We stayed here for 4 days and enjoyed every bit of staying in HotelHome. It is very near to couple of metro stations and we used them for daily commute to visit various places including Disneyland.Grocery shops and Resturants are in vicinity which enabled us to cook on couple of days. To add to that we had a view of Eiffel from our room. Thomas from Hotel Staff was very friendly and spoke English and accomodated for us to stay longer than the checkout time for us to catch the flight back. I would definately stay again at this Hotel and recommend to my friends as well.

Friendliness of staff (speaking perfect English, offering coffee and chocolate for the kids, giving advice on restaurants, local transport etc). Large room size. Comfortable shower. Free internet.

We were treated with very friendly staff. We were very pleased with this apartment. It was great for us. We have 3 young children. It is very close to metro and small grocery store nearby as well. We would definantly staff here again.

Friendly personnel. We didn't get to see them much but whomever we spoke to they were helpful and very friendly. We had a view of the Eifel tower from one of the rooms (I am sure that's not the case with every hotel room). The metro is 5 min walk, Jasmin of line 9, and a little further from that there are a ton of stores/restaurants that we enjoyed greatly. The apartment/hotel is in a rich area of Paris so expect to pray top price even for a slice of ham or cheese that you buy at the supermarkets. Walking to the Eiffel tower Trocadero side is about 20 min walk, leisurely walk. The kitchen is small and efficient. We stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor.

We have a 12 month old. They provided a baby bed which was horrible and a death trap, the sheet did not fit properly on the baby bed and the mattress was something they had added (didn't belong to the crib) to make it softer but made it dangerous for the baby to suffocate. The floors are SUPER SUPER crackly, you can't walk anywhere in the house without making an enormous noise and waking everyone up (including my 4 year old who is a sound sleeper). I had read that the floors made all kinds of noise, although it was not described that it was as loud as it actually was, so I had brought a white noise maker which helped. THe bedroom with the Eiffel tower views had a door which didn't open as it lead to the construction site (5 floors down as the side of the building was being renovated/built on). There was an insane amount of really cold draft entering the room from that door that we had to crank up the heat to a maximum, which still didn't help and that room remained cold the entire time we were there. Construction right next door, started early in am VERY LOUD at 7am. I am certain that construction will last for a long time as all there is right now is a huge hole in the grown and a bunch of machines around it while the side of the building is completely stripped. I am assuming they are adding to the hotel, I don't know. The worst for us was when my 4 year old found RAT POISON loose under the beds. I understand they might have a pest problem, as most old buildings do, that's not what bothered me, but finding the POISON under the bed loosely for a child to reach was completely unacceptable. Luckily my 4 year old just picked it up and showed it to me without touching inside of it, but seeing him hold that was very disturbing. The sofa in the living room was impossible to sit on as it was a sofa bed and the pillows slid everytime anyone sat on it.

The feel that we were living in a traditional Paris apartment but with the services of a very considerate hotel. The location was quiet elegance within 20 min walk of the Eiffel Tower.

Everything surpassed our expectations.

Style of the room which was not modern

We stayed on the first floor on the road side. It was really noisy with the traffic as the windows are not very good. Also, the old bed was cringing each time you moved in the bed which was a bit annoying. So overall, nice location and nice old style parisien hotel but average bed and noisy road trafic early morning especially.

The twin, 1 bedroom suite we stayed in (No.11) was very well fitted in to a traditional apartment building, and makes really good use of the irregular floor plan - good sized shower, modern look and feel, very clean. Again the kitchen is tiny, but somehow manages to fit in a fridge, sink, microwave, 2 electric rings and a half size dishwasher. OK, you're not going to entertain on a lavish scale here, but the option to have a couple of meals here does give welcome flexibility After my hesitant attempts at French the staff were kind enough to speak English with me, and were very helpful throughout. My partner came down with a cold the last few days and with a very late flight home, I wanted to give her some peace and quiet. The staff did some juggling with rooms and allowed her to remain in one of the suites, while I took the children out for the day. Someone else later helped book our taxi to the airport. This sort of service perhaps gives some indication of the warmth and kindness demonstrated by the staff

Minor for me but, although the tall rooms with plasterwork cornices and ceiling roses are lovely in themselves, I would have sacrificed these for a little more sound insulation, as you are aware of squeaky floorboards in the room above. Fantastic bakery just round the corner, so would have appreciated a decent bread knife!

The management has placed notes and reminders in the right locations. The service is designed so there is a minimum of contact with the staff. You can go around your business at your leisure. You get a direct telephone and your choice of free WiFi or pay high speed broadband WiFi. The kitchenette is well equipped, and there is a deli in front of the hotel, several bakers and cheese stores. A Monoprix supermarket is within a 10 minute walk, as well as drugstores and hair salons. The Metro station Jasmin is within a 5 minute walk in the No. 9 line.

This is a detail, but a set of salt and pepper shakers would have been welcome.

Rooms are large, good location

Convenient location. Reasonable price. Plenty of room. Nice neighborhood, restaurants etc.

Decor is dark. Has no view.

It was like Home from Home it have evrything you wanted, the standard of the accommadtion in every room is excellent ,modern & clean

Location - close to metro, plenty of grocery stores and pastry shops closeby. Room - clearly the owners take pride in keeping clean and in good operation, showers very modern and immaculate, kitchen with everything clean and in working order. I'm picky and have travelled a lot on business - very impressed with how clean and well maintained place is for the price

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean and everything worked. The hotel is perfectly situated. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location close to subway. Rooms spacious with high ceilings and lots of character. Excellent patisserie and restaurant by hotel.

I liked the extra living space and the convenience of the kitchenette.

The building next door is undergoing a major construction project so it was quite noisy during workday hours. Our room was on the third floor so we had to climb a lot of stairs.

This was a great place to stay, very clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed. The location was good as well, close to the subway and grocery stores, and tons of great restaurants. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

This hotel has good kitchen and good devices for a big family .and the bathrooms are comfortable .

It has not suitable lift it is very small only one person or lugage can use it each time. For eg.in the last day of our tripe it is damaged and we had to carry 4 heavy lugages 5 floors by steps & u have not any help after 18-9:30 oclock if u need.prices are so expensive than the services & its location.

L'accueil fut très chaleureux. Des efforts faits à destination du client; des initiatives bienvenues. Très agréable.

Prima appartement midden in een gezellig deel van Parijs, vlakbij metrostation Jasmin. Echt een aanrader als je een plek zoekt om 'lekker thuis te komen'.
