No toaster no kettle-- we do drink tea, British! Sagging sofa bed really really not very comfortable pas mal mais avec des p'tit trucs peut-etre vraiment superbe ! on reviendra ... esperant mieux

this hotel is very convenient very close to shopping area,my kids love there i will go again!

the only thing i didnt like is that the reception open late and close early,if something wrong happen while they r close?if the lift broken?who will help us? but apart of this the rest was brilliant.

Everything! Worst experience ever for any hotel booked through Booking.com, we were lucky our stay was for one night only! It started with the rudness of the receptionist, then came the extremely smelly room with a/c, after long arguments with the rude receptionist, she gave us another room and warned us that it's noisy! But failed to mention that it doesn't have a/c! So we spent our night in a small, dirty, noisy, hot room, on lousy uncomfortable beds! Not advisable for families with children! To top it off the sewage in front of the main door where you park was open and the smell goes up to the rooms! We thought we booked a junior suite not a dirt hole!!!

The two apartments on either side of our apartment was very noisy. There were children running up and down along the corridors all the time. We had to tell them every night to quieten down and stop making a noise, since we had to go to sleep. Even the adults were very loud. We feel that those apartments were over crowded, in excess of the allowed number of persons. We suggest that there are strict rules and regulations laid down, and displayed prominently along the corridors and in the rooms. They should be also verbally told when the keys are being handed over for occupancy. Unless the above situation is under control, it is not possible to recommend this hotel to others.

Avoid at all costs. Not very close to the "La Grotte". Elevator did not work, and there were no hot water. Since this is an appartment hotel, there is no reception after 7pm and you have no one to complain to. Breakfast is very poor - only coffee from the machine and wrapped, nonfresh patries, definitely does not worth the price of 8 Euros. Go somewhere else!

Very good location, the surrounding tracks in High Pyrenees are easy of access. Perfect with children. Recommended, especially for families with children and for group of freinds.

The studio was well equipped, plenty of hot water, nice and clean.

No baby cot in room on arrival, when it did arrive it was broken. Reception closed at 7pm so baby had to sleep with us. The problems were seen to the following morning and all put right. Helpful staff in the hotel. Its a fairly long hike to the sanctury, about 25mins, better to take the car to park closer but then that means paying for parking.

Creo que cuando s eindica un apartamento para máximo de 4 personas no es correcto porque se qued muy justo. Sería más adecuado 2 adultos y 2 niños/as

Muy cómodo, te sientes como en casa. Nuestro apartamento era muy completo y la terraza tiene unas vistas a las montañas próximas muy relajante. Se duerme muy bién porque es muy tranquilo. A cinco minutos andando te pones el en centro de Lourdes. Está muy cerca el mercado, la panadería, la farmacía , un supermercado, y diversidad de tiendas. El santuario queda como a 15 minutos caminando convirtiéndose en un paseo agradable. Volveremos sin dudarlo.
