Pentru un hotel de 3* in Paris ..........totul a fost perfect................. Voi reveni cu placere.
Breakfast was very good.
Internet connectivity is poor.
Location, staff and clean rooms
Excellent shower and bedroom
Tucked away in a poky street
Price Friendly and helpful staff Breakfast
I had a meeting in the same area so the location was perfect for me. The hotel is really close to the metro 14 and in a very quiet neighbourhood. The facilities are modern, clean. The wifi was excellent (I was on the first floor which might explain).
Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Near the Metro Station. Clean.
I was at the top floor and the wifi was not good.
Better than we expected..very good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.
Well situated (handy for Bercy), very good breakfast, quiet and neat
friendly personnel close to transport very nice surrounding cafes
breakfast could be better
clean, near metro station.
The main reason we stayed at this hotel was the parking, and we paid extra for this facility, but their parking was not safe (and they knew it !!!) Our car was broken and we missed some valuable things... still waiting for any compensation
The location was close to metro so that was nice. Overall the hotel was clean.
An advice for family of four with young children. DO NOT BOOK TRIPLE ROOM THINKING THAT THEY WILL ALLOW A SMALL CHILD IN AS AN ADD-ON. Booking.com states that child under 3 will be allowed to stay in existing bed for free my second child just turned 4 just a couple of months ago. I never had issue with a hotel allowing a small child in a triple room in a family of four, but this hotel would not budge. I understand that I made the mistake by assuming that the hotel would allow this based on past experiences, but if they did not have another single room available, they were totally willing to kick my family out on the street and still charge me for the first night for "cancelling" the reservation. Yes, during this vacation, I slept in a separate single room which smelled like cigarettes and had such a small bathroom that when I turned on the shower, the water sprayed directly into the toilet. I know this is Paris, but this was all too much. Sadly, the story does not end there. The breakfast room was too small for the hotel so when my family got to breakfast at 940, we had to wait for a table. If the breakfast was actually good, I would not have complained but it had very limited choice of anything. And the croissant was HORRIBLE!! I've had better croissant at Costco in the states but I didn't expect such a poor quality croissant in Paris of all places. Lastly, the heater in both rooms did not work and the temperature hovered below 20 degrees in both rooms so none of us got good sleep at night.
large room Air Con that worked Friendly Staff Good Breakfast Free WiFi
Bright and clean foyer. Nice breakfast. Clean bedroom/bathroom. Only 5 minutes' walk from metro.
Bedroom was very tiny. Area a bit run-down.
Hotel refurbished with very nice design. I was upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise ! Good breakfast. Pleasant staff
Not one of the best areas of Paris.
Breakfast was good. Reception staff friendly and willing to speak English. Rooftop room was large.
Hot water issues in rooftop room in evenings. Distance from city.
quite often lack of hot water, difficult to take a shower
located near business point
no hot water in the morning and no appologies (we are working on it...)
Excellent staff, facilities good location.
Everything was fine.
Very friendly multilingual staff, great petit déjeuner, location, storage space, room space, safe in room, cleanliness, proximity to Métro, quiet, comfortable beds
would have liked a bath tub, salle à manger was a little cramped, would have liked an English-speaking tv channel
- Location (close to Olympiades metro station) - Nice and modern furniture/design - Large room (at least the superior standard) for French standards
- We arrived late (around 11 pm) and we were asked to pay in advance - The room(600) we received the first night was complicated to reach (change 2 elevators and take the stairs) and noisy (ventilation and visiting room for the lift) and we asked to be changed
stuffs are very kind and friendly. room is very clean with comfortable bed. breakfast is excellent. perfect hotel.
Pleasant quiet location Near a Metro station, convienient for centre, also for Gares de Austerlitiz and Lyon Spacious rooms Good beds
Fine for us, but some wouldn't like the non-touristy area
Good room size for the triple room. Decent breakfast. Close to Metro station. Friendly staff.
Staff is very friendly Room was clean and bed comfortable NO noise
Not close to touristic center, but hey, we knew that! Breakfast could be a bit more complete, even if having to pay let's say 3€ more x person.
