It was not the worth of money, the only thing provided was the sea view. The staff was not happy somehow, and you could see it, the housekeeping staff is the worst I have ever seen. It took us two days to get the room cleaned (if you call it cleaning). The Shower was not fixed for four days, and I even gave my requests in writing. I would not stay here again. |

The ocean view, and that it was right down town with parking close by. The bathroom could have been cleaner, looked swept but not mopped in a long time. Walls could use a washing. Also big sliding glass doors were filthy. |

Hotel location is very special where you can find all facilities and just in front of the beach. It is big rooms, suit family with kids. Towels were very old and thin. In fact, I wonder how the hotel provide this old things.Also, sink was not working properly, i talk to reception to fix it but they do nothing to solve the problem. |

Beautiful view from our balcony. Apt was clean and spacious. The hotel is a bit far from the main action in Nice but I felt the lower price was worth it. Staff was pleasant and helpful. One night when we asked for extra towels we were told there were none available. |

Good location> Room sizes were very good. Beds clean and comfortable. Balcony overlooked the sea as requested. Unable to make a cup of coffee. No cafetiere . |

Very spacious and nice view. Good value for the money. Although we requested parking through booking, the reservation was not made and we drove for over an hour looking for parking. |

Very good location. The room view is very good and seems living on the sea. With the 50 sqm soace and living room/kitchen, very good as a family holiday suit. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. not that clean as a 4-star hotel , my first day dropped hair stayed till my last day... |

Appartement agréable et spacieux,très bien équipée.super vue sur la mer,et la promenade des anglais. Micro-ondes non nettoyé, frigo non dégivré.canapé lit cassé en mode lit, donc on a mal dormi sur le canapé. |

Servicen I receptionen var jättebra.Läget var också jättebra. Dåliga bäddsoffor tom mina tonårsdöttrar klagade på dålig sömn och de brukar normalt vara omöjliga att väcka! |

Die Strandnähe war optimal nur über die Strasse und Treppe hinunter - schon ist man am Strand, 2 Busstationen ganz in der Nähe, Internet PC stand zur Verfügung, 2 Lifte vorhanden, grosser Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen, zum Blakon 2 Türen für den Schallschutz, Appartement mit Wohnküche, sep. Zimmer, WC und sep, Bad war grosszügigausgelegt ca. 90m2, leistungsfähige Klimaanlage Extemer Lärm von der Strasse auf dem Balkon (vorallem die aufheulende Motorräder) |
