We had a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was compact but practical. It had a small kitchen, lounge room with sofa bed and tv, bedroom with a tv (divided from lounge room my sliding doors). Modern bathroom with heated towel rack and shower of the bath. Seperate toilet. The apartment was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children (aged 3 & 5). The location is great for those visiting disneyland. The escalators to the train line are about 30 metres from the hotel. You can see the entrance when you stand at the sliding doors to the hotel! There is a machine at this entrance to the train station where you can buy your train tickets however if you can't work the machine you need to walk to the main train station which is about 150m from the apartment where there are information assistants. Tips for puchasing tickets to Disneyland: You are only travelling in Zone 5. The name of Disneyland station is Marne La Vallée and it is the last station on the line. The train to Disneyland leaves from the platform closest to the hotel. Even though you have to pay for the train (we paid 8 Euros for 2 Adults & 1 child return. Our daughter aged 3 was free), I think it beats waiting for free shuttle buses to Disneyland. The train station at Disneyland is directly outside the main entrance....perfect! The hotel is situated about 100m from a main street/mall (just head in the direction of the hsbc building) with nice restuarants and shops and it also about 150m from a big shopping centre where you can buy groceries. I hope this helps someone! The wardrobe doors in the bedroom were very hard to slide and the wooden floors squeeked slightly. I think the hotel could provide a kit when you first arrive with some directions on how to catch the train and a map of area, showing how to reach the shops and main train station.

The locality for Disneyland Paris was excellent!! Literally one stop away on the rer costing 8euros for 4adults and 1child. After reading some of the previous reviews we were a little concerned as what to expect but on arrival were pleased to find it wasn't as bad as feared. It was perfect for our requirements which were basically just to sleep. Being a family of 5 fairly tall people we were worried in particular about the reviews stating it was great for a family of small people, it was a bit cramped with both settee beds out but we only needed this at bed time so managed just fine. There were plenty of towels and the heater became very hot so we were able to dry them easily. There was no oven/grill or toaster in the room which made it diffucult to make a meal for 5. When we informed reception that we didn't have enough pillows (3 for 5 people) the receptionist accompanied me back to the room to see, they then took 2 pillows out of another room also 1 pillow each wasn't enough they were very flat. The beds were very hard and the fridge door was broken. You are also unable to control the air conditioning as it was unadjustable. Only one person at a time was able to use the wi-fi which with a family of 3 teenagers was a bit of a nightmare. We flew to cdg and planned to catch the train, on advise from a member of staff we were told to catch the tgv, and that we could pay on the train. We went straight to the train and got on the first one we saw. The journey cost 115euros and we had no choice but to pay as we were on the train and it was moving. When we got to Disneyland (which was actually one stop further than we needed to go) I spoke to another assistant who informed me that they charge more if you pay on the train (we weren't informed of this) for a similar price we purchased 5 day passes to Paris and rer tickets back to the airport. So if travelling this way be very careful!! **Catch the rer not tgv** the station to change at is chatelet.

The location is good. Right beside the train station. Close to a mall, thirty minutes away from Paris, forty five minutes away from Versailles, thirty minutes to CDG and ten to Disney.

The location right by the rer was excellent for getting into Disney (just one stop away) It took about an hour to get from Gare du Nord so probably not ideal for visiting Paris but for Disney = excellent. Rooms were clean, well laid out and ideal for groups travelling together. There was no tea or coffee provided in the room but there was a kitchenette so if we had brought our own we could have made it.

It is in an excellent location if you are visiting euro disney.. The metro station is located next to residhome and euro disney is just one stop on the metro dropping you right at the gate.. Also just 5 minutes walk from residhome is one of the biggest shopping centres in europe.. Lots of nice bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.. Twenty minutes from paris city centre by metro. It was a lovely quiet peaceful area.

It's within walking distance to the train station that took us directly to Disney Land and it's within walking distance to the shopping centre. The door of the locker was out of order (and even dangerous) when we arrived. Although we immediately informed the hotel staff it wasn't repaired during our stay (4 days). There was no toilet brush and no additional toilet paper. There was no remote control for the second TV (we had an additional bedroom).

Not good value for money 150 euros per night ?? not worth it at all. i will never use this hotel again. I did not like anything about the hotel. On the internet it looked nice but really very poor setting.

Stayed the night before going in to Disneyland Paris. Perfect for a family of five/six. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. Perfect for a short stay or if you are out and about most of the time. Rooms are quite compact.

Well it's proximity with Disneyland. The rooms weren't clean. I find the 2 or 3 stars hotels more clean, even at arrival. The toilet flush was not working... so you can imagine.

Great location and reasonable price. Too many room furniture restricted our freedom of movement in the room. Damaged furniture and large markings on walls throughout. Inadequate lighting system in the parking garage. Constantly needed to go back to the light switch while loading the car. Not what I had expected for a four star rating.

The location is really good being so close to the rer train station. Only 1 stop to Disney and Paris approx. 30 mins away. Despite being so close to the train station, we never heard any noise from the trains in our room. Also the shopping centre is only 5 mins walk away, which had a really good supermarket. There were 2 adults and 2 children in our party, so we booked an apartment that would accomodate upto 5 people. We found the apartment to be very small and the kitchen facilities were quite limited. There was only 2 electric hob rings and no oven, or even a toaster, which meant that meal planning was quite restricted. Although there was a dishwasher, it was the smallest dishwasher that I have ever seen, so much so, that the dinner plates barely fit into the machine. That said, the staff were very helpful, and as we were visiting Paris and Euro disney, we spent very little time in the apartment. Also, as we were staying for 1 week, we did miss not having maid service.

The location just a couple of minutes walk from the RER station to Paris and Disney and 5 mins from the large shopping centre made this a really convenient place to be based. We bought Paris Visite tickets which meant that we could use the transport network whenever we wished. For 4 of us there was plenty of space. Having cooking facilities/fridge meant that we saved a fortune on eating out and meant that we didn't have to do our usual "sneaking in the baguettes" act. However, there are many places to eat out in the centre of Val d'Europe for those who prefer not to succumb to the temptations of the very large Auchan hypermarket!

The location is excellent being few minutes away from val d europe mall and station and about 10 min to disney. The services are not upto bar with other hotel appartments. Everything we ask for they said is not available or we'd have to do it ourselves: cleaning the room, collect trash, dumping it in one location at basement, soaps, shampoo. For similar rates we get much better service and room designs in other places.

This appart hotel is just one stop away from disney land paris, a short walk from RER A. Small kitchenette with microwave, dish washer, fridge, freezer, cutlery and crockery. complimentary toiletaries as well..... what else you need! just take some dishwasher tablets and cooking oil as they are not in the room. It can accomodate 5 adult and 2 kids. Shopping Mall with all famous brands and the leading grocery store chain "Auchan". Outlet village is just 10 min walk from this hotel. Our stay was very comfy. Thankyou Residhome Prestige for making our stay a memorable one The cooling system was not functioning. The room was a bit hot.

Kitchenette availability Rooms are not cleaned daily. No swimming pool. Breakfast was a joke- too much price for low value. We paid 16euros per adults and 8 euros for a child but there was nothing for breakfast apart from cereals , bread and croissants. Not good value for money. The staff at breakfast were not friendly at all and very unhelpful. They kept breathing down our necks at breakfast.
