Residhome Paris Opéra

今回は他の場所への経由地として1泊しただけなので、寝れればいいという感じでしたが、アパートメントタイ- プで、食器や電子レンジなどが設置されていたことが良かったです。

プランタン、ギャラリラファイエット、モノプリが徒歩1分！バス停、駅も近くてとても便利な場所でした。

トイレットペーパーとバスタオルの補充がなくて困りました。また、エアコンの調整がスムースにいかなくて暑- かったり寒かったりしました。

Staff service is quite normal level, it is not worth for 4 star hotel service. It took a while to get Disneyland information from the receptionist, and the number she gave me was all in French, I couldn't call by myself. It was hard to understand that 4 star hotel receptionist can do such service to foreign guest.

Not enough toilet paper, and even no tissue in the room. When I asked to replace the toilet paper, they said they don't do it usually, it is really 4 star hotel service? We had to buy tissue paper, and coffee filter. For the money I pay, they should have a plently of toilet paer, tissue, and coffee filter which guest don't need to bring for the vacation!

Good location - just within walking distance to Metro/RER, Printemp & Galaries Lafayette, thus very convenient.

Reception service ceases at 9 pm every night with only a security guard at main entrance, so urgent housekeeping service is not provided during this time. The floor was not cleaned thoroughly when we moved in the first day and we requested them to re-clean again but the reception asked for additional charge though it was finally turned down by us.

It was near to the shopping district like La Fayette, it was acessible easily.

At night, there was a lot of beggars sleeping around and prostitute around the region, but not really that close to the hotel.

Excellent hotel for families. Very good kitchen equipment (all that is needed is there- plates, pots, cofee-maker, mikro-wave, cooker, dish washer, dish washing powder tablets, dish towel... everything), easy to prepare all kind of food. Very clean hotel. Fiew steps from supermarkets, close to Opera Garnier and Airport bus.

The convenience of the location, accessibility, cleaniess and size of room are ideal, i enjoyed

price is a little too steep for the breakfast

accommodation very central and easy to find . Self catering aspect worked well as Supermarket very close. Metro near by.

- very hot and difficult to thermo regulate - double pullout bed most uncomfortable- bed linen/ towels fresh but the rest could do with a good fresh up. By 8 pm the atmosphere of the area changed with large numbers of homeless beddig down, we found it uncomfortable walking by them with young chidren . Not a suitable situation for children or females staying on their own .

Very near to shops, metro and railway station, great supermarket just around corner.

Sofa bed very noisy! At the least movement the springs squeaked!

It was a nice compromise between apartment and hotel. Having mini kitchen facilities was great for times when we just didn't want another restaurant meal. It was also nice to have the breakfast buffet option. Locations was good. Grocery store around the corner and short walk to Opera and Metro.

The personel was really helpfull. Wirelless connection was provided but wasn't mentioned on the details for the hotel.

Location was superb, as was the staff.

Very noisy street below with pallet jacks for local merchant beginning very early and being very loud.

in generale ben collocato propio dietro la galleria lafayette,quindi ti trovi al centro delle importanti vie,a 10 metri da un ingresso metro e altri due nel raggio di 100,disponibilissima la reception specialmente una ragazza di nome eloide.buono il piccolo angolo cucina

un po piccole le stanze e il letto troppo rumoroso e non tanto comodo,la pulizia dovrebbe essere migliorata ,niente vista dalla stanza,in poche parole non propio ottimo per starci un intera giornata dentro,la sera anche se vicino al centro e pieno di clochard.......ma non ho mai sentito schiamazzi
