we were told we get a hot breakfast but this didnt happen on the first day so we ate out on the following 2 days. also I wasn't happy that my credit card details which we gave you with exp date and cc No was printed out on a form for all to see. |

The suite itself was quite spacious and nice (we had the sea view room for four people). Especially the bedroom was nice and there was enough space for clothes and stuff. It was quite windy at night time and the flagpoles in front of the 6th floor kept a terrible noice, almost too loud for us to sleep. Also there should be some kind of curtains to get some darkness into the livingroom. |

Location The suite was very dirty, especially the toilet and the bathroom. The 2 bedroom suite had only one bedroom and two couch-cum-beds in the living room. |

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was just superb overlooking the beach - wonderful. We liked everything about the hotel/apartments. We just wished our stay was longer. We would certainly recommend your hotel/apartments and would love to come back again. |

great building, right on the beach. the appartement was modern and a great value for the price we paid. it had a large balcony and all we needed in the kitchen. we were able to enter and leave as we pleased even if it was late and no one was at the front desk. a great place to stay with friends a long walk from Centre Ville and the public transportation in Nice is horrible. also, the shower and sink were akwardly porportioned so the bathroom flooded everytime we turned the water on. |

Good location on the Promenade des Anglais and within 10 minute walk to main restaurant strip. Good size room. Hotel washing machines did not work. Continued extremely bad experience with one reception staff member and other staff average. Not able to enter room until 3:30pm even though website and booking confirmation details said 2:00pm. |
