I thought the room was a great value for the money. Very centrally located. Rooms could use a paint job. Homeless in the area at night, but did not bother us. |

Excellent hotel for families. Very good kitchen equipment (all that is needed is there- plates, pots, cofee-maker, mikro-wave, cooker, dish washer, dish washing powder tablets, dish towel... everything), easy to prepare all kind of food. Very clean hotel. Fiew steps from supermarkets, close to Opera Garnier and Airport bus. |

Proximity to centre and many sightseeing places (Opera, Louvre etc. all in walking distance); located in very good area; easy to unpack luggage from car as hotel is in a quiet dead-end street Beds for children fairly uncomfortable; parking which is recommended for guests was closed on Sunday when we arrived |

accommodation very central and easy to find . Self catering aspect worked well as Supermarket very close. Metro near by. - very hot and difficult to thermo regulate - double pullout bed most uncomfortable- bed linen/ towels fresh but the rest could do with a good fresh up. By 8 pm the atmosphere of the area changed with large numbers of homeless beddig down, we found it uncomfortable walking by them with young chidren . Not a suitable situation for children or females staying on their own . |

We only liked the location which was very near Galeries Lafayette and Au Printemps and was quite central. We hated the hotel - the staff were rude and unhelpful, and it was presented and advertised as an apartment hotel, but it was nowhere near an apartment, just a tiny room with kitchen facilities. We would never ever go back there. |

Great location. Perfect set up of apartment with nice design and complete kitchen equipment. Very hard beds...for a 2 week stay not the best but this is personal. Cleaning servcies were messy and not very dedicated to make the apartment shine and feel fresh. Just a quick towel change and a toilet scrub. |

It was a nice compromise between apartment and hotel. Having mini kitchen facilities was great for times when we just didn't want another restaurant meal. It was also nice to have the breakfast buffet option. Locations was good. Grocery store around the corner and short walk to Opera and Metro. |

The value of the money spent is outstanding. The interaction at the reception is super. No car parking (even the public parking the hotel is dealing with closes @9:30 pm where resident can not access his car afterwords!!). |

The location of the hotel is superb: just behind the Printemps. A lot of cafes and shops nearby where you can buy food. The rooms are well-equiped with all the necessary kitchen devices. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. |
