I liked everything from the location to the absolutely wonderful staff. Everyone was very helpful and made our stay effortless. The staff took care of all of our needs whether it was booking tours or accomodating some of our party arriving early. It was a fantastic experience.

I like every thing in Bassaano hotel the recptionist were very friendly and they helped in lot of things , the breakfast was so good we felt like home , I was with my two daughters we felt very safety , if I came to Paris I will stay here again .

I think that rooms are small but it was ok for us

Clean and comfortable room.

The hotel is ridiculously expensive and doesn't provide anything for the price paid. No gym, no free breakfast, nothing.

It's five minutes from champs-elysees and metro station george V.

The staff were friendly and professional. The room was large, modern, comfortable and quiet.

The breakfast room in the basement is dark, but the breakfast was good.

The girl in the reception is very sweet and helpful. Location is good for me, just close to our office.

The room is very small and not well designed. The refrigerator is just near to the bed so its light and noise made me sleepless for two nights! I don't like the decoration style of this hotel, especially its restaurant. The color of light is too strange. Do you want to have breakfast in dark blue light? I don't.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are extremely clean and tidy. Overall hotel design and color schemes are beautiful.

We stayed in Bsssano for five nights. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is just five minutes walking distance from Champs Elysees. Rooms are nice and clean, hotel staff is very helpful and specially Ali, who can manage just anything.

Staff were helpful - first night the room was too small so on second night they moved us to slighlty larger room

The roll out bed on first night broke when we sat on it - hurt our back a little . Staff took it away but did not have replacement so we had to sleep 3 in a 2 bedder. We had to leave Paris early after two nights and the hotel charged us for one extra night for leaving early - I thought this was harsh especially as we hurt ourselves on broken roll out bed and had a uncomfortable sleep first night crowded in one bed The hotel should send us a refund for one night

Pleasant, helpful staff! Quiet hotel and area but close to Champs Elysse!

The only disappointment was that the hotel does not have an actual bar. It does have a lobby area where the staff will bring guest a drink. The elevator is very small so we used the stairs.

elevator is too small. room is small for the price. toilette has no sink to wash hands after using the bathroom. hair dryer was not locate for the convenience place. room is too small for the cost.

Breakfast is not adequate or it is too expensive

отдыхала на первые майские с 2 по 7. понравилось почти все! и персонал, и месторасположение (после шумных и гомонящих елисейских полей ты сворачивает буквально на соседнюю улицу и в тишине и спокойствии благополучно добираешься до отеля Bassano, при этом находясь в общем то в центре). и те самые печеньки очень выручили, когда после продолжительной дороги из аэропорта ещё нигде не успеваешь перекусить)) и очень классное окно в ванной, хороший напор воды в душе, раздельный туалет. показывает первый канал на русском. чай-кофе пополнялись каждый день. всегда чисто и комфортно. есть русскоговорящий персонал (на респшене и в ресторане). также не было проблем с продлением проживания на 1 день, и завтрак уже был включен в стоимость. париж с таким отелем оставил только самые приятные воспоминания!)))

завтраки конечно не фонтан в ресторане камбоджа, ну это на вкус и цвет каждого, по мне яичница была слишком жирной и мало всяких составляющих, хотя фрукты всегда свежие и кофе вполне достойный. лучше выходить в город и в местных кафешках брать завтрак, и вкуснее и чуть дешевле. ну и звукоизоляция хромает, по вечерам слышно все грохоты грузовиков почему то там гоняющих (хотя может в сонном состоянии это так кажется), и рядом здание реставрировалось.

Tout. C'est un hôtel magnifique, à 2 pas des champs Elysées. Le personnel est charmant. La chambre très agréable, très bonne insonorisation. Le petit déjeuner somptueux. Et pour couronner le tout, le restaurant de l'hôtel, le "Kambodgia" avec beaucopup de charme et excellent.
