Very near Gare SCNF station. Spectacular view of the mountains from my balcony.

Internet was down & so was credit card facility. With the weekend, had difficulty finding an exchange.

Good parking.

Nothing besides the view from balcony

- Non acceptance of credt cards - we paid cash - they did not give us any receipt with excuse of new computer - no one was able to operate this computer - there was very bad smell in the room when we entered - we had to keep widow completely open - the room was very dirty - the door from the furniture was broken - one of the beds was partially broken - more the hotel was a place for refugees - there was a family with a lot of kids who were probably just allocated from other place to one of the appartments and it did not seem secure at all

It is a great hotel for the price! Our room was clean, and it was really nice having a kitchen because we personally thought the food in Lourdes was very mediocre. I'd recommend getting some groceries from the grocery store (I think we went to Monoprix, which was maybe about a five minute walk from the hotel. The grocery section of Monoprix is on the bottom floor, below the apparel.)

It's a bit of a far walk from Lourdes Sanctuary, maybe 20-25 minutes depending on your pace. You can't check in past 7:30. We had issues with our train and ended up arriving past 7:30. No one was at the reception desk, but luckily there was a number to call on the door of the hotel lobby and they had left our room ready for us.

The staff is wonderful. The room was perfect for a family. A great value.

It was quite convenient and spacious. Like the fact each room had two beds and a kitchen and also if need breakfast was available.

It would be better if a kettle was available in the room.

Like the space of the apartment

Not having the correct Pin number when we advised that we would be arriving late and great difficulty in contacting management.

You can cook, You are provide with all utensils. All you need is to buy is food-cook & eat.

Good location, great stuff, huge parking, really good price.

The staff during my first night smells liquor. She is not attending to my needs when I asked for wi-fi connection. She was just talking with her friends. I forgot her name, but definitely it's not Maria. Maria was good.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful,the girl on the desk was a sweetheart and although I can speak some french as I live here,her english was great too. The room was ideal,the location was fab,the parking was great,loads of it.I Would stay here again without question next time we visit Lourdes.

Everything suited my stay. Comfort and quiet, easy to get to any place. Th3e stuff were very kind and helpful.

There was no one to meet us, as we got to the Hotel early in the morning. Everything else was very good.

Our party had 3 apartments, and each family have agreed on my following statement. The apartments were absolutely perfect, spotlessly clean, very comprehensively kitted out,with every cooking aid necessary. Each apartment had a fully furnished balcony, with the most spectacular views on the mountains, We found it impossible to find any fault whatsoever. and all parties agreed we will ,if the occasion arises,most definately,ask your organisation to arrange further stays at Victoria Garden Foch. Excellent location to visit the city of Lourdes. The apartment was clean and super value for money. Near enough to the Grotte but a quiet location/

Good! I'd say it is sufficiently good for what a pilgrim needs in Lourdes

It was good enough for what we needed, but the fact that the staff leaves at 20 hours was a difficult for us to cope with. After a long journey a person to guide us to our rooms would be appreciated. Even though the staff who informed us about it on the phone was very cordial and precise. But the place is new to a guest and to find ones way through that is rather confusing. besides we had to take help from other guests to find our way. I guess that should be taken into consideration and a night staff could fill in the gap. thanks

We came in Lourdes late, about 20:00, and though there were no notes in the booking information, the reception was closed. I called the telefon identified on the front door and the lady on the phone during 1 hour could not understand that we are in Lourdes and adviced us to come on the reception of a hotel in Strasbourg. Her English was quite weak, she could not explain neither what to do nor how to connect her via e-mail. I spent a lot of money for the phone connections because she even did not asked in what town I am.

Excellent hotel and budget friendly for family with children.

Since we have a large family it is rare that we can stay in 1 room, so I appreciated that there was a room available that we could all 7 sleep in.

There was not a shower curtain.

It was our second stay in this hotel.It is one of my favourite hotel becouse it feels like a litlle apartment not a hotel.Rooms are basic but comfortible.Kitchen has got everythingyou need for self catering. If you look for place to stay during your trip to Lourdes I recomend it for 100%.There is a lovely bakery just opposite the hotel so if you dont want to spend money on breakfast in hotel you got plenty of choice in the shop. If you late to check in you get a code number and use back door so it is stress free.

The only minus was kettle.It was the only thing that was missing.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with good facilities in the kitchen (apart from the kettle), close to the shops with polite and helpful staff. It was quiet and safe :)

The room with the bankbed was cold and there was a small window without a curtain or blinds looking out at the hallway and the street (a bit scary at night), there was no kettle in the kitchen and there was enough hot water (for the shower) for no more than 3 people at the time :(

Good accommodation , if you travel with young children. Hotel is located in the center of city and with parking - it's good possibility, if you traveling by car. The staff is very freindly and good speaking English.
