Our stay was very good, very excellent location, staff and comfort. It´s practical for one or two persons stayed at this type of room. No, all things was very good. |

In early morning a taxi was requested to drive us to the airport. Apparently the Hotel staff has special arrangement with a taxi company somewhere outside Paris! We had to wait 25 minutes for the taxi when there were taxis available nearby... |

The staffs and the rooms were excellent, they all spoke very good english and the free internet connection was certainly a plus. There is no hotel I think in Paris that comes close for its value of money The only thing I didn't quite like was its location. It is located about 500 meters from the subway, which if you just had your spending spree walking uphill with all the bags and cameras could be quite a task, but perhaps this is just a minor inconvenience. |

the staff , room style & cleaning and in room dining ( food was waaaaw) bathroom was splited in two parts !!!..location was a little far from champs. street ..i was afaird sometimes to walk after 10 pm from champs to the hotel.. |

Room and bathroom were big and clean. Beautiful french door windows to overlook rue de bassano. Chips and water left outside the minibar were actually part of the minibar charge. We did not realize until we saw the minibar sheet. Because they were not behind the door we thought it was complimentary like the cookies and the chocolate. |

Hotel Bassano was very clean and appeared to be newly renovated. The breakfast buffet was not included, but they had sausage, bacon and eggs, which I had been missing. All in all the location was great, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées. I would stay there again, if traveling to Paris. The elevator is very small and cramped, so going up with other people with bags is a challenge. There is a need for more electrical outlets in the room. When you need to charge phones, cameras, etc, only one outlet makes it difficult. There are rooms which only have windows opening to the interior, but when I asked to be moved to one with windows to the exterior they moved me without question. |

Joining rooms were excellent for a family with older children. Location was perfect to downtown Paris. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and offered plenty of room for two. Would stay there again if I visit Paris. |

The hotel was newly refurbished. It looks really nice from inside and very tidy. The hotel staff was very cooperative specially Mr Ali. When they knew that we are honeymooners they upgraded us. It is 5 minutes was to the Arc and 7 minutes walk to the Champs. Easy accessability and many nearby facilities. It is one of the best in Paris. |

They gave me a room immediately (and upgraded me) despite having arrived at 6am and check-in is supposed to be at 2pm. Helpful and super friendly staff. The breakfast is a little over-priced. |

Reception was friendly, Room spacious and comfortable, Bath and separate toilet well furnished. Good room service menu (didn't get round to trying it out). Enjoyed the breakfast: friendly service, good choice of anything you could want for breakfast. Made use of the massage service the hotel offers and that also was very professional with excellent service. No. |

Location was good; near to Champs & Etoile. Hotel very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast selection was good although limited range. Staff were very friendly and helpful with various request for tickets and . Bathroom amenities are complete and replenished daily. |

Location and freindly staff. It was so quite that sometimes I though we were the only guests. Breakfast is the same everyday. No conceirge during our stay and it seems that they are using nearby shops attendants that might belong to hotel. I recommend guests check their bill on daily basis for a possibility of mistakes and extra charges like what happended to me. Bathroom is small. |

Excellent service, very helpful staff. Nice ambiente of the hotel makes that you feel at home away from home. Nicely decorated large rooms. At the hotel there is no restaurant. Despite that the food ordered via room service from other restaurants was good, fresh and hot enough. Large selection of wines at reasonable prices. There is no proper bar at the hotel and cocktails are being made in the nearby bar. At the time you receive your cocktail ice is melted and it seems not freshly made. |
