The service was excellent, eventhough there was a communication barrier but the staffs were very helpful and understanding. The apartment itself is really cosy and just nice for the four of us. |

The hotel is close to the football stadium "Le Vélodrome" and it was easy to walt till it. Nothing except than the flush in the toilet didn't worked. and I was really disapointed than the concierge didn't offer to us at least the garage which cost 10€. |

Really loved the family facilities and the kitchen was very good too. Vacuum cleaner didn't work and it was a little dirty but not bad. Would come back again when I'm in Marseille next. Many thanks. |

Friendly staff, nice room. Carpet from earlier negative reviews was replaced by good floor in our room. Heater in room made it to hot, had to pull the plug. |

Good access to facilities I stayed for four nights, but the room was not cleaned even once. Also there was no change of towels in these four days. The breakfast at 11 Euro is absolutely no deal. |

Leaving - could not wait to get out of there. The hotel was an absolute dump. The room we were given was badly in need of a good clean and a coat of paint - the carpet was covered in stains and your feet actually stuck to the floor when you walked across it. Our bed was a fold down camp bed which was very uncomfortable. The whole hotel stank of stale smoke and although we emptied can of air freshener in the room it still smelled disgusting |

Staff were very helpful and courteous at all times. The location is unbeatable; close to sea, park, restaurants and bus / metro stop into the centre of Marseille & beyond. |

An excellent location. It had a kitchen so we were able to prepare meals if we wanted to. Having a balcony was also good as it gave us more room. Information given to us said that on leaving we should fold up the sheets and towels and put them on the end of the bed. I don't think that this is my responsibility to do this. |

Great location & well equipped apartments, mostly friendly & helpful staff. The air-conditioning wasn't as effective as it needed to be & the apartment could've been cleaner. One of the rooms had a smoky smell so we moved to another one which was better. |

It was quiet clean and comfortable. Very easy to get around from there. Our appartment was for two people but there was only one chair on the balcony we asked for another one and was told that it was company policy to only have one chair. We thought this was rather petty. |

Ho trovato l'appartamento molto confortevole, e la vicinanza con la spiaggia ha peremesso di muovermi senza troppi disagi. Inoltre prendendo un solo autobus si può arrivare dal residence Adagio sino al centro storico di Marsiglia in soli 10 minuti. La piscina viene chiusa troppo presto. Alle 20:00. |
