the location is fantastic,f ew minutes from the train station, not far from the centre of Poitiers the noise of the passing trough train as the hotel is near the station, during the day you don't pay that much attention but at night the noise is very intense and will for sure disturb you as it did for me for two nights

I thought that the girl in the restaurant at breakfast time was extremely helpful and friendly. I think the room could have been tidied up in the daytime whilst I was out.

It takes pets. The whole place smelt of cigarettes. It appeared to be full of noisy students and ladies of the night who were equally loud . . There is no air conditioning and when you open the windows to get some fresh air the busy TGV line becomes apparent . The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The kitchen was very basic, no kettle, no coffee maker, no wine glasses, no cereal bowls, all nicked probably. Do not visit this hotel .

I did not like the fact that the hotel closes at 8 pm. Also, the office sent an email to warn me just one day before, so that when I arrived, I stayed outside the hotel for a while. But I was Lucky because I met a resident guy that helps the office and could get in the my room. A recommend that the hotel office warn the guest by email just after booking the hotel.

It did what it said on the tin from other reviews. A good budget place to stay on the way too or from. The bed wasn't very comfortable.

Bonne organisation pour une arrivée tardive. Bien situé proche de la gare. Un bon rapport qualité prix pour un court séjour. Studio proche de l'ascenseur qui avait un problème qui générait un bruit effrayant à chaque fois que quelqu'un l'empruntait. Trains de marchandise bruyant. Obligation de prendre 2 studio pour un voyage en famille de 2 adultes et deux enfants: il faudrait des appartements plus grands.

Ligging is uitstekend.Prijs kwaliteit is uitstekend.Neem zelf het nodige mee om de afwas te doen, het keukentje is voldoende uitgerust om iets op te warmen. Ik zou niet voor dit hotel kiezen op feestdagen. Wij waren er met het paasweekend en er was 2 dagen lang geen personeel aanwezig! Er was zelfs geen noodnummer. Oh ja, er waren problemen.Dit is eigenlijk compleet onverantwoord. Ik kan dus ook niet beoordelen of het personeel vriendelijk was of niet. Er was ook geen wifi-beschikbaar.

La situación, justo al lado de la estación de ferrocarril y relativamente cerca del centro. Es un apartahotel con cocina. La cantidad de obras que hay en la ciudad.

Excellente localisation, à 2 min de la gare SNCF. Les bus pour aller, entre autres dans le centre-ville, sont au pied de l'hôtel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la possibilité d'arriver en dehors des plages horaires d'accueil. Equipement (plaques électriques, micro-ondes, frigo) et vaisselle suffisants. Literie très satisfaisante. Excellent rapport-qualité prix. Enfin, bien que situé près du chemin de fer, l'hôtel est très calme. Nous reviendrons sans problème.
