The staff was very nice and friendly and they can speak English.You can buy a French breakfast at very reasonable price. The price of a hotel was suited to the comfort. The walls in the room were dirty and the bed was too flabby so that you couldn't sleep too well.The walls were so thin that you could hear other people talking. |

Centrally located with easy approachability by all modes of transport and location in midst of variety of eatery. Information given to my relative about me not responding on telephone from the Hotel room was misguiding, as there was no telephone in the room, to my knowledge ( room no 102 ). Message was not transferred to us, and It cost trouble to us. |

The best thing about this hotel was that the metro station is just across the street. The room was clean and the staff ok. The elevator was broken so we had a few stairs to climb (fifth floor) but the rest was ok. |

Good value for such money. After reading all the reviews I thought I'm going to see something terrible, however the room was large and clean. Bathroom equipment needs some renovation, however it's not so bad and all is clean. Towels were changed every day. For example in the center of London you'll get the room 4 times smaller and maybe even with shared bathroom for such money. So, the hotel is good when you want to save money and live central. Small shower cabin, but not a big deal for me. |

The rate was quite nice When we arrived we were told the elevator had broken just the day before, but when I looked at a sign on the elevator, it said it had broken March 31, nearly two months sooner than what the staff told us. We were there for four days, and the elevator still was not fixed after this time period, which makes it difficult to carry bags to the higher floors on winding staircase. |

The only good thing we could say about the Hotel is its location, just at the exit of a metro station, with plenty of shops all around The elevator was out of order (although nobody came to fix it during the week we stayed there), and the stairway is so small that 2 people cannot fit in there. |

there is a TV set but we cannot see any channel, our room is on 5th floor but there is no lift! There is always a bizarre smell in the bathroom, and we can even hear,quite clearly, the talking of the room next to us. |

It was close to the metro. OUr room was dirty when we went in. There was ash on the floor and the beds were un-made. The lift was broken and the stairs were filty and smelt like cigarettes. |

The hotel is a nightmare.When we arrived we were told that the elevator had broken that day and was expected to be fixed the next,but when we passed by the elevator's door there was a sign saying that it was intercepted in 31-03-09! Besides that,the bathroom was disgusting,the shower was blocked and the water filled the bathroom before the water could even get hot.Terrible. Cambiar los colchones, arreglar el asensor, modernizar los banhos, enfin, demolir y reconstruir el hotel |

A location of hotel is perfect. The shower room was clagged that resulted in the bathroom flooded. The room smelled awful and dusty. Too expensive in these points. |

This hotel is only good value for money and for its location. There is everything you need just next to the hotel. Tube station, McDonald (cheep coffee ;-), super market, restaurant. |

it' s near the metro station. you have a lot of pivacy. there are bakery, supermarket and mcdonalds around. it's in the friendly neighburhood. staff is polite. halls smell wierd. |

I didn't like one single thing The staff was rude, the rooms smelled of mildew, you woke up as soon as someone flushed the toilette due to pipes going all over the place, hot water worked very badly, the elevator was not working and at one point the receptionist was away for two hours and I had to stand around waiting for my key to my room. |
