was a bad location with the much more dust and more construction around with noise without nform me the first room in 4 floor was with the bad smell and after i payed 20 euros and geve me a good condition room. |

the hotel is new. The standard room is of very small size - around 20 sq.m including bathroom, that would be ok for 1 person but not for 2. There are very small windows at 4th floor so try not to book the room at this floor. The hotel is not finished yet so you can see and hear construction works around |

Aparthotel was very new and clean, but was very difficult to find beacuse the address was wr9ng the booking formgood breakfast, but glad we were only staying one night A bit too basic for our needs, very dreary with only a roof light in the studios and too compact for ourt liking. No bar which would have been a bonus |

Incredible two story room with everything you need to cook for yourself. The bed is on the second floor and the cooling is on the first floor. It was way too hot to sleep even with it on max. |

Nice clean rooms. Good location. Breakfast not worth 16 euros. Web site states that there is a Leasure centre and sauna but there is only a sauna. |

Comfortable bed The situation is still surrounded by construction sites which makes it much less convenient to access. Some electronic equipments were making background noise. |

El personal es muy amable y el equipamiento del apartamentito muy completo. Es el único 4 estrellas en el centro de la ciudad. La cama era malísima, tipo sofa-cama, para poder recogerla durante el día y tener un mínimo espacio. |

Todo muy nuevo y robusto. Aunque no esta en el centro, se puede llegar en pocos minutos. El personal atento. Aunque puede llegar a ser una aceptable alternativa, en jun/2009, la zona esta en obras(gruas, ruidos,...) asi como el aparcamiento, de pago, al descubierto(y hay pocas opciones). Desayuno caro. |

Espaço do banheiro; água quente/fria; atenção das recepcionistas; espaço externo. O hotel parece estar ainda em fase de inauguração. O café da mnhã (16 euros por pessoa) está muito caro, sendo muitíssimo mais vantajoso fazer o café no apartamento. |

Hôtel n'est pas encore totalement terminé, je suis garé sur une fondation qui est censée d'être un parking, l'entrée au plafond a encore des canalisations apparentes. Le pire sont les travaux et les constructions qui encerclent hôtel, on ne peut pas y accéder sans se salir les pieds, de ce fait la chambre est très poussiéreuse, nous avons du dormir habillé. |
