excellent location, hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with information and suggestions we needed. Rooms are rather small but nicely equipped with modern furniture. Elevator too small |

The hotel was modern and clean, with very polite and friendly staff. Great location; 5 mins walk from the Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe. We requested some details of local restaurants and they were supplied with some recommendations. They also offered to book them for us. We were given a free upgrade of room on our arrival; a nice touch for out Anniversary. The requested "Anniversary Package" was slightly disappointing. Real rose petals and a better selection of music would have been better. |

It is a small hotel in excellent location. The room is expensive but very good considering the location and the crazy prices in Paris. I have to mention that I rented a superior room so I do not know about the regular room |

Central Location, extremely helpful and friendly staff, larger than average room and bathroom, a window that opens to the fresh air, lots of closet space, excellent non-smoking restaurant nearby-"Oscars" Breakfast was good, but a little disorganized. The hair dryer was a little wimpy. |

The staff is great. I arrived very late and there was absolutely no problem with the late arrival. In fact, they upgraded me to the lovely suite. There were delicious little pastries and also a free bottle of water (unusual). The room was quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. I highly recommend the Bassano. |
