The Hotel is convenient for the Sea and the City. It is excellent value for money and the rooms are equipped with a Kitchen!

Not for the money that I paid

Very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel had high standard of cleanliness. Bed made and room cleaned every day. Ample free parking. Hotel on beach front and within 10mins walking distance from town centre.

Toilet so small had difficulty closing door.

The staff were friendly and welcoming.The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable.

There were no staff present in the breakfast room. Consequentlly when items run out. eg milk, cold meats, they were not replaced.

Very good for oone night

Breakfast ingredients poor quality - good coffee and good jam please.

It looked awful to start with---the reception area was the only nice part of the hotel---it was like a one star hostel not a hotel---the breakfast was disgusting and not worth 10cents ive seen better bedrooms in prisons

The staff were very helpful, the recepion area was fine, the car parking facilities were good, the idea of having the tolet separate from the bathroom was good.

1 The room was not clean 2 the hotel looked very shabby from the outside 3 the vanity shelf in the bathroom was broken 4 the bedroom curtains had holes in and were not hung properly 5 I was not expecting a family room with kitchen area 5 no tea / coffee making facilities 6 no carpet in bedroom area 7 room could do with a make over 8 let people know what the room is like 9 Too far to walk into town centre (taxis very expensive)

Made to feel very welcome.Good location.Good value for money.Breakfast very good apart from the tinned fruit salad

Rooms a bit on the scruffy side but functional

nowhere or any facilities to make a hot drink although capability for self catering we arrived at 10pm with young infant and couldnt even heat water for babies bottles in uk all b and bs have at least tea making facilities

Despite being very late arrivals, we were greeted with the utmost courtesy and helpfulness and directed to our room with the minimum of fuss.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

We love being able to get tea/coffee on our arrival. The fact that it is a no smoking hotel. The fact that it is a quiet hotel. The room size is better than some

On my second night on this trip, ( 3/10/09) someone appeared to be smoking in an adjacent room and the smell was coming into our room.

The hotel was basic but provided all the essentials. We requested and received a room with a seaview and spent some time watching the channel ferries coming and going. The recommended restaurant next door was excellent and the reception staff were very helpful.
