week I went back with my family. You have everything you need in the room and it is very clean. Next to it there is a metro stop. Super!

I was not able to use internet maybe because I needed the cable. I couldn't find the wifi and reception was closed because it was sunday.

Pour un Appart hôtel pas de kit pour laver la vaisselle et 2 verres pour 4 personnes c'est un peu juste alors qu'il est proposé pour 4 !!!

Lokatie, ruimte in app, balkon, goed bed, voldoende linnengoed

Geen waterkoker, geen kurketrekker (werd op verzoek gegeven dan wel uitgeleend), licht boven spiegel in badkamer defect, warm water kennelijk dmv boiler, is handig om van te voren te weten. Info aan de balie over winkelvoorziening onjuist (nl wel winkels in nabijheid, itt tot info). Er was maar een leeslamp aanwezig in het app, plafondlichten hiervoor onvoldoende. In de zomer mogelijk last van station bij open ramen. Met raam dicht goede geluidsisolatie.

Propreté, calme, prix, confort de l'appartement, proximité des transports en commun.

Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine + bouilloire.

Literie Proximité du métro

Saleté : draps tachés, taies d'oreiller probablement pas lavées aux vues des poils/cheveux dessus, etc Manque de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine (2 verres, 2 cuillères seulement) pour un appart' pouvant accueillir 4 personne. Table petite pour 4.
