Value for money

location - really a bit further out than I'd thought. to get there from franchise mitterand station you have to walk through an industrial wasteland which is a bit intimidating at night. the nearer station (ivy sir seine) is NOT in the standard paris fare zone
The value for money was realy excelent.
There are better places in Paris, but much more expensive.
Nice hotel with big rooms.
Location. It could have been closer to center. Metro is 15 min walk.
Well equiped and clean rooms
Reception staff were not very helpful and didn't really understand our English or at least pretended not to.
liked the friendly staff and the cheapness and the fact that it had cookign facilities alebit limited.good location.
the cooker was very weak it was easier to microwave water than boil it, but it was better than nothing. Im sure the website said it had wifi but it didnt, it has ethernet cable only
I would like to recommend this hotel to everybody who travels on a budget or do not like noisy citycenter locations. This is a very nice appartament hotel. Very good value for money. Quiet and quite nice neighborhood. Almost no cars and no people. It is located in half industrial half "sleeping quarters" area. Rooms are well equipped, big enough. The same i can say about bathroom. Kitchenette has basic things to cook meals. Huge grocery store "Carrefour" is two blocks away (does not work on sundays). Check in desk is only opened 10am-7pm on workdays, but i didnt see a problem in that. Getting to the center of Paris is very pleasant. It is a 12-minute walk to a 7-line metro station "Pierre et Marie Curie" or a 15-minute walk to a 14-line metro station "Bibliothèque François Mitterrand". Both walks are fine and fun to feel yourself a parisian. On the way to the 7-line metro station is also a smaller grocery store. I liked this hotel very much for the price i concider very fair. PS in my room i only had LAN cable internet. For my laptop it provided great connection. But those who have smartphones or tablets only might be dissapointed because they don't have free wifi.
If you a backpacker or a young couple. Or if you are on buisnes of your own for a couple of weeks this place is perfect for you. If you seek comfort, luxuries and breathtaking panoramic views of paris it is not.
The mattresses are good and the pillows although they're single bed put together.
Well, they didn't change the bed clothes during four days that we're there. During the weekend there is nobody there to help you with anything, so toilet papel had to be asked on Friday. The internet connection didn't work during all these days and we had a problem with the shower, you can only take one shower per day.
A HUGE carrefour market at the end of the street, you can buy everything you want there. Relatively close to the RER station, about 7 minutes' walk. Wonderful kitchen, equipped with a large number of plates, pots and a microwave oven.
Found out that the RER station is located at the 2nd fare district, which means a little more money is needed to get to the city centre. But it didn't matter actually. One tip: the junior transport ticket at weekends is really a good choice.
don't have WIFI
Close to Paris intra-muros, very good quality accommodation for money
Not being told when I arrived that the electric rings in my studio were not working (they were fixed after 6 days)
Relatively close to railway station that takes you into the city. Close to a supermarket. Value for money.
Internet was mostly out of service and they promised to repair it only by the day we were leaving.
Confortable, the kitchen with everything ready to use, a supermarket at the end of the street, away from the city center but has bus on the street, metro station 10 minutes away on foot, but especially bikes velib 100 meters from the hotel in 30/40 minutes you can reache everywhere
I like the hotel cleanliness, heat system, availability of fridge/oven. It has nice and warmly room. It has a Carrefour supermarket.
I did not like is that it does not have Wi-Fi service. Also, the metro station is far away from the hotel location.
We were very pleased of the situation of the room. It was to a quiet street and no noise from outside came to our room. The room was surprisingly big and there were all we needed: kitchenette with cooking opportunities, fridge and microwave, own bathroom with shower, TV (although that we didn't need) and working Internet-connection! We had our own beds which were normal sized and quite comfortable. Even though it was August, the room temperature was good and not hot at all. We could sleep just fine. Metrostation was quite far and RER not very close either (but not so far). Bus came and left very close to us and was easy to use. We could take first bus and then switch to metro to get to the citycentre.
The beds were a bit squeaky which was a bit annoying in the two or three first nights but then we got used to it.
