The hotel location was good and close to Metro allowing access to Paris' historic sites easily. Te hotel staff were not friendly or welcoming. Kitchen facilities advertised are not in use in the rooms and have been locked for guest use. Upon enquiry about this was informed that they are not allowed and will not be in the future. Disappointing as the hotel is advertised as suites but has no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. Tea or coffee can not be provided by the hotel outside of breakfast times.

There was a mix-up and we did not receive the room we booked with Booking.com. I think since we did not call and confirm our reservation the hotel booked the room with another guest. I recommend calling the hotel after you book the room and tell them when you will arrive. The hotel managment was able to make amends for the poor accomodations of our first night by giving us free breakfast and a second room for the rest of our party. When walking around Paris I noticed many hotels posted reduced rates and they seemed nicer than ours. If you are travelling in Paris in low season call and see if you can get a lower rate for a more upscale hotel. We arrived expecting a 5 person suite and were given a single room with a cot. The folding cot was a joke. The slats broke in the middle of the night. Although the suite was nice and spacious, the double bed we were expecting turned out to be two narrow twin beds next to each other that slid apart - not very romantic for a stay in Paris. Also we were charged for wifi even though we did not use it. I noticed this after I paid with credit card and it was too much of a hassle to fix so we left it as a tip for room service. On the second night - the room that my brother had was filled with cigarette smoke when the guests the next room over took a smoke break on the balcony. Also his room was not sound proof.

I booked a 5 room suite last minute for myself, my 70 year old mother, my 15 yo nephew, my 5 year old and my 8 year old. We paid 200euros a night. When we arrived we were happy with what we found, a duplex with 2 single beds pushed together upstairs, downstairs a double sofa sleeper and a folding cot. I thought it was a good value for Paris. Lots of restaurants and metro closeby. There was a shuttle to the airport which was great (17euros a person). Breakfast room is nice I thought we were getting a room with 2 double beds and a single bed.. sleeping on the sofa bed is not great on my 45 year old back! but better than sleeping with my mother (who snores...) Breakfast was expensive 10 euros a person for coffee and croissants

Location is very good, close to the metro station. The breakfast is our nightmare! No self-service... We had to wait for our table sometimes over 10 minutes with little children... Terrible... And for breakfast only sweets things, after some days we couldn' t eat it anymore with big appetite... The windows we couldn' t close very good, something was wrong with it, so we were very cold in the night.. The door as well.. The rooms are very dark, I felt uncomfortable there..

Its well located, and has a romantic setting The receptioniste was arrogant, and not a nice feeling, eventhough they pocketed so much money. The room we booked for 5 people was much smaller than the fotos on the website. We got a room for 2 people with a sofa and extra bed, so we could stay with 5 people, basically in 1 room. Just a rip off I think.

The staff was very helpful in so many ways. The night manager helped in securing last minute shuttle transport for my family of 7 ( 4 children 4-11, my 80 year old father who uses a wheelchair and my wife and I) from the airport to the hotel. The night manager also assisted in securing an extra room for our friend who at the last minute decided to meet us in Paris. All at very reasonable rates! This was all done for us at at 11:00 PM on the night before we were to arrive. Also, the Day manager gave us all sorts of useful advice ranging from navigation around Paris with a wheelchair to affordable ways to feed our family in what can be a very expensive city. over all a fine time was had by all thanks in a large part to the staff. The rooms were a little run down but compared to previous vists with other hotels in the area it was not too bad.

The first room we got was really too small fo two adults and two children. The second one was better, but still, there was not enough room to walk around (since the children's bed was open). There was not enough light (near the mirror) for my wife to put on make-up. When I made the reservation, I was asked if I had any special request, so I did ask for an electrical kettle. There was no such thing. The lady who was at the desk when we arrived, tried to give us the small room and my wife threatened to leave, they changed the room. They didn't tell us about the hours for breakfast and therefore we had to look for a place to have it outside.

good location, pleasant little courtyard Staff was unhelpful and unfriendly - everyone from the front desk people to the person serving breakfast. I sense they don't like their jobs. Since they were unable to help us with basic information (e.g. what times does the Eiffel tower open for visits), we tried to get the information ourselves on line but their wi-fi was down and the computer in lobby for guest use was broken.

