Nobody at reception before 8:30 am and after 1900, They did not change the towels during my 3 nights staying, even towels of previous guset was on the floor during whole period of my staying, during my reservation I announced that I am on the wheelchair and need a wheelchair friendly room but they did not care about my very elementary needs like changing the towels, I do not recommend them at all.

It was a room in an apart hotel with a small kitchen that was nice because we could cook, and it has a small balcony. It is near a metro station.

In the website says that it has internet, but there's no wireless, it is cable internet. The view from the balcony was to the cemetery.

It was fairly conveniently located to all the tourist attractions.

No toilet paper in the room. Staff were rude. It was an expensive stay so we were hoping for more value for money. Breakfast was 7€ and was very basic, not enjoyable or worth the money. Was expensive to use the washing/dryer facilities, no instructions in English on how to use them and the staff didn't seem to want to help. The 'double bed' was a fold out couch, very hard and uncomfortable, the top quilt had some kind of vomit stain on it and smelt like cigarette. Very thin walls u can hear everything going on in the rooms around u, and the traffic in the mornings is so loud even with the window closed. The swipe card box to open the door was broken so they'd pulled it apart or something and given us a key, it took us 10 mins to open it cos the lock was shabby. Reception closes at 7pm with no after hours contact and isn't open on weekends (only for 4 hours on Saturday) so it makes it difficult if you have issues or need tokens for the washing machine etc. Definitely won't stay here again, I don't recommend it.

Le dévouement du personnel, dans un contexte plus que perturbé !

Arrivée a l’hôtel a 18h30, je découvre que le lit n'est pas fait, les draps ne seront livrés qu'a 22h30! Autre constat, une odeur d'égouts écoeurante dans la salle de bains... Pas de wifi obligation d'attendre le lendemain pour disposer d'un câble, et au vu de l'état de la prise réseau, pas surprenant que cela ne fonctionne pas ! autre aspect: le matin vers 06h45/07h00 grand bruit .. il s'agit du personnel de la salle du restaurant qui positionnes des fauteuils dans le hall d'entrée en les traînant sur la sol... Pas top comme méthode de réveil.. Aucun ménage dans la semaine de séjour.. Des équipements défraîchis, et des équipements de salle de bain qui devraient être renouvelés. Et au final, mon linge posé sur une étagère en dessous du cumulus est trempé.. Le cumulus fuit... Bref encore un lieu de séjour à éviter, le rapport prix /satisfaction très décevant,,

Creo que falta información previa al hospedaje para los huéspedes. Cuando llegué del aeropuerto al Hotel eran aproximadamente las 10:30 de la noche y no había nadie que me informara cuál era mi clave de acceso al edificio. Tuve que llamar a un número telefónico que había en la recepción para que me resolvieran el problema.

L'établissement est très bien localisé, situé à 5min du métro1 et il y a un petit supermarché juste à coté, très pratique lorsque l'on passe des concours au chateau de vincennes. Hotel plutot calme du fait que la plupart des clients sont des étudiants ou personnes y logeant pour plusieurs semaines.

Manque de matériel à disposition du client: éponge, pas assez de couverts...

Très bien situé, à 500 mètre du métro ligne 1 qui passe par les sites à visiter, accueil chaleureux du personnel. hôtel très calme.

Facilité d'accès-acceuil agréable et souriant-tranquilité totale-voisinage discret -suffisamment "en ville " tout en étant retiré et donc n'en subissant pas les inconvénients inhérants à l'agglomérationpremière expérience concluante

ce court séjour (5 jours) et pas à temps plein n'a pas fait apparaitre d'inconvénients suceptibles d'ê^tre relatés
