Residence La Concorde    

The room for three was large with two floor to celing double windows that opened. Nice large bathroom with full tub-shower. Wide stairway. Free breakfast good for France.

Excelente localization, good price for this location. No luxury but very ok.

The two positive points i can tell are the friendlyness of the personnel and the situation.

shabby place starting with a dangerous elevator, you get into a very basic room with a view on a noisy street. The breakfast is not fresh. All the food seems coming out of a plastic wrapping.

The room was in very shabby repair. The shower curtain had a huge hole in it. This establishment obviously isn't even trying to provide presentable living quarters. There was no air conditioning. The windows were wide open when we got into the room with no screens. There was no refrigerator as advertised. The woman who checked me out spoke almost no English and couldn't get the credit card reader to work after scanning every credit card I had in my wallet. She then told me to go get cash from an ATM and I was by then very pressed for time to catch a train. I ran like an idiot to go get the cash and barely caught my train.

Excellent location--near many sights and metro/bus stops. Quiet comfortable rooms. Some staff were very helpful and friendly

Older rooms need updating--older fixtures, dated, didn't seem as clean because of age. Some staff were not as helpful

Good location in the city center. Nice rooms.

You can hear almost anything that's going on in the hallway.

We got a very large room, at a very good price in a great location (walk to River in 5 mins, Louvre, Notre Dame or Eiffel within 20 mins or less), very nice staff and a simple breakfast (pastries, coffee, cereal, yogurt etc) included in the price. We were in a one bedroom with bath. Suprisingly big room for Europe especially at this location and price. We thought this place was a great deal, but if you plan to stay here you shold know that the place is quite old. The rooms are well maintained, but not updated. The hallways quite narrow, and the elevator is very (it's really quite amusingly) small. That said, I would stay here again gladly. Excellent value and very nice staff.

Perfect location in the heart of Paris, next door to Louvre and Opera, good stuff, free and good wifi, coffee, tea and chocolate for free around o'clock.

Excellent location.

The hotel needs maintenance. The lift was broken for 3 days and we stayed on the fifth floor. The basin in the bathroom was clogged, the lights were broken, the grout in the tiles were filthy and there were not enough pillows and blankets in the room.

Staff were great, central paris location, good deal thro booking.com, very clean, real soap

Best location, near to everything you want to see in Paris.

We (my husband, myself and our 13 yr old son ) recently spent 5 nights there from end of Dec until January. The location was good - the reason why we booked it. We did feel that 195 euros a night was a lot of money for what we got. The room was a good size with three single beds but quite basic.

Bad staff, very bad room

The location is pretty good, very near Musee de l'Orangerie and metro. And I satisfied breakfast, especially pain au chocolat!

Unfortunately one of the front desk couldn't understand English (not sure...) and my family couldn't call me.

It was in a great location. Rooms were big enough and clean. Staff was very helpful and smiley. It was a very pleasant stay overall.

Elevator is too small considering that the lobby is at the third floor. The rooms at the third floor are noisy as they are neigbouring the kitchen and the breakfast area. Other floors are ok:
