Clean and spacious apartment. Good area. On street free parking.

Pool was closed long term so if this is important for you then check first if it is open for your planned dates. I booked many weeks ago and the booking confirmation stated that the pool was closed, however I did not pay much attention as I assumed it would be open when we were due to stay. It wasn't a big problem for us.

New builded hotel , everything in top shape, kitchen with everything it needs,( all but fan extractor ) , room safe, french dvbt channels. Bus on the corner , goes to rer train station that leads to city centre ( or can swap in between with the disneyland line). Goood, reliable broadband 7up/1down ( vpn works).for groups: calling between rooms works, and is free of charge( your room no is your phone extension no)

Cleaning is charged extra, bin liners not provided, only french tv channels

Room size

Advertised fitness centre, only reason I booked to stay there. Fitness centre closed but no refund allowed as I would of changed Hotel. Not Happy..

Good and comfortable decoration, clean room, nice breakfast & reasonable room rate

There is no public bus on Sunday, so can only walk to the subway sation, which is 2 kilos away from the hotel

The size of the room and the price we paid were really good. We had a one-bedroom apartment and the children slept on sofa beds in the main living area - I had been a little concerned about this but the beds were actually of excellent quality and very comfortable. It was nice to have cooking facilities and this helped to save a little money on breakfasts and lunches etc. It is clean and modern (if a little tired in places) - the particular high point was the pool which the children loved (one of the main reasons I booked the apartment). Parking is very easy and free if you park along the road - this was a bonus as we were expecting to pay 10 euros a day to park in the hotel car park. Handy to have. All in all, I would recommend if you have transport and don't have nosiy neighbours.

The receptionist who was on duty when we arrived wasn't very helpful and didn't give us any information about pool opening times etc - we'd presumed there would be some info in our room as is usual in hotels but there was nothing at all. When we went back down to ask, he was very dismissive and told us that he had already told us all we needed to know (which he hadn't!). Only a minor annoyance but irritating all the same! Also, only one pillow was provided for each of us and there were none available when we asked for more which is unusual in a hotel! On our second night, I was kept awake until 4am by the inconsiderate guests above us having a party - the receptionist (a different one) did try his best to help (probably the sight of me in my PJs for the 3rd time - best avoided!) but to no avail. Obviously, this isn't the hotel's fault - we were just unlucky - but it did highlight that perhaps the sound-proofing between rooms wasn't great so if you are after peace and quiet (like I usually am) this may not be the place. If you have no transport, the train station is quite a trek and it also cost 19 euros for a return for 2 adults and 2 children so quite expensive. We had a car and my husband was happy to drive into Paris on our second day and this proved slightly quicker and cheaper so we were fine but might be worth considering if you haven't got the car/don't want to drive.

The covered swimming pool

Very comfortable and very clean room. Good facilities. Nice pool. Wifi in room !

All was fine.

Good self-contained little apartments with double bedroom and double sofa bed, small kitchen area and dining table. Free to come and go. Bus outside hotel to train station (5min) then 20min to Paris.

Not the easiest trip into Paris although very doable. Room not particularly clean (crisps in draw from previous occupant). Plug in bath didn't fit and no air con.

Spacieux , propre

Les appartements le long de la route sont bruyants , la vaisselle est juste prévue pour le nombre de personnes ( pas 1 petite cuillère de + !!)

design agréable, bonne clarté, espace spacieux

- une télé HS (mais il y en avait une deuxième qui fonctionnait bien !) - une lampe de chevet HS - qualité des petits déjeuners moyenne

Tout est parfait pour ,c 'est notre 2 ieme séjour dans cet hôtel et nous apprécions à chaque fois le confort et l' accueil avec les petits cadeaux de bienvenue !

Sans gps ; il a été difficile de trouver l'hôtel car selon la route par laquelle on arrive , ce n' est pas bien indiqué ou on ne l' a pas vu !

Ruime kamers en zelfs een upgrade van 2 gewone kamers naar een appartement. Parkeren onder hotel, voor 10 euro per nacht, prima geregeld.

Dat we niet in het zwembad/hottub konden...was voor onze kinderen (7ex.) een grote teleurstelling bij aankomst. Onze keuze was juist dit hotel door het zwembad.

Le design de cet appartement très fonctionnel. Les équipements : télés, cuisine équipée, lits d'appoints...

Les photos indiquaient une belle piscine et nous comptions nous y rendre. Je trouve regrettable, d'avoir appris tardivement (après avoir validé la réservation !) que la piscine était inaccessible pour cause de maintenance. Vous auriez pu faire un geste financier...

Je suis un client habitué et jusqu'à présent je n'ai toujours dit que du bien mais cette fois...

- Un seul oreiller - Le temps d'attente pour obtenir la facture le matin alors que j'avais payé à l'arrivée - La VMC trop bruante

de kwaliteit van het gebouw er mankeerde van alles aan de kamer. alsof het te snel in elkaar is gezet. zoals losse tegels, deuren die niet open of dicht konden. kapotte gordijnen. afwerking was ook niet zo netjes......en een veel te kleine ontbijt zaal t was een klein drama om je ontbijt bij elkaar te krijgen!!!!!!! dit is zacht uitgedrukt. ook wat broodjes meenemen naar boven zodat we als gezin samen konden ontbijten in ons appartement ! mocht niet.

Placé à peu de distance de chez ma fille chambres confortables bien equipees propres

Petit dejeuner catastrophique : le premier jour on nous a permis d' aller dans un coin tranquille vip avec nos amis m et mme Callen tres bien; le lundi petit dejeuner dans la salle commune et comme lors de notre dernier sejour il y a 2 ans : rien à manger les serveuses s affairaient mais etaient debordées : pas de pain pas de croissant et pris d assaut dès qu elles remplissaient les paniers je n ai pas eu de yaourt ni de jus d orange , pas d assiette pour le fromage et la charcuterie : j ai pris celle de service ............pas de serviette !!! etc etc ai voulu le signaler à la reception , employé ennuyé et employee béate ne comprenant pas que je sois ennuyée ..............il parait que " les chinois mangent tout ".................elle n y peut rien

Le calme , le confort du studio avec tous les équipements nécessaires , une literie de qualité .

Netjes en schoon

Je kon het parkeerterrein niet af automatisch. Kosten 10 euro te hoog! Zwembad en whirlpool konden niet gebruikt worden! Geen compensatie mogelijk..! weinig wc-papier Hotel is niet te vinden zonder GPS !!

l'entrée du parking, il y a parait-il un bouton ?? il a fallut que je descende de voiture devant la grille et que j'aille à l'accueil pour leur demander d'ouvrir . et ça à l'entrée comme à la sortie. il devrait y avoir un badge ou un code à composer. le système actuel est vraiment déficient.

La taille de la chambre , le confort ,

J'avais vu sur internet que les chiens étaient acceptés avec supplément . Donc pas de problèmes sauf qu'arriver sur place je signal donc un chien et on me demande si c'est bien un petit chien . J'ai un bouledogue français , il a fallu quelle appele la responsable pour savoir si c'était bon . Les gros chien ne sont donc pas acceptée
