Balcony, cleanliness of rooms and floor, breakfast
Room not cleaned after last occupant, given another room but heating/aircon would not switch off, cigarette butts all over the balcony and the appartment smelled of smoking
The staff looked after my grandchildren who had missed their connecting flight, The grandchildren were full of praise for the staff who had done every thing to make their situation better thank you
Nothing to dislike
close to the airport, Shuttle to the airport
There was a bad smell in the Area coming from a farm close by.
Excellent location for an early flight from Charles De Gaulle Airport after having spent some time in the Loire.
Nothing but I only had a short stay of 1 night.
Appartment was big enough for a family of 5 (with 1 infant and 2 older children). Separate kitchen. Quite silent in the nearby of the airport - the street or other gusts are more noisy than airplanes (but we were tired because of a intensive trip). Value for money is very good especially for a family with 3 children.
Residhome is a part of Sejours/Residhome appartments. When we came to the reception desk to check-in, we've been sent to an appartment in Sejours part which has smaller appartments, no air-conditioning and no elevator. When we realized that this is not an appartment we've paid for, the lady at the reception desk said that we've paid the price of the cheaper appartment. After showing her again our booking information we have been moved to a better room, unfortunately with the view on a noisy part of the street (where the cars comming to the Residhome were stopping). The information on the booking.com site contained the information about "garden view" in the offer, so we had again to argue with people at the reception desk. Unfortunately a room with "garden view" was not available for our first night so we moved there before the second night (not so easy with 3 children). We were not able to turn on the air-conditioning (I am not sure if it was broken or not, I wanted just to test it, but thanks to a quite calm weather it was not necessary). The appartments need some refreshing, some kitched tools are missing, some things are broken (eg. shower was leaking, in some rooms wi-fi connection is not working).
I liked everything! This kind of place is so perfect for a family. And so close to the airport, it is really good.
Everything including: Free shuttle to/from the airport (for train to Paris for four of us), reception staff, bar to relax in, fast room-swap for better AC, location, pleasant walk around safe and clean village.
Nothing. The apartments are fantastic.
The apartment is clean, near to airport and the kitchen is complete.
The wifi facility is not good.
Transfer to airport good.
Wifi signal was strong but too slow to work. Hard to find by car.
Close to Airport, Free shuttle bus, Close to groceries and shops Spacious and clean, Convenience of an Hotel-Appartment
Kitchen fully equipped but missing fork and spoon. Requested a baby crib at booking and check-in but find out that it was not in the room. Had to request 3 times for the missing items prior to be provided. Shuttle bus actually do not go to the airport Terminal but to the railway station where you need to take the train (free). That was never mentioned to us and apparently to other customers too. Some furniture were really a bit used and the floor was even burned at one point in the middle of living room.
The receptionist was so arrogant, he letQue guapa mi Tommy! Estas en france en esa foto? us to waithing for the room until 4:00pm o'clock because he forgot to did the check in.... To bad because we arrive the hotel at 7;00 am
Only cleaning once a week, very bad service, no customer focus, don't use the name "hotel" anymore.
Really well located for CDG airport and has a free shuttle running every 40mins.
Great for the proximity to the airport, if you mean to book this for a place to stay in Paris, look again.
We enjoyed the spacy rooms, the friendly and helpful staff as well as the service and equipment. The hotel was ideal for our family with two small children and good value for money
The staff were very helpful
It's not close to Euro Disney as states on booking.com Two hours in trains and shuttle.
Clean rooms at a decent rate (compared with the hotels around). Easy transfer to the airport & back. Also a special thanks to the very customer-friendly gentleman behind the reception desk in the evening.
Had to pay for underground parking as the free outside parking was full
Like the location close to village and places to dine within walking. Staff was helpful, room clean and comfortable. Great value.
Asked for wake up call and didn't get it. The 3:00 PM check-in is a problem for someone that has been traveling for a long time.
value for money suite special
Really nice location and very quiet.
No curtains! And we were on the first floor. Also taxi took us to the "other" site with the same name. Took a much longer time to get to the airport than stated
Be careful before booking this hotel if you are looking for a hotel that is quick and cheap trip to the airport. Booking.com says they offer a "free shuttle" which is only partial true. The shuttle runs from 6 am-11:30--so if you have an early flight, you must take a taxi-which costs 25 euros. If you are able to take their shuttle, if only runs every 4o minutes-not convenient. To get to the hotel from Paris you must spend 20 euros on mass transit to get to the airport (takes 1/2 to one hour) and then wait 40 minutes for their shuttle to the hotel. You are better off staying in Paris and spending 50 euros and one hour to get to the airport.
It didn't cost a fortune, the room was HUGE! The bedroom had the night shutter on the window to block out light. That was great. It was close to the airport with a free shuttle from and to where the RER B train meets at CDG 1 & 3. The small village is nice to walk into and have a bite at 1 of the local restaurants.
Walls were thin, so not fully soundproof. But we weren't bothered by it. The wild grass outside the patio was not so attractive to us, but once you close the curtain it's out of sight.
