The people on reception were very welcoming and helpful and my studio room was comfortable, clean, relatively quiet and very well equipped so I could prepare my own meals. The view across the Loire to the Ile de la Cite was just splendid. Thank you I really enjoyed my stay.

Entrance of hotel can hardly be reached by car and parking can not be reached from the hotel which makes it difficult to handle your luggage.

-the bottle of the soap was finished & when i asked for new one, i was forced to get out the WC & went down to reception to got used one bottle of soap (which i passed 30 minutes calling them) -the room become so small if you open the sofa-bed (almost zero space) -the room was not much clean

Access is difficult even though it is close from the train station there is a 15 minutes walk that is not easy with luggage. Too bad there is no tram stop closer.

That our room wasn´t cleaned durign our stay - for 4 star apparthotel and 600 euros spent it isn´t very good. We had to also throw the garbage by ourselves because during the week there was nobody who could do it for us. And if there are 4 people in the appartmenet it isn´t very easy to keep this small room clean.

The location was very good and the hotel was a very high standard for very little money. The apartment is compact and has everything you need for a city break.

The car park was very difficult to access and there was no lighting because of building works.It was underground so pitch black and very difficult to see anything .The staff at the desk gave no warning of the fact that there was no lighting when we asked for directions to the car park on arrival. Very dangerous and really let the hotel down.

Lovely hotel, located 5 minutes from the main train station and Airport shuttle stop and 10 minutes walk from the Catheral, Castle and main shopping streets. The Beaulieu Shopping centre is 15 minutes walk over the Bridge. Access is situated behind a Football Staduim. Would recommend that you ask for a room over looking the Loire River. Great facilities room comprised of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen (microwave, dish washer, cooker etc). There are two English TV chanels available BCC Worldwide and CNN. Very informative and polite customer service and reception staff, diligent and organised on check in /out and a good standard of English.

There is no on site restaurant, restricted to a limited costly breakfast service 13 euro'S.

Clean, friendly, central location, parking, spacious.

No air conditioning. Only way to cool down was to open the windows which was extremely dangerous for young children!

If air conditioning is not working (or it is "en panne" as the French say) this should be clearly stated in the general infos of the Hotel. Moreover, it was not possible to open the window of the room. Shortly: we could sleep not even a minute since there were at least 40° in the room. We should have asked to get our money back but they ask you to pay at arrival!!!

The little kitchenette is a fabulous bonus. It is a very practical accommodation. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous and good value for all it's choice.

It is a fairly clinical atmosphere and the air-conditioning didn't work just at a very hot spell.

Not as handy to railway station as we thought - taxi would not take us due to the fare not being enough so had to walk with 4 pieces of luggage over cobblestones! restaurant not open at night.

We were pleasantly surprised because the reviews were mixed, however it fit into our schedule. The hotel is in a nice area not far from the center. You can walk, take a bike or a bus.. About a 15 min walk to the Ducs of Bretagne castle and surrounding area. Very close to the bus station to the airport and the train station is very close too. The room was comfortable, spacious, the towels big and fluffy, the whole atmosphere was modern, clean and comfortable and very good priced for what they offered. In the usa we would have paid much more for that kind of hotel. The receptionist was kind and helpful and there is a nice restaurant and cafe around the corner to start or finish ur day if you want to.

The a/c didn't work properly due to some problems they couldn't fix, but the breeze from the river was enough...

Very clean and friendly staff. Very good value. Renovations going on but this did not cause a problem. Apartment was well laid out and well equipped.

The apart hotel is excellent for families providing space for kids and adults alike. The hotel is a good 20 minutes walk from the the tourist area ie the chateau and 30 minutes from shopping. However it is a ten minute walk to a tram stop and a family ticket can be purchased for 7 euro. The apartment was clean and mod and the kitchenette was ideal. Teenagers enjoyed the view from the 15th floor and the free wifi!!

The car park is external to the hotel and is a little tight though our small hire car was fine. It lacked atmosphere and is really a base for hols as opposed to a destination in itself. NB. Would still reccomend.

Wi-fi inefficient , had to get new passwords. No egg cups at breakfast

The location and the relation quality/price are nice. It is possible to get the city centre in 5min by car and there are parking areas not too expensive close to the hotel.

The smell was not nice and there were insects (if you leave the window open).
