The residence is located on the hills overlooking Théoule sur Mer, within a lesiure complex, not far from the Estérel mountain range.

It provides functional apartments surrounded by green areas, only 2.5 km away from the beach.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.

Extra beds are not available.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Hotel information

Guests can choose the "Comfort +" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:

Cleaning kit.

Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with:
Folding baby cot with 1 sheet.
Highchair.

Room information

In addition to the listed facilities all apartments have a kitchen area equipped with 4 hotplates, a mini-oven (or an oven or a microwave) and an electric coffee-maker. A phone and television are available at an additional cost. All the apartments feature a balcony or a terrace with garden furniture. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

Cost includes:

• Accommodation.
• Sheets.
• 1 pillowcase per person.
• 2 dishcloths per apartment.

Important information

DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

The reception is open from 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 at Saturdays and from 10:00 to 12:00 at Sundays. The reception is closed on Sunday afternoon.

Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

the staff were obnoxious. No idea of customer service. Sandra Santorini was on the front desl. Warlike atmosphere with adjoining hotel
