The residence is located on the hills overlooking Théoule sur Mer, within a lesiure complex, not far from the Estérel mountain range.

It provides functional apartments surrounded by green areas, only 1.5 miles from the beach.

Anonymous Group of friends Germany September 27, 2011	Die sehr gute und exponierte Lage mit berauschender Aussicht und die Ruhe. ...inzwischen waren wir in den letzten 10 Jahren 5 mal in dieser Residenz vor allem wegen der guten Lage mit Aussicht auf die Bucht von Cannes. Leider ist die gesammte Location extrem überholungsbedürftig. Die Einrichtungen sind ca 20 jahre alt und stark verschlissen und müssen erneuert werden. Wir waren dieses mal mit Freunden da und es war uns ziehmlich unangenehm wie wir unseren Feunden das abgenutzte Anwesen zumuten konnten. Apartamento dejados de mantenimiento, viejos y sucios. No estan a la altura del precio estipulado... Y el personal es arrogante, y con horario muy comprimido, trabajan menos que el papa!!! Anonymous Group of friends Netherlands May 14, 2011	Verblijf in appartement met een door zon overgoten balkon en een prachtig uitzicht op de baai van Cannes. Heerlijk buiten ontbijten, lunchen of dineren in eigen appartement.Je hoeft dus niet de deur uit. Alles bij elkaar dus top! Het hotel is niet goed onderhouden en is wel aan een een opknapbeurt toe. Anonymous Family with young children Germany January 11, 2011	Der Empfang ist gegenüber früher deutlich besser, sehr gute Einweisung, Appartemant sehr sauber, der Empfang deutscher Fernsehsender geht nicht - trotz Satellitenempfang; es besteht wohl kein Interesse. Die Gesamtanlage weist deutliche Pflegemängel auf. Das Hallenbad war nicht in Betrieb (früher ja). Wichtig ist die Unterscheidung in Hotel und Appartementbereich!
