The biggest plus is the price. It worths its money. location is not far from the bus stop, which will take you to the metro. Rooms are good also. It's very quiet hotel.

The main one was that they clean the room only once a week and don't give an opportunity to do it yourself(there is no things for cleaning the floor or something in the room)/Even if you ask them to give you it,they refuse.That's why we had to live the whole week without any chance to clean our appartment.

It is a clean, comfortable hotel in a nice area. Very good price for its services!

It was a little bit difficult to find it. Although we took the 325 bus, as recommended, nobody knew the hotel. Be sure you have printed the map before you get there!

The apartment was a decent size

Bad bad bad bad service. We arrived at 12pm midnight, the card allocated to us, would not open the door. There is no emergency phone, my husband had to walk around to find a phone. He was instructed to use the card for a different apartment, that too did not work as someone else was already in the apartment. Again my husband walked in the rain and cold to phone, finally at 3am in the morning, the final card opened the door. While I was waiting with the suitcases a young gentlemen arrived, who has been living in the building for 2 years and he said; that for as long as he can remember, he has regularly come home from work, to find people stranded in the lobby. The Manageress was completely unsympathetic and did not apologize for the unprofessional manner in which we were dealt with. Do yourself a favour and book a different hotel.

Nice small self contained flat, pull down sofa bed (good quality). We were on first floor which was very bright/welcoming and airy.......lift/door entry system/microwave/fridge/tv. Although an industrial type area........we felt safe walking in the area night and morning and would stay there again....... Reviews from other users.

No air conditioning in a sweltering 34 degree heat/ extractor fans didn't work........It was Tuesday before we saw anyone at the info desk to ask about laundry service etc. The nearest metro was about 15 minutes walk (Marie/Pierre Curie) but we stopped at the 'Metro Cafe' morning and night before moving on! Went to look at other floors and they weren't so bright and spacious as floor 1 but the rooms here had small private balconies.

City Center & Carrefour mart 10 min walk. Halal food restaurants were nearby. Overall it was a pleasant experience, will definitely stay on my next visit to Paris.

No Wifi internet access. I had booked a taxi through Séjours & Affaires Paris Ivry reception for the nearby metro station on our checkout date as we had luggage and a toddler with us and didn't take the risk of walking in early morning as it was raining on and off. Taxi came at the right time but the taxi driver took us somewhere else and even though I told him he is taking us wrong but he didn't listen and in the end dropped us in the middle of nowhere. We had to walk for 30 mins to reach the nearest metro station. We almost missed our eurostar for London.

Very noisy room facing the street on the 2nd floor, I asked to be transfered to a higher and away from the street but said there was no other room available .. Also the front desk was closed on the day we check out which was a sunday, lots of local students living in this place so it should not be a hotel at all ...

The only things I liked about the hotel were that it is near a supermarket being able to buy groceries and so, save some money. Ad the second thing "I liked", was the price. Being Paris, it's good price.

The cleaning service to the room, is per week, not daily. They didn't leave enough towels even when they were informed we are a four member family. Reception and maintenance personnel available only at certain schedule times, so if something goes wrong out of their hours, you are by your self No air conditioning at all in the whole "hotel"

First class location as a base to visit Paris. Absolutly charming english speaking receptionist. Excellent public transport links. No 325 bus 100 yards away connects you with the RER and Metro. Local huge shopping mall 250 yards at the end of the road with the Carrefour supermarket and parking if you want to fill your car boot with the excellent wine at 7/8 euros for 5 litre box. If on foot you have to go down to the car park to get a trolley. Primarily a commercial area but modern clean and safe. Close to the Seine if you fancy an evening stroll. Secure garage parking with remote up and over door. Would have no problem staying here again.

Discarded cigarette butts on the flat area next to the balcony were an unsightly mess. The booking site said parking is 6 euros per night but was charged 8 euros.

Only thing to like is the price

Very dirty. Hair over everything. Couldn't walk around in bear feet. Not close to Paris or metro. Have to catch a bus to a easy metro to city. 20Min trip

Good one. Convinient price, good location, calm place. Kitchen equipted well, big Carrefour is in 400 meter. Due to the work i didn't use all services in hotel - it was only for bad and web (cabel and fast). Staff was friendly.

Room was clean, but, certainly, wall renovation is needed - and this is only a complain of my stay in "Séjours & Affaires Paris Ivry".

Un peu penible pour les transports en commun,mais ca va quand meme.

Agradable ya que consta de cocina equipada, heladera... Internet con cable . tv etc economico, yo he ido con mi esposo he hija y nos has gustado mucho... Volveria nuevamente ... lo unico q esta un poco alejado, pero hay un autobus, el 325 que te deja cerca del metro que te comunica con toda la ciudad... Tb puedes volver en el 325 y te deja cerca del hotel. Tb hay un carrefour a pocas cuadras...

Que no te limpian la habitacion los dias que estas hospedado... Y en la recepcionistas estan una pocas hs

La cocina, la cama era amplia y la calefacción

La tv los programas solo son en francés el agua caliente se limita mucho

Rapporto qualità / prezzo molto buono per un albergo al limite del centro di Parigi , in zona tutto sommato tranquilla

Surtout la proximité avec Paris la gentillesse du personnel d'accueil et d'entretien et technique.

Le mélange Appart hôtel et estudiantines. (Un peu dur quant on a que deux ascenseurs). Puis le souci de connexion intranet difficile par câble, vaudrait mieux faire comme partout ailleurs avec clé d'accès uniquement Wifi. Merci à bientôt. Mme Ollivier s

Lo más atractivo es sin duda, su precio. Teniendo en cuenta que consta de cocina equipada, es excelente. No está exactamente en París, sino en Ivry-Sur-Seine, pero a 10 minutos andando. Lo suyo es coger el metro o rer hasta la estación François Mitteran, desde esta hasta el hotel hay un paseo de 20 minutos, pero si lo prefieres puedes coger el autobús 325, que te deja al lado. No veo un barrio para ir muy de noche si vais pocas personas, pero tampoco es malo.

Las muchachas de recepción no están presentes muchas horas.

Trochę daleko od centrum, ok. kilometr do metra.Rano problem z dojazdem metrem do stacji autobusowej

impossible d'avoir accès à Internet dans la chambre. Pas d'accès Wifi, et la prrise cable (RJ45) est HS. Le technicien n'est pas passé de la semaine. La propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer : poussière, miette en dessous du lit, toilette sale... Lit (enfin plutôt canapé/lit) très inconfortable. Le papier toilette qu'on peut assimiler à du papier journal tellement il est désagréable. Douche très étroite. Accueil désagréable : on va les voir pour signaler un problème... aucune solution proposée limite je les dérangeais.
