Hotel Suites Unic Renoir Saint-Germain  

It was a nice quiet place, where you did not hear the traffic-noise at all. The rooms were situated left and right of an old private alley (ein Hof) We were with five and our appartment had two rooms above each other. Downstairs a sitting room with sleeping-couch that folded out, and extra bed, upstairs a beautiful bedroom and a nice bath-room.

There was only one thin blanket on each bed. This was too little for us. The beds were fine, but it was very uncomfortable to sleep on the sofa, (fold-out system for 2 people) because of the metal wires in the matrass. Next time I would still choose this hotel, (nice and quiet) but perhaps take a camping-matrass to cover the Sofa, and I would take extra blankets with me.

The apartments were ideally located

The place was advertised as apartments and when I spoke to the staff about the fact they were so small, he said they weren't apartments and shouldn't be advertised as so. There was no cooking facilities. The room that slept 5 was the same size as the room that slept 2. All in all a huge disappointment.

Great location, close to two metro stations and numerous bars and restaurants. Very easy to get to all the main attractions from this area. Would stay in this area again but not this hotel!!!

The room was booked for 4 people and implied 2 double beds but instead there were two single beds pushed together and one broken fold out couch which wasn´t suitable for sleeping on. When the hotel staff were approached about the beds they were incredibly rude and uninterested in helping at all. We only stayed because we had booked for six nights and were worried about finding somewhere else last minute. We would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful in so many ways. The night manager helped in securing last minute shuttle transport for my family of 7 ( 4 children 4-11, my 80 year old father who uses a wheelchair and my wife and I) from the airport to the hotel. The night manager also assisted in securing an extra room for our friend who at the last minute decided to meet us in Paris. All at very reasonable rates! This was all done for us at at 11:00 PM on the night before we were to arrive. Also, the Day manager gave us all sorts of useful advice ranging from navigation around Paris with a wheelchair to affordable ways to feed our family in what can be a very expensive city. over all a fine time was had by all thanks in a large part to the staff.

The rooms were a little run down but compared to previous vists with other hotels in the area it was not too bad.

Reasonablely price for city hotel, convienent to Metro station, many restaurants and cafes in area,15- 20 minute walk to many popular sites, internet acess available, airport transportation can be arranged

The location was excellent and situation of the mews courtyard was quiet and pleasant. The size of the suite; 2 adults and 3 children was very good for Paris accomodation.

No room facilities - no kettle, tea, coffee, no iron. The sofa bed was old and had stains on it and cigarette burns. We had to put the bed up our self which had a broken metal support in the mechanism. There was a locked up redundant kitchenette. So while the room had the advantage of space, it was like we had arrived at an out of season chalet that was boarded up. Given that we arrived at peak time, for peak rates this was not what I expected of a hotel of this spec.

dormir dans un canapé lit alors que l'on parle ici de "suites" problèmes d'isolation et perte de chaleur. On s'attend à un parking privé au lieu de ça un parking sous terrain très cher sous la tour Montparnasse ( pratique pour les bagages lol...)

La jeune femme de l accueil et très accueillante et très serviable. L emplacement géographique, la petite cour intérieur pour accéder à notre appartement. Le personnel qui s occupe des petits déjeuner est elle aussi très serviable.

Nous n avons pas réussi à régler le chauffage donc nous avons eu très froid, la literie du canapé est très mauvaise

La chambre n'était pas chauffée alors qu'il faisait encore froid. L'attente pour être servi au petit déjeuner.

чудесный отель, доброжелательный персонал. мы брали номер на троих. вопреки предыдущим отзывам, ничего плохого о нем не скажу - все было красиво, чисто, аккуратно и очень тихо. окна выходили во внутренний дворик - это очень мило. приехали мы на 3 часа раньше заселения, но разместили нас немедленно! так что персоналу большой плюс :-). было единственное но - медленный платный Wi-Fi. но и он позволял нам оставаться на связи все время пребывания в отеле. завтрак мы не заказывали - на улице сотни кафе рядом с отелем, не было смысла! рекомендую отель. в следующий приезд обязательно здесь остановимся.

L'emplacement est parfait : proche de la gare Montparnasse, dans un quartier animé et sympathique. Déplacements faciles grâce aux nombreuses stations de métro à proximité.

J'ai eu un problème pendant mon séjour : chambre peu chauffée et téléviseur en panne. J'ai signalé trois fois le problème dans la journée, pour me rendre compte en rentrant le soir, que rien n'avait été réglé. J'ai du insister pour avoir une couverture supplémentaire et du "réparer" le téléviseur moi même. Les personnes auxquelles je me suis adressée paraissaient peu concernées par mes soucis. Je suis profondément déçue.
