I was very positively surprised when I saw the space of the rooms (we had the flat for 4 people) and that there were two bathrooms. |

Odile was excellent on reception. She worked very hard and was very good and helpful. The other staff let the place down. Odile made a big difference to our perception of the hotel. Very expensive = but really because of the exchange rate between the euro and sterling. |

Space of rooms, and the location. Close to fantastic Market. Single beds pushed together do not make for a comfortable nights sleep! |

This hotle was recommended to me by friends who had stayed there previously, it was everything and more than I expected and I would recommended the hotel to anyone visiting Paris who wished for self catering or just wanting your own kitchen. It is near the Metro, bus services, with shops, fruit market and many restaurants all within easy reach. |

The hotel was within walking distance to markets and metro, which made it very easy to get around Paris. The staff were extremenly helpful, offering suggestions for sight seeing, restaurants etc. |

Good location. Helpful staff. Rooms large and the washing machine of course helped with a family during a heatwave. Kitchen was big and although we didn't cook as we ate out, we could have quite easily cooked a basic meal. We ate only breakfast bought from the local boulangeries. Lovely selection of little neighbourhood restaurants to choose from. Needed a little more attention to cleanliness. Also no a/c and only 1 fan for 2 bedrooms when there was a heatwave did not help |

The size of the appartment for a family of 4 was fantastic. The staff supplied breakfast ect for our stay which was a welcoming start to our holiday of 6 weeks. |

We were very happy with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the apartment for six. Both the daytime and evening staff were very helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment. |

The location of this hotel is very convenient. It is only a short walk to Censier Daubenton Metro station, a great variety of restaurants and the markets on Rue Mouffetard. It is walking distance to other attractions such as Luxembourg Gardens. We stayed in Room 102, a two bedroom apartment, and found the kitchen area to be very small - too small to prepare a meal. We were also under the impression that there would be a washing machine in the apartment but this was not the case (apparently one can make a request for an apartment with a washing machine at time of booking). |

Cleanliness, Hotel stuff was friendly and usefull The bedroom in 401 is far from being quiet, it faces a school and the traffic starts very early. The bathroom although clean was really small and not practical when the appartment is shared by group of 4. |

Location, having a kitchenette, rooms were a good size, staff were helpful. The hot water and the oven did not work throughout our stay. We reported the hot water and the staff kindly agreed to let us use the adjoining room for showers, but this was inconvenient. Plus, it meant we had only cold water for washing dishes. |

2 bedroom apartment was very spacious as Paris lodgings go. Simple but comfortable accommodation. Non-smoking. 6 minute walk to metro. Small food shops locally, also open in evenings. Several good bakeries and pleasant bistros locally. Fairly quiet area. |

Friendly staff at reception. The location was very good - particularly access to local shops and restaurants - which were friendly and of good quality. We have come back with a great impression of Paris. |

spacious room and good location One staff tried to rip us off (guess why...), when we asked about transportation to another town. I think he was telling us the worst case scenario... He somehow deliberately opted out a possibility of taking train, which we figured out later by ourselves. So, just consider twice when someone enthusiastically suggests seemingly easy but very expensive way. |

It is an aparthotel, so the kitchen is great, as well as the accommodation space. great for groups or families. I would recommend this hotel, only if the price is right though- it could be expensive. One of the people from our party was unable to stay at the hotel after not arriving in Paris due to bad weather at home and we asked to downgrade, knowing that there was space available. But the receptionist was not helpful and told us it was fully booked. Also, we had checkout at 12pm, and while leaving the room, the phone rang telling us it was 12.05pm and to come down immediately and check out. |
