All was bad Nobody help us No clean room After 21 in the nigh no body is there
Broken curtain rails, generally rundown, cold pool, freezing hot tub, no bar Staff who were not interested Horrible sofa bed, no sleep for three nights
Location, friendly staff, nice pool
The beddings could be improved, quite old and not necessarily clean i.e duvets and mattresses. The Jaccuzi was nearly cold most of the time.
Pool & friendly staff
Expected larger apparents
Pool was great
4star lol Dirty, needs a lick of paint. Staff sent me to another hotel then I was sent back. Completly disgraceful Beds weren't made No tea, coffee in rooms on arrival, is a 4star after all ? Over priced Stayed in France for two weeks in various hotels, mainly 2 stars and they were all nicer and cleaner than this one. Not good never again
Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Great pool for kids.
Drinking glasses in kitchen (apartment) were not very clean
Smelt, felt dirty and very small - needs painting and it would be nice if the beds were made on arrival
Loved the pool and the location, just a very short drive down to parking at Deauville Beach. Beautiful surroundings, private parking was great. Staff was friendly and helpful, but were gone from 12-2.
Wasn't impressed with our room. Had to use a sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny. Room didn't seem to be cleaned very well.
Clean room, lovely pool, very helpful staff, can't fault it at all.
Clean and nice.
Long walk to the beach and situated on a hill. The pool closed at 7
no traffic nosie, quiet at night
I like the price and the size of the appartment, it was able to accomodate my family. Tastefully decorated.
The bed was too hard, the hotel needs to upgrade in buying mattress that doesn't feel like your sleeping on top of rocks.
It was fine for a resonably economical break
No restaurant facilities
The town was adorable!
This seemed to be advertised falsely which was very disappointing. There was no breakfast in the morning, it had to be preordered. There was no one there when we arrived at the hotel. Even though it claimed to be 24hours you had to call a different hotel to speak with someone. They also say they speak English which is barely true. Usually this wouldn't matter, but we had questions and they couldn't answer them. We were also supposed to have a baby cot and it was not in the room. My husband had to go into another room to get one. The sheets didn't cover the beds (the beds were not made when we arrived by the way) so most of the night was spent on a bare mattress- which is gross . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with children. It was overpriced and didn't have anything it promised.
location, facilities - everything
Good location, view of golf course from balcony. Other holiday makers seemed nice. Very French.
Although it was a bit out of season there was only a skeleton staff, reception and bar etc was shut for large periods yet it was Easter weekend and there were so many guests you couldn't get a parking space!
Quick check in and parking.
Beds are not made up, property looks tired and is still too expensive for 170 Euro for one night, given the extremely basic setup.
the whole setting was a real escape to the true Normandy
distance from downtown for walking youngsters
Facilities were clean and tidy, staff friendly and attentive.
Room was disignated as 4/5 adults, however was cramped with two adults and three small children. No restaurant facilties on site, which have to be ordered in by 6.30pm not clearly advised. On a short break, check in after 5pm with check out at 11am, we managed to get extended to 1pm.
You have to pay for the towels and the reception hours are crazy (they close to 12h to 14h and after 19h).
comfort swimming pool parking facilities
small bedrooms toilet in the bathroom
The pool was good for children.
It is last time that we trust booking.com to book a hotel. The room and description presented to us was completely different with what we got. I don't know how they got 4 stars!
