Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.
The reception is open from 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 at Saturdays and from 10:00 to 12:00 at Sundays. The reception is closed on Sunday afternoon.
Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

Situation tranquille, belle vue, appartement propre. Quand nous avons arrive, le chauffage ne marche pas mais c'etait vite repare a notre demande. Les piscines n'etaient pas ouvertes - ce n'etait pas indique quand nous avons reserve et nous avons choisi cet hotel parce qu' il y avait une piscine couverte. |

La vue sur la baie de Canne Dans le prix les lits devaient être fait à notre arrivé. Cela n'a pas été le cas, on nous a distribué le linge de lit et j'ai du faire les 4 lits moi-même. Il n'y avait pas de micro-onde mais un simple petit four. Le lave-vaisselle restait bloquer sur le début du cycle de lavage. Les casseroles étaient mal lavées. Il n'y avait pas de papier toilettes, il fallait vider ses poubelles soi-même et même si le nettoyage final est compris dans le prix il faut nettoyer tout le coin cuisine qui n'est pas compris dans le forfait nettoyage, leur rapporter les draps des lits et nettoyer les poubelles. Les linges de toilettes sont payants. Dans le parking, des poubelles jetés devant l'ascenceur sont rester 3 jours. odeur horrible... Hôtel à éviter! |

Studio spacieux, calme et très propre. Cadre splendide vue sur mer.Très bonne literie. manque de fixation du support de la douchette baignoire salle de bain. Idem robinetterie de la baignoire. |
