The day manager was very helpful in solving a problem created by the night manager. The night manager was one of those people who give the french service industry a bad name. Very arrogant and unhelpful, and just didn't care. Would not listen to reason, and invented a problem which should not have existed. |

The staff are excellent and extremely helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to beach, city and park. The facilities on offer are very basic. It does not appear to be air-conditioned, rather "air cooled", so when the temperature is over 30c the heat in the rooms makes it very uncomfortable. |

The service was excellent, eventhough there was a communication barrier but the staffs were very helpful and understanding. The apartment itself is really cosy and just nice for the four of us. |

The hotel is close to the football stadium "Le Vélodrome" and it was easy to walt till it. Nothing except than the flush in the toilet didn't worked. and I was really disapointed than the concierge didn't offer to us at least the garage which cost 10€. |

Really loved the family facilities and the kitchen was very good too. Vacuum cleaner didn't work and it was a little dirty but not bad. Would come back again when I'm in Marseille next. Many thanks. |

Friendly staff, nice room. Carpet from earlier negative reviews was replaced by good floor in our room. Heater in room made it to hot, had to pull the plug. |

Good access to facilities I stayed for four nights, but the room was not cleaned even once. Also there was no change of towels in these four days. The breakfast at 11 Euro is absolutely no deal. |

goede ligging tov strand, openbaar vervoer en rustig tov de weg. goed ingerichte kamers de kamer was echt vies: zowel bestek als de hele badkamer waren niet schoongemaakt, ook hingen er geen gordijnen en was de tafel kapot. |

Sehr ruhige Umgebung, die Nähe zum Strand, trotzdem zentral gelegen da duch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen. Das Schlafsofa war sehr umgemütlich. Die blauen Decken luden nicht gerade zum Schlafen ein. |
