Very helpfull staff. Clean & Tidy room. Would be a great place if staying for an extended period. It took 5 trips by the janitor to fix the lightbulb.... but other than that, a very nice stay. |

The studio room was quite spacious and well furnished/provisioned. On arrival, Saturday evening, we could not get access to the room due to the keys being locked in a safe. We were given the safe number but it would not open the safe. Either we were given the wrong number or the safe was not functioning. The emergency telephone number provided in case of any difficulties turned out to be an answer machine and in French only. This was not helpful. After two hours of trying and failing to gain access to our rooms, we went to a local hotel for the night and also for the following night. Only on Monday morning were we able to gain access to our studio rooms. This did not leave a good impression or experience. However we have been offered a reduction in the rate to offset the unexpected hotel bills. Once we were able to talk to the reception staff, the whole matter was dealt with very professionally. No complaints. The other MAJOR problem experienced was that the weather was very hot and that there was no air conditioning ... not even an air fan to help keep the environment cool. Sleeping at night was very difficult. With the window open, the traffic noise was very loud. With the window closed, the air conditions were bad. There was no solution. on balance, I think we were unfortunate. I would hope that the problem with the safe and the keys to the rooms would not be repeated. The weather conditions were very hot but I do not think they are unusual for the time of year. However the provision of an electric fan would be a relatively cheap solution which would go a long way to making the sleeping conditions more comfortable. The two questions below only have a yes/no answer. I would prefer to give something in between. |

situé à proximité du périphérique, son accès est facile. La chambre est très spacieuse, on n'a pas l'impression d'étouffer, celui qui souhaite travailler ou se détendre apprécie cette formule. Petit inconvéniant, il faut prendre son petit déjeuner à l'extérieur ou prendre de quoi manger sur place, étant donné qu'il y a une kichinette. |

El personal y la tranquilidad. No es un hotel para pasar muchos dias pero si que es cómodo para estar de paso y visitar la ciudad, aunque está un poco alejado del centro. Si tienes coche no hay problema. |

L'accueil.le système résidence de tourisme avec les prestations hôtelières (ménage, serviettes de bain, etc)la possibilité de faire son petit déjeuner. La proximité du centre-ville en bus ou tramway. Environnement : la chambre donne sur un ferrailleur ce qui occasionne du bruit.lit deux places trop étroit et 3 bols au lieu de 4 pour le petit-déjeuner |

Le parking, les explications et les codes envoyés par sms pour se débrouiller seuls, le rapport qualité prix. La non accessibilité du parking par l'intérieur de l'hotel : il faut faire le tour et tous les codes pour accéder. |

Le personnel a toujours été très aimable et communicatif dans les rares occasion que je les ai rencontré, vue mes sorties et entrée à des heures moins habituelles Il est un peu loin du centre ville et pour le retour la nuit c'est un peu compliqué. A mon arrivé vers minuit en absence d'indication je n'ai pas pu détecter l'ascenseur et j'ai du monter avec les bagages jusqu'au 3-ème étage à pieds. |

Nous avons eu la possibilité d'accéder au studio dès la fin de la matinée et d'aller à pied au parc des expositions de Nantes. Le tramway permet d'aller facilement et rapidement au centre ville en laissant la voiture au parking de la résidence Le lit pour 2 personnes un peu étroit et fixé sur un grand côté au mur qui oblige à enjamber le partenaire pour se lever pas très adapter aux séniors, il faudrait le préciser ou conseiller 2 lits séparés |

ce que j'ai aimé, c'est la proximité avec le site visé par mon séjour. la télé était complètement déréglée, nous n'avions qu'un oreiller pour deux, et en raison de la date, 8 mai, il n'y avait personne à l'accueil, nous nous sommes donc débrouillés. Ce qui est dommage, c'est qu' il fallait sortir du batiment pour petit déjeuner, dans une salle un peu triste |
