Excellent staff and location. Beds small / old. My two children's fell down during sleep as the beds were mining. Sofa beds very old.

Clean and better beds

It was meant to be a suite for 5 people. But it really was an extended room with a twin bed, sofa, extra bed-like. Living area is small for 5 people, not enough air-condition. Car park is not available in a near place.

Staff spoke perfect english, they ware very nice in general, easy access to metro and local restaurants

Single bed wasn't comfortible , nearest carpark costs 30 euro/24h

The location was excellent! In the heart of Paris within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and other attractions. In a neighborhood filled with crepe shops and fun cafes, yet the room is so quiet you will think you are in the countryside. Safe area for kids. Can't wait to come back next year!

Great location and good lay-out of the suite.

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, especially the extra bunk. There were no spare pillows to be found.

Good location and friendly staff

The rooms were clean and very accessible to two metro stops (Vavin and Edgar Quinet are both very close). In addition, the staff was helpful and friendly to us. We also highly recommend the bakery around the corner, La Parisienne, as well as the Italian restaurant by the Vavin metro station, Via Venezia. Reasonable prices and great eats!

We had two "Apartments" and had 6 adults and 2 young children in our group. The rooms should not be billed as apartments - they are hotel rooms - no kitchenette, no microwave, mini fridges did not work, not even a coffee pot. There were some things in disrepair in each room but nothing that effected the rooms' functionality. The rooms were also not suitable for four adults. They were two twin beds pushed together to make one "king" bed and a pull out sofa bed. It was a typical sofa bed - fine for the kids but not doable for two adults. We ended up getting another double room in the hotel to make it workable.

Marc at the reception was very nice....I had problem with my ticket air plane and he was very helpful.

Staff were very un friendly, breakfast awful. Bath was dirty and rooms were shabby.

The hotel is excellent for families with families. The courtyard is wonderful. The staff was very helpful.

Location & configuration of rooms is amazing with small kids -- two playgrounds close by, 5 crepe restaurants on the street and duplex set-up.

Claimed room service, but that meant to them that the room was cleaned -- no food was available. Rooms were shabby. Sleeping for 5 people did not mean two beds or three but one bed, a pull-out couch and a cot. Surprisingly comfortable but not proper beds & absolutely no privacy.

It was a nice quiet place, where you did not hear the traffic-noise at all. The rooms were situated left and right of an old private alley (ein Hof) We were with five and our appartment had two rooms above each other. Downstairs a sitting room with sleeping-couch that folded out, and extra bed, upstairs a beautiful bedroom and a nice bath-room.

There was only one thin blanket on each bed. This was too little for us. The beds were fine, but it was very uncomfortable to sleep on the sofa, (fold-out system for 2 people) because of the metal wires in the matrass. Next time I would still choose this hotel, (nice and quiet) but perhaps take a camping-matrass to cover the Sofa, and I would take extra blankets with me.

The hotel is very well situated. Convenient transport links. Pleasant courtyard. I recommend to choose only the rooms on the first floor. Good for family.

It is needed: better wifi, more clean environment.

Posizione ideale per gli spostamenti vicino alla linea della metro.. Camere pulite e comode. Da consigliare.

Op het internet waren slechte berichten. Wij hebben dit niet zo ervaren. Alles goed, personeel, kamers, bedden boven, goede ligging, kortom prima. Wellicht een extra deken. Hadden we ook kunnen vragen. Groet, Fam. van Nugteren

De kamer was schoon, en ze doen wel moeite om je eerder in de kamer toe te kunnen laten dan besproken in de reservering.

Parkeren is alleen zondags gratis, zoals beschreven €18,= per dag klopt niet. Parkeren in een garage van een winkelcentrum bijna 1km verder met kosten die tot €60,= per dag kunnen oplopen. Personeel had ook wel een vriendelijk gezicht mogen opzetten, ze kijken of alles teveel werk voor ze is (met uitzondering van enkele).

Bra läge vid metron Edgar Quinette och Montparnasse. Städet var bra, varje dag och de såg då till att vi fick schampo, tvål, handdukar och kuddar.

stod uttryckligen i bokningen att det var en svit med 2 dubbelsägar, för 4 personer. Var en säng och en soffa. Vid incheckningen var det en receptionist som sa att skulle vara 2 sängar. Det var det Inte. Det fanns inte handdukar eller kuddar för mer än 2 personer. Inget schampo. Vi fick efter mycket tjat och sura miner fram en extra kudde och varsin handduk. Mkt dålig service första dagen alltså. Sedan ordnade städerskan eller receptionen (?) allt sådant under de andra dagarna.

Hotelli lähellä Metroa. Huoneeseen oma sisäänkäynti pieneltä, kivalta sisäpihalta.

Huoneessa olisi saanut olla kahvinkeitin tai ainakin vedenkeitin. No nyt siellä ainakin on kirpputorilta ostamamme.
