The location.

The room was so dirty on the floor and on the windows to the balkon. We had a little baby with us and he was so dirty from crawling on the floor. His hands and knees was black from dirt. We asked twice for a floor wash and it didn't happend. The rest of the hotel was also in general dirty.

Location close to airport for flight back to UK and Nice centre. Able to leave baggage in secure room after check out. Beach front location and room with kitchenette.

The room was warm despite being just May but AC ok. Room faced and very close to road, train and motorway noise. It would be unpleasant to sit on terrace due to noise and fumes in high season. The noise could be heard even with electric shutters down during the night.

The sea views were spectacular and the layout of the room was ideal for us as a family with a young baby. The hotel was very close to a supermarket which is ideal for a self-catering apartment. The kitchen facilities were good and we really enjoyed our stay.

We were told we could check in at 3pm when we arrived but it was 5pm by the time our room was ready.

Air conditioning not very good

The balcony overlooking the med was fantastic despite traffic noise from the 'Promenade des Anglais' Changing towels twice during our week's stay was very thoughtful. Comfortable bed and plenty of room to lounge. Continental breakfast was good value for money.

One lift was out of action which sometimes caused long delays to get to the fifth floor. Not enough crockery which meant the dishwasher was useless. We never used it at al.l No coffee perculator (in France!!)

Good quality at reasonable rate. Balconies with sea-views are brilliant. Decent decor and furnishings. Staff were very friendly and most helpful at all times. Close to bus stops and location right on La Prom. Would love to return there.

Walking to/from the main centre/shops is a little far. Other hotels nearby offer courtesy buses/transport into town. Would be willing to pay a small fare for this rather than £20 taxi.

Beautiful sea view. Great rooms. Should improve the furniture in the suite as its a bit old and not really clean. Hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a bit far from the old Nice (20 mins walking).

My daughter who stayed only one night, will be returning for another stay later this year.

We were a group of 6 and were supposed to have a two bedroom apartment with 4 beds and 1sofa bed; but what we get was a one bedroom apartment with a double bed and 2 sofa beds

Parking was a logistical problem - there should be instructions on the confirm

The staff are friendly and very helpful. Provide useful informations on the what's available in and around the hotel. Very convenient location for supermarket shopping, cafes and food outlets.The housekeeping keeps the room clean. Generous balcony area even for a double room. Free wi fi anywhere in the hotel and good speed too! Will definitely stay there again in the future. Keep it up!

Staff were not friendly

Staff were excellent and very helpful. We had several issues with an oversized vehicle so the staff allowed us to park right outside with no extra charge. Also our 2nd night we were transfered to a better room, it was a late booking and we really didnt expect to get in but very pleased to have been upgraded.
