the large swimming pool. helpful bi-lingual front desk ladies. garage very dark. television noticeably small & very little programming in our language.

The facilities in the apartment were excellent if you have young children, bottle washing, sterilising etc. We have made the mistake of staying at supposedly good Hotels in the past, where you have to beg steal and borrow in order to accommodate babies/pre schoolers, not the case here, everything we needed was in the kitchenette, and therefore far more relaxed.

Good Location. Heated pool of good size ,loads of space and plenty of sun loungers. Lovely balcony overlooking pool. Difficult to find.

Excellent well heated swimming pool Lack of other facilities on site or nearby. Long steep cycle ride or car journey to shops / cafes / bars. Limited opening hours for reception and on site bar. Accommodation a bit spartan and cramped compared to hiring a Gite. Kids play area equipment mostly broken. Table tennis table in a muddy puddle.

The apartments are very clean and well-equipped with good storage. There is a pool which is great for kids. Very quiet area on the hill above Deauville. Good value. You can park outside the complex easily to save the cost of parking inside the complex. No complaints - however be aware that the complex is on top of a steep hill with a 25 minute walk into Deauville town centre - further to the beach - and a longer walk back up the hill. So you really need a car.

Good location The internet service did not work in the rooms and the hours of the public space were quite limited. For the cost of the internet, full access should be possible, including on Mac computers. Also the apartments were not well soundproofed and were a little on the small side for the advertised 4/5 people -- it would be more accurate to say 2 adults plus 2 older children or 3 smaller children.

The views were very picturesque. There were no facilities for children over 12 yrs after 7 pm onwards. The reception was closed between 12 till 2 pm and 7 pm till 9am (reception housed all of the facilities, including staff contact). The elevator access was in the reception, therefore you could not access the ground floor after the close down periods. The wifi could only be accessed in reception area. There was no bar facilities for alcohol; no restuarant/snacks availability after reception closure. If you wished a linen or towel change, then it cost you 26 euros per person in the room. The pool was not cleaned properly during the week, therefore after 7 days it was cloudy and dirt on the pool floor.

The swimmingpool was heated We reserved a baby bed and even called in advance to confirm and when we arrived late at night it was not there and no one was there to provide it. They charge 6 euro for parking per night but forget to mention there is plenty of parking spaces outside. The room was freezing cold and no way to put the heating on. They don't look at the request put in booking.com, and basically tell you when you comment that why do you book through booking.com. Deauville is a long walk up and down a very steep hill which is difficult if you have buggies and children with you.

I like the apartment that we stay in , it was will equipped . Especialy the kitchen . I didnot like that the wifi is not free of charge and the tel. Reciption is poor.the car parking is not free of charge it cost me 14 euro for 2 night ( with the tax).

Bon compromis entre Gite et hôtel. Belle piscine et jacuzzi. Construction bien intégrée dans l'environnement. Chambres et/ou studios confortables, sans vis à vis, préservant une certaine intimité. Personnel dynamique et sympathique. Insonorisation des chambres insuffisante.Places de parking vendues supérieures aux disponibilités réelles.

Les appartements sont très spacieux, très conviviales! Le frigo, le micro ondes, et la petite cuisine sont très pratiques! L'établissement est trop loin du centre (taxi ou voiture obligé) Les coussins ne sont pas très confortables L'établissement n'est pas insonorisé La piscine n'avait pas l'air propre du tout (rouille)

Appartement très bien équipé pour une famille avec deux enfants, bien insonorisé et fonctionnel Une affreuse odeur de poissons laissée par les précédents,genre sardines grillées...difficile d'aérer par mauvais temps,en pleine nuit,on se demande si les têtes de poissons ne sont pas restées dans les plats...

Les chambres assez spacieuses pour une famille de 5 personnes comme nous,la piscine qui doit etre tres agreable en été, le parking, la vue sur le park..... Les fenetres des chambres qui donnent directement sur le palier. Pas de pb en hiver, mais difficile d'ouvrir celles ci en été sans avoir de craintes pour ses enfants qui dorment seuls dans les chambres......

Le calme l'appartement est agréable pour un séjour de 3 nuits. Nous sommes arrivés par train, en début d'après-midi et avons été surpris de ne pas trouver de possibilité de restauration. L"épicerie locale n'était pas ouverte non plus.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil qui nous a été réservé. La rapidité à laquelle nous avons obtenu notre appart'hôtel et enfin, l'environnement extérieur qui a agrémenté notre séjour. L'architecture extérieure des bâtiments est à l'image de la Normandie et c'est un bel hommage rendu à la région.
