Excellent location for families who is going to visit Disneyland - a train station is few single meters from a hotel entrance and it is 1 stop to Disneyland . The hotel is very closed to a big shopping center . There is underground and not expensive parking . Pleasant staff speak English .
We booked this hotel as it was extremely close to disneyland (only one stop on the train for cheap). The room was fantastic. Lovely layout, decent kitchen facilities. Good value for money, I feel we got too much for how little we payed. Lovely decoration. Small marks on the bathroom ceiling but we didn't mind about that. Powerful hair dryer and comfy beds too.
As we were only staying for 3 nights some we didn't want to spend money on cleaning products. So a few sponges and washing up liquid would have been nice if provided. Also, the sink was slightly wobbly and the shower head too effort to stay in one place.
a lot of cortcagr and flyers
Location Staff Rooms
Corridors and car park gloomy
The metro is only a stone's throw away. Free Parking. In room kitchen. Nice floor layout.
Hotel is starting to show some age to it.
Location - Good value for money - WIFI.
At first the room had a bad smell caused by bad ventilation and poor cleaning. The next day the cleaners did their job well and the bad smell became less, but the ventilation system needs repair.
The only good thing about this hotel is its location near both the metro/train station and the Val d'Europe mall.
Through our 4 day stay: The air conditioning was not functioning. The Wi Fi was also NOT functioning. Worst housekeeping ever, they do NOT clean the rooms They did not have tickets for EuroDisney and they advised us to buy them from a neighboring hotel. THE STAFF ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND Every time we requested that those problems would be solved, they said that there is nothing to be done and only smiled provocatively.
The backward exit of the train station val d'europe is two minutes away from the hotel in half an hour you are in central paris the shopping centre is 5 minutes away and has everything you need the price for a family room with separated sleeping room is O.K., in central paris it is much more expensive disneyland is rechable in 5 minutes
Double bed is 1,40 metres and for two people not O.K., better bring for 3rd ore 4th person sleeping bags with you
I love everything about Residhome Val d'Europe. It was excellent and perfect for me and my family, we all love it and easy access to train station which is next to Disneyland makes it the best place for my kids. The staffs are excellent and the room is very okay for the five of us. Fantastic place I will love to stay the next time I have to be in France.
I did not like asking for my rooms to be clean always, where there are kids they should know, though my kids love using the cleaning brush and packer to keep the room clean, but emptying the waste bin is beyond them, i believe if the hotel can amend this area it will be super.
Location is great. In front of the 2nd exit of RER. Good price
There was no A/C but weather was ok
Location was good. Beds were very comfortable.
We booked for six but the space wasn't suitable for any more than four. Wifi was t available in the room. We couldn't pick up the network. When going to the foyer to use the wifi it kept dropping out. Although we booked and paid for six we didn't have six sets of cutlery etc. the photos are very misleading and the kitchen space is Lmost unusable. There was a dishwasher but the dishes supplied were too big to fig in it. The waning staff were helpful and friendly but most of reception treated you like you were a nuisance.
The location is excellent
The bar was closed during our stay
If you want 5 Star - Pay for 5 Star! Otherwise, this place offers you the chance to enjoy a holiday to DLP like you where living 1 train stop away from the park. This means, being able to get up in the morning and enjoy a proper breakfast, being able to pop back in the afternoon for something sensible to eat, and enjoy a nice warm supper with a cuppa...all without having to live like a fast food junkie, or break the bank! The place was clean, toiletries were provided, the staff were friendly, the shopping centre on the walk back to the hotel was an added bonus (didn't try the Wifi, so couldn't possibly comment). It was perfect for us, would go again and would definitely recommend to others xxx
-bigger room ( I've asked 2pers studio and got a 4 pers. ) -friendly staff -close to RER ( take the RIGHT exit to the place ,exit 2 I think)
-very much flies in the room - fridge had too much ice in the freezing compartment - bathtub couldnt be used ( plug wasnt working)
value for money close to Disneyland accommodated family of 5 elevator 15m walk to great shopping mall
Staff a bit rude - not helpful with setting up fold out bed Bathroom looked clean but had terrible mildew smell - staff said it was due to water sitting in pipes for a long time. Smell resolved quickly with water use.
Great location, one stop from Euro Disney. 10 min walk from outlet mall la vallee village.
Very tight on space. We had booked a suite that was supposed to be big enough for 5 adults but I can't imagine that being very comfortable. (We were 2 adults and 4 small children) they finally provided us with a cot for our infant after several phone calls. The cleaning lady grudgingly provided shampoo and swept the floor the day we were around to request it and tip her. Coffee wasn't replenished despite requests. Overall this is an adequate place to spend the night but facilities are very basic.
great location, walkable distance to shopping mall & outlet, close to disneyland, around 30min drive to paris city center
room is a bit small, weak ventilation in toilet
Comfortable and very close (just one station far) to the Disneyland. Nice beds and clean. Value for money.
Unfortunately, another hotel in France with "not-gentle-and-kind" staff!
Location and price
Both showers were broken Mould in the sgower cubicle and our reservations were changed the room we needed and ordered was not available so i had to sleep on a couch not happy
Proximity to disneyland, the mall and the outlet mall
It's very far from downtown Paris.
Location of the properties close to Disneyland and RER station. Neat and clean.
Apartment size is a bit small but typical in France.
Close to train station
The place was listed as 4 star and to our surprise they didn't even have a bell boy to handle the luggage. We had to drag our bags to the luggage room and then to our rooms and then brought back down again along with 2 young kids. There is no facilities in the hotel and I was also given wrong information for the breakfast timing by the reception staff. When I went to the restaurant the staff there was extremely rude and didn't talk decently. I am definitely never staying here again. It was a very expensive place for this kind of quality hotel.
Great location to DisneyLand and Paris Good value for money
For an apartment that could hold 6, would have expected more than one sofa A few things broken in the room (such as table) Bar never opened
