The receptionist on duty on March 27th at 10:30 pm showed an unpolite behaviour when a friend of mine asked him for a Taxi or Shuttle to Terminal 3. Appart from this, the personnel was good.

Great value and spacious. Excellent service.

Shuttle from Airport takes time.

Proximity to Premiere Vison (villepinte exhibition centre) and very comfortable bed

Stove top was slow and did not work properly. It is described as a "full kitchen" but there is no oven. Wi-Fi was patchy.

i would not recommend, we had no heat, the bus shuttle service was atrocious....very disappointing experience!!!

Didn't have a pillow the first night, the shower head was broke, missing towels, internet access was down all weekend.

Clean, budget-friendly, excellent location.

The staff is very friendly. Room is very wide and clean with one twin bedroom and one living room with double sofa bed and bath room and kitchen. Also have two TV one in bed room and one in living room. Wifi free is available evevy where. And free shuttle to Airport, it is very convenient for us to take early flight. Price is very cheep Euro.81 per room for four persons and breakfast is Euro9.5 per person.

Liked the village feeling so near to CDG.

Perfect for our 4 day visit to Paris, a 20 min drive into the centre of Paris, lovely and quiet despite proximity to the airport. Small kitchen perfect for making breakfast and getting a pack up sorted to take into Paris for a days site seeing. Would definitely use this again.

The front desk receptionist was extremely polite and helpful,very helpfull to my family {to my 3 kids).

Great location. Close to the airport, but in Roissy which is a surprisingly nice village (the creperie in town was great). Bearing in mind you are next to the airport the hotel was very quiet (with windows closed). Good space in the unit.

The unit was not well enough equipped for 4 people who wanted to sefl-cater. You are provided with a kitchen but cloth, washing up liquid or tea towel. We ate breakfast and one evening meal in and washing up was difficult. We asked about this and were told we could bring our washing up over to reception (we assume this was a misunderstanding as it seemed an strange answer). There were only 2 towels and not enough spoons or forks for 4, although extra were given when we asked for it. The phone didn't work and we mentioned this immediately on arrival and three days later when we left it had still not be repaired.

1. Worst airport hotel in more than 30 years of traveling. 2. Understaffed. Don't stay here. 3. We had 3 apt. suites for our family for 2 nights. Only 2 towels were provided for a family of four in each suite. Requests for more towels went unanswered. No maid service during our stay. 4. Chose hotel because of shuttle to airport and wifi. Shuttles 40 minutes apart and not at all airport locations. 5. Wi fi did not work in 2 or our 3 apt. suites. Our family includes a computer programmer and an engineer. No technical help in hotel. 6. Two flat screen tvs in each suite, but remotes did not work on several of the tvs.

The space. Having a living room and a small kitchen was so much better than just a hotel room. It was quiet and had a comfortable bed. Nice to have a balcony, and though this place is not close to public transportation, they will cheerfully drive you to the airport where the train station is and pick you up whenever you are ready.

It was hard to get on-line and couldn't figure out the temperature controls as the guide in the room was not for the model currently installed. Not close to restaurants, but they do have a sandwich and snack fridge in the lobby area in case you can't go walking. It was pouring when we got there and we used this for dinner.

Large rooms with cooking facilities were fantastic, it was clean and tidy. Good bed and shower. Excellent sized lounge and balcony.

Poor airport shuttle service, and inability to catch taxis as they would not take you if the shuttle didn't pick you up because the distance was to short for them (4km), so unwalkable esp on a highway. No assistance with wifi not working. Very overpriced buffet breakfast.

Klantvriendelijk. De kamer en faciliteiten waren precies zoals beloofd. Snelle adequate service.

Het was vrij gehorig binnen het appartement, daardoor wat onhandig met kinderen. Airco kon niet uit.

Le bel espace de la suite. La chambre séparée. Le plateau repas dans le réfrigérateur pour celui qui arrive tard.

L'horaire matinal pour quitter l'appartement, 10h cela est un peu tôt lorsque l'on prend la chambre à minuit. Et à 9h 50, la femme de service vient taper à la porte pour nous déloger. Il est possible de demander 1h de plus, mais au dessus ils facturent . Midi serait l'heure idéale.
