Great location, modern rooms - lots of space

Parking for the hotel was very expensive, staff weren't overly helpful.

Beautiful, clean and high end. The apartment had a fantastic terrace in the sun all day. The location was amazing, just one block from the sea front and about 2 minutes walk from the local market.

Difficult to reach by car and to park you need to use a public carpark that was very expensive: €. 28 a day.

Mislead by booking.com on parking - there are no parking facilities with this hotel. I chose this hotel for parking facilities. All parking is in the public car park which was full!!! We had to park on a meter for 2 days. Booking.com should not advertise parking when it is not available. You need to point out that you cannot drive up to the hotel the road had a bollard and you have to make a phone call for the access to the hotel entrance. Difficult to get access to the front of the hotel. Breakfast over priced for self service.

Nice, clean room, except for the bed which is two singles that come apart in the night. Staff is excellant and very polite. Nice location.

If you like to sleep in, the market on Saturday and Sunday mornings can be very noisy early in the morning.

Nice, clean rooms confortable furniture good services wifi very closed to the beach and the the town center indeed a 4 stars hotel.

The studio apartment was on the 3rd floor corner and had a wonderful double balcony although the area of the apartment was quite small. The design and soft furnishings were lovely.

There was no bath.

Have stayed before and really liked the hotel and the location - willl stay again in the future, hopefully for more than one night.

We have stayed there before. We were upgraded (again) and decided to stay an extra night. Superbly placed. Great staff. Lovely rooms.

The functionality of the room was poor. There was no plug near a mirror, there was no shelf or anywhere to put anything in the bathroom other than a shower stool, the bathroom basin was a 'plate' and the tap was only approx 8cm from the plate so difficult to get hands or toothbrush under the tap, the room was split by a wall that appeared unecessary. There was blood on the bedspread.

Everything except cleanness in the kitchen. It is really good place to spend vacation!

I don't think we had to wash the dishes after other people. The dishes and dishwashing machine weren't clean.

Modern, comfortable,convenient, reasonably priced, friendly helpful staff, close to the sea and good food.

The duvet was very hot for summer conditions with no alternative bedding. Thought a bit of an 'overkill' re internal doors e.g.toilet bathroom, bedroom and living! Overall really impressed with the suite/apartment.

LIked the decor and the fact that it was new and spacious apartment . close to sea side and amenities of Arcachon which are very good though a little expensive. You do however get what you pay for.

Our stay was ruined by the fact that the one night we were there our room fronted onto the plaza area and at 4 am the local traders started to set up thire stalls. Could not get to sleep with the noise. If staying again will ask for quiet room not facing the plaza on market day or any other day.

Very close to all amenities ,excellent helpful staff ,good facilities in the room ,good to park the car and be able to walk to all restaurants ,shops etc .

Nicely situated for all amenities, very comfortable room and facilities. Very clean, although a slightly better functioning shower would have been nice! The balcony from our room was very small and we were both unable to sit out, no room for both chairs and with the step from the room, a little lethal if you missed your footing!! But all in all a great stay we will come again, thank you. We were a little surprised to have to pay extra on arrival for 3 days breakfasts, we had assumed that bed and breakfast was covered in the booking!!

Great location right in town centre and 2 minutes to the beach front.Easy access to restaurants and shopping and easy to walk to train station to take a trip into Bordeaux.Staff were very helpful with perfect English so could easily advise on any questions one might have.Overall a great spot and appartment was very adequate for all our needs.

Web site needs to provide clearer information on parking as it took us ages to find a way in.Parking in actual fact was simple once we realised that we needed to use the public car park where the hotel had a deal.right underneath the hotel, We unfortunately spent time looking for an entrance for the specific hotel car park with very frustrating one way systems, so some clearer guide to incoming guests would help.

Fantastic location. Right in the centre of Archachon just 3 minutes walk to the beach wonderful food market next to the hotel. We had a great room with a large balcony on the ground level at the back overlooking a courtyard area.

we booked 2 x 3-person self-catering apartments. They were very well appointed, with everything necessary for the task. The presence of the daily market at the door made catering for out group of 5 a breeze. Noise from the market was not noticeable even though we were one floor above and over-looking it , as the double glazing blocks out almost all noise and the air-conditioning works well. The presence of numerous quality restaurants nearby made treat-nights easy as well. Our apartment had no balcony, but there is a very pleasant courtyard at the end of the corridor on the first floor that we used for outdoor dining or sun-downers.

I had booked well in advance and requested at least one apartment to have a balcony, but neither did. The staff attitude varied , depending on who was on the desk. Some of the staff were very pleasant and helpful and other staff less so. We were greeted very well but after 2 separate particularly unhelpful encounters between 2 of my group and a staff member soon after arrival one of my group commented, " It's as if once they've got you in here they don't care anymore." . Other staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We soon learned who to approach and who to avoid.

The wonderful proximity to the market, beach and shopping and lots of good reataraunts

The information about car parking was wrong: The common parking is not free (it is rather expensive) & the hotel has no privite parking
