Thought the place was clean and breakfast was very good and staff very good at breakfast and reception. On the whole very good value for money. We'd return as a family but would be anti a sofa bed as pretty horrid to sleep on
The sofa bed smelt badly and stained. We had a stained sheet on the sofa bed. The sofa bed was a real let down as smelt dirty and uncomfortable
Small kitchen Fridge Reception staff Size of bed Location
TV too small Pillows Loud Shower too small and no space for soap or shampoo
close to city center by bus #11 helpful staff. clean well equipped kitchen. food market within walking distance. very quiet hotel.
not on a bus route from the airport. taxi will cost 25EU
Easy to get to the airport Having a kitchen, meagre though it was, so I could cook a meal indoors (being alone as a 50+ woman this is sometimes a good idea in France) Size of room
A long way from any restaurants or shops; tired and hungry and having found the place, I had to get up and go out again.
Very basic, dirty and old apartment. Not comfortable at all.
Plenty of space in the apartment
Dull decor, uncomfortable sofa, no balcony, horrible view, external areas in poor state of repair, a bit like a prison cell I imagine.
Great space in all rooms. We had requested a ground floor apartment as we had a dog and also got a patio door to the gardens - it was very nice. Good parking available which was good because we were also towing a trailer.
Easy access from motorway. Comfy beds.Kitchen facilities.Great value for money
good facilities e.g. kitchen/diing and bathroom
communal gardens could be tidier
I did not like that I was charged before I arrived to the property, having incurred in additional costs due to currency exchange when I was going to pay in cash. Apart from that the property is ideal for traveller
Dirty And badly kept place
Nobody on reception after 9pm so if u cant get in your room because of terrible key card system u only have an emergency number to ring and they dont speak English. Lucky for us we got a very nice French man to speak to lady on phone. If it wasnt for him we would have had to sleep in car
Convenient parking, good kitchen equipment, easy late arrival access, bed sheets were clean and fresh.
Sofa cover and outer bedding was quite dirty.
Great value for your money. Spatious apartment with all basic facilities present. Clean and quiet, despite its location close to the airport and highway.
The location is excellent if you have to be at the airport the next day, but not so nice if you are here as a tourist to visit Bordeaux.
This does have the feel of a big chain and lacks personality but the accommodation was clean and did the job. Plenty of parking and wifi was good. Easy to find and close enough by car to local restaurants and supermarket.
The receptionist didn't speak anything but French, not a real criticism but just something for you to be prepared for.
Kitchen All suite very clean Good shower Soap and towels provided
Please provide washing up liquid in kitchen
We arrived late - and then realised the check in desk was closed and reception locked up. A quick phone call to the emergency number resolved all problems and we were given our key and room number (after a few anxious minutes)
Didn't like: the unmanned check in desk for late arrivals. No gym or pool.
They wouldn't let is in even though they had accepted our money, because our plane was delayed. We ended up staying in another hotel. With 3 young children this was a nightmare. They do not have any staff after 9:00pm. We returned in the morning and the lady behind the desk blamed us and said we in the wrong. I will be complaining to Booking.com and expecting to get a refund.
Parking, easy access to main roads,
Dirty, small, not enough appliance to stay, not comfort..
Never got to see anything!
Reception closes too early and no out of hours support. I got a call to be fair from the reception but I was mid air and couldn't obviously answer. Therefore got there post reception closing and I found no out of hours facility. Therefore we had to go off to a new hotel at further expense.
Perfect location , if you want to visit Arcachon , Dune du pilat and Bordeaux. Very huge facility and well organised. Free parking and access to Auto-route
Very bad Breakfast
Decent space, clean facilities.
Furnishings very tired, needs to be refreshed. Sofa a disgrace, all worn and stained. Multiple bulbs not working, extractor not working, coffee machine broken, the list goes on. Only there for one night.
Conveniently located for those travelling by car (close to the "Rocade")
Very dirty floor and kitchenware.
There was nothing positive.
We travel very often and this hotel is one of the worst hotels we have ever been. Beds absolutely uncomfortables. It is more like a students residence instead of an appart hotel. Even if I have paid 79euro it was expensive for this low quality accommodation. I do not recommend this place at all
