The locality for Disneyland Paris was excellent!! Literally one stop away on the rer costing 8euros for 4adults and 1child. After reading some of the previous reviews we were a little concerned as what to expect but on arrival were pleased to find it wasn't as bad as feared. It was perfect for our requirements which were basically just to sleep. Being a family of 5 fairly tall people we were worried in particular about the reviews stating it was great for a family of small people, it was a bit cramped with both settee beds out but we only needed this at bed time so managed just fine. There were plenty of towels and the heater became very hot so we were able to dry them easily.

There was no oven/grill or toaster in the room which made it diffucult to make a meal for 5. When we informed reception that we didn't have enough pillows (3 for 5 people) the receptionist accompanied me back to the room to see, they then took 2 pillows out of another room also 1 pillow each wasn't enough they were very flat. The beds were very hard and the fridge door was broken. You are also unable to control the air conditioning as it was unadjustable. Only one person at a time was able to use the wi-fi which with a family of 3 teenagers was a bit of a nightmare. We flew to cdg and planned to catch the train, on advise from a member of staff we were told to catch the tgv, and that we could pay on the train. We went straight to the train and got on the first one we saw. The journey cost 115euros and we had no choice but to pay as we were on the train and it was moving. When we got to Disneyland (which was actually one stop further than we needed to go) I spoke to another assistant who informed me that they charge more if you pay on the train (we weren't informed of this) for a similar price we purchased 5 day passes to Paris and rer tickets back to the airport. So if travelling this way be very careful!! **Catch the rer not tgv** the station to change at is chatelet.

Good quality accomodation, near to metro line and close to ammenities and attractions.

I was very pleased with my booking. Excellent hotel apartment. Would stay again. 2 mins away on train to Disneyland paris.

Rubbish was left out on the hotel corridors.

Nice and quiet great base for trips to Disney Paris or to Paris itself. Right next to train station and outlet shopping.

Bar closed the entire time

Nice Hotel. 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 2 single beds, also sofa bed in living area. Location is excellent. 2 mins walk to train station and 5 mins walk to large shopping centre. Living area had fridge and cooker. Ideal for making packed lunch for disney trips. Disney only 5 mins on train. Great location.

Rooms could be cleaner but they are not too bad.

The rer train was literally right out the door. Great for access to Paris and to Disney. I liked that we were able to have enough beds for everyone in our family and had the ability to cook some modest meals. It was also nice to be able to park our car. We drove to Paris and finding a room with parking available proved to be a challenge. Additionally, there was a grocery store and other shopping within easy walking distance.

The first night we were there we had no pillowcases for the beds and were short on towels. There were none available in the whole hotel. Linenes should definitely be available. The room was very small, once we folded out the couch for the kids to sleep on, it was impossible to walk through the room. As we were basically only there to sleep, it was ok, but still hard to store your bags and things. The room also needed a good deep clean. There were many small details that had been overlooked during cleaning.

Location is just perfect!Very close to Disneyland.We had a car,but the train station is just beside the hotel.In spite of this it was very quiet.The place is beautiful.Huge Shopping centre,outlet,Sea Life Aquarium-just accross the road.Easy access to motorway.One bedroom apartment that we booked, in fact was two bedrooms.Everything was clean,enough towels,shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.Wi-fi in the room.Staff is very helpfull and friendly.

Shortages of hot water.

Good location for Disneyland visit, shopping and Paris city trip. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room with equipped kitchen and bath room (very good for family with young children). We feel at home.

Good location for our visit to see family & mini break. Reasonable price.

Cost of breakfast way too much. Didn't bother eating there. Had a few minor issues which were reported to the desk who said they would sort out but no thing was done.

Great location if you want to go to Disneyland. clean rooms. Friendly staff and all facilities you need.
