Excellent without question. Very good value for money in the off season. Walking to the center of the city was about 20-25 minutes,but all flat. There is a tram close by if walking is too hard. |

Very nice--even upscale--two-room suite. Great bed and the best fold-out couch I have ever seen. Kitchenette was very sleek and nicely equipped. Cool flat-screen TVs, and nice balconies overlooked grassy courtyard shared with various other types of apartments in rest of building. Parking in basement was nice, but required checking in first to get the garage door opener, and you also need that to get your car out... spotting a place to park on the surface was the challenge. There is a great bakery just down the block--in the same building, I think--we got breakfast there and brought quiches, croissants, etc back up to the room and consumed in comfort. Tub/shower "door" is very chic but water can get past it and onto the floor easily--just pay attention which way it's all going! |

Staff extremely friendly and helpful, hotel very good quality. very close to the train station and to the regional shopping mall. I stayed with my family and friends. |

New facilities, very helpful staff, excellent proximity to the nearby shopping center and metro station attest the excellent quality of the hotel. After two days the fridge, though new, in our room had a malfunction. The air conditioning didn't function properly too but the staff took care of it the next day. |

It was clean and functional and in the centre of Evry We had a roofbox on the car and couldn't get into the underground car park so had to park on the street |

The advantage of an appartment hotel is that you have more facilites. So if you need to eat and drink at odd times, yes you can! It is also economic when a family is sharing the facility. This particular place was brand new so we were "spoiled" living in a place where hardly anyone slept before. The Evry "Courcouronne" seems to me as an untypical place. The heating system is based upon air convection. That is, cold air in summer for air-condition and hot air in winter for heating. Unfortunately it was noisy even on min level. Solution: Switch the whole "thing" off via the remote control. I mention this as I have seen other reviews seeing it as issue. Note: The hot air was ~ 20 C, common for all rooms. |

Cet hôtel neuf possède des chambres assez pratiques avec équipements pour cuisiner et une belle salle de bain. La qualité du ménage est clairement à revoir! De la poussière dans les coins, des cheveux et poils par ci par là, l'hygiène des ustensiles de cuisine du frigo et du micro onde pourrait être améliorée. Mais ce que je trouve aberrant est le prix du petit-déjeuner. Pour 13 €, le buffet est pitoyable. Attention aussi à la procédure pour entrer et sortir du parking : il faut passer systématiquement par la case réception pour récupérer un boîtier électronique : vraiment pas pratique ! |

L´hotel est tres bien situé, a deux pas de la station de RER et aussi tres proche a un centre commercial. Wi-Fi a bien marché tout le temps. On n´a pas fait le menage tous les jours et il n´y avait pas des outils pourqu´on puisse le faire par nous-meme. |

Le confort de la chambre studio est excellent, c'est moderne et spacieux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et le parking en sous sol, avec accès direct à l'étage de la chambre, tout comme le service 24/24. Nous avons aussi bénéficié d'un prix particulièrement attractif pour la qualité, merci à Booking et à la Direction de l'hôtel. Nous avons séjourné qu'une nuit mais la kitchenette (donc pas utilisée)est très bien équipée. Un petit bémol sans gravité : la poubelle était pleine (un oubli sans doute !) mais le reste était parfait. |

Presque toutes les choses étaient parfaites – la chambre, la cuisine, SDB, le balcon, les lits, deux télés; l’ambiance agréable, très tranquille, beaucoup d’espace pour quatre personnes; a deux pas de la station RER. Malheureusement je peux dire il y avait aussi beaucoup de poussière dans les coins de chambres. |

cet hotel est destiné à des séjours de moyenne à longue durée dans le cadre de déplacements professionnels J'ai du changé de chambre en arrivant celle qui m'avait été attribuée initialement avait un siège de WC totalement cassé. Surprenant! |

Het hotel was goed te vinden, de kamer was prima en erg handig dat er een magnetron op de kamer is. Vlakbij het hotel is een groot winkelcentrum. Wij konden onder het hotel in de garage parkeren voor 9 euro, erg handig! |

Bonne prestation pour un Hotel résidentiel neuf... A voir l'evolution des prix et la maintenance a terme.Sinon le cadre des chambre donnant sur le patio est agréable. Néanoins la chasse des wc fuyait et la Clim devait etre éteinte la nuit pour pouvoir dormir. Le personnel d'accueil était moyen.... |

la formule studio avec kitchenette avec un confort de 4 étoiles ! Les petites attentions à l'arrivée dans la chambre, notamment une paire de chaussons... Le prix du petit déjeuner, exorbitant alors que le buffet n'a rien d'exceptionnel : il vaut vraiment mieux le prendre dans son studio ! |