The location was excellent and situation of the mews courtyard was quiet and pleasant. The size of the suite; 2 adults and 3 children was very good for Paris accomodation. No room facilities - no kettle, tea, coffee, no iron. The sofa bed was old and had stains on it and cigarette burns. We had to put the bed up our self which had a broken metal support in the mechanism. There was a locked up redundant kitchenette. So while the room had the advantage of space, it was like we had arrived at an out of season chalet that was boarded up. Given that we arrived at peak time, for peak rates this was not what I expected of a hotel of this spec.

The location was super great. The hotel was nice, cleaned and had a super nice decoration. I ordered a suite for 3 adults and 1 baby kot and I was expecting at least a room separate and a living space. But that was just one big room all in one. There was no microwave and nothing else although there was small kitchen place.

This hotel is very well situated in the Quartier Latin. It is close to the shopping area with a big variety of restaurants and close to the train and metro stations. The first impression of the hotel is good and the rooms overlook a cobbled courtyard which is very pretty. We were five adults staying in an appartement which is on two floors. The room upstairs had a normal hotel bed which was comfortable but the room downstairs had a couch bed which was awful and a folding bed which was placed next to a drafty and also uncomfortable. It wasn't worth having a headache the whole day from not sleeping properly.

Its location is fantastic, easily within walking distance of most paris sights (but much much closer to the metro) in one of the safest prettiest areas we visited. The hotel itself is clean and nicely decorated and the room was spacious (double room), mostly very clean (although the "mostly" could be because we checked in early, on the second day it was cleaned very well). The staff spoke english very well (which was especialy usefull when our broken french failed us!), they had a baggage hold service and the tv had english channels. All in all id say it was exelent for the price and id definatly consider staying there again. Not much to say here really, just a couple of warnings. No irons are provided as apparently theyve had trouble with burns, however this was extremely inconveinient at short notice. Secondly, I recomend staying away from the optional breakfast, not becuse it was bad, but simply on value for money. 10€ for a coffee and a basket of pastries. Aside from that I was extremely happy with the rest of the hotel.

Loved the family loft area for older children. This hotel was clean, quiet and in a perfect location....BUT It took us an hour and a half to locate it from the bus station, due to their being a blvd anda street of the same name. No one was able to direct us. Once we found it it, it was a lovely stay! Breakfast of 10 euros is way overpriced. I ended up paying $100 us for two days of breakfast! Breakfast was overpriced.

We were 3 people in a suite located in an internal courtyard. We felt we were in a townhouse but we were in the middle of paris. Very confortable. Good beds and a sofa that opened up. The bathroom was recently remodeled. Nice wooden floors. The reception was friendly. The location was perfect near metro and many restaurants. I would go back!

The location is great. About 50 meters from a train stop, close to a grocery store and several restaurants and creperias. The room was fine with plenty of space for our family, although we paid for 5 guests and really only had beds for 4 so our children slept crammed. It has a nice outdoor patio where we could sit and eat/drink. Hotel staff was friendly. I didn't expect a lot (in spite of high prices) after reading guest reviews, so I was not dissapointed. Not a lot of hotel for the money... but it's Paris, so may be its ok. Cleaniless is passable. Kitchen locked and not used. Breakfast was not included for us but could buy for 50 euros per day for a family of 5, which given how much we paid for the hotel seems ridiculous. So we opted for grocery store or other nearby little cafes.

Styr unna!

“We used this hotel for our honeymoon. Location is perfect and people were so friendly. There are supermarkets around there so that we can easily buy local foods and enjoy in the room. On Sunday, there is local market around nearby subway station. There also we can enjoy local foods. This hotel is well equipped and you don't have to bring anything. We went out everyday and we felt as if we were going "home" at the end of the day. We definitely use this hotel again if we have opportunity to come to Paris. We strongly recommend this hotel.” Tomomi, Tokyo |
