Located across from the Ile de Ré and in a magnificent 19th-century building, this residence offers comfortable and modern accommodations while preserving the charm of the original architecture.

The Madame Vacances Residence de l'Océan has a heated outdoor swimming pool, a large terrace, views of the ocean, and direct access to the beach.

The white buildings and narrow streets give La Tranche-sur-Mer a Mediterranean flavor. The resort of Sud Vendée Atlantique offers 8 miles of fine sandy beaches and is ideal for water sports.

Please note that a minimum stay of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday, is required.

La propreté un peu limite, surtout dans la salle de bains. Es gab keine Bettwäsche, keine Handtücher und keinen Ansprechaprtner. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, hat aber schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Für den Preis ist es dann akzeptabel.
