Close to city centre and all facilities. Clean comfortable room with a comfortable kitchen and modern bathroom. Could of used a kettle for boiling water instead of pan and a toaster. Will the French ever learn. |

That it was quiet and comfortable. Access to the hotel was extremely difficult, the password/pincode supplied by you wasn't the the correct one so we could not get in. After driving for 10 hrs. we were very upset to find absolutely no one there and nobody at the phone number for emergencies. You did not inform us that we need contact the hotel in order to get the correct access codes. |

l'emplacement dans strasbourg.le fonctionnalisme. l'accueil n'est pas prêt à faire des efforts pour simplifier le séjour de touristes sur le week end. le check out est a 10 heures du matin, le dimanche, il n'ya personne; il n'est pas question de déposer ses bagages en sureté le temps d'aller prendre son train..."on ne peut pas faire ça, car si on commence à faire ça pour tout le monde....!" (dixit la chargée de clientèle). |

le rapport qualité prix intéressant, un petit studio bien équipé, la proximité du centre ville à pied, de surcroît proche de la gare. Accueil satisfaisant, malgré le fait que tout soit fermé le we et jour fériés (accueil et petits déjeunés) durée du séjour 4 nuits, et le ménage non fait pendant cette période. Elément secondaire, mais la vue sur l'arrière du batiment et parking avec un vis à vis très proche sur les appartements d'en face, volume d'eau chaude tout juste pour 2. |

La proximité avec le centre est intéressante. L'hôtel est calme et le couchage tout à fait correct. Le coin cuisine bien équipé et très pratique. |

Een zeer warm onthaal en flexibiliteit zodat dienstverlening op maat van onze wensen was. Ongelukkig toeval of niet, met 8 mei als feestdag gevolgd door het weekend, had het hotel onvoldoende wc-papier voorzien voor drie dagen en was er geen personeel aanwezig om de kamers op orde te brengen noch om permanentie te voorzien aan de receptie. |

Месторасположение, очень приемлемая цена для расположения в центре города Если невозможно предоставить какие-либо из заявленных на сайте и предварительно запрошенных услуг (например, в нашем случае, парковка и номер twin) хорошо бы информировать об этом заранее. Пришлось долго искать, куда поставить машину. |

La proximité de l'hôtel le rend très agréable. Le rapport qualité/prix est très satisfaisant. La literie et la propreté étaient moyennement bon et il n'y a pas de quoi faire la vaisselle( ce qui est embêtant quand on l'utilise). |

Su ubicación Que, habiendo ofertado posibilidad de desayuno, estuviera cerrado el servicio sin haberlo advertido. Por otra parte tuvimos dificultades de acceso al parking en la segunda puerta. Tampoco pudimos pagar in situ la habitación porque el personal estaba de vacaciones |

Удобное расположение на середине пути от вокзала до знаменитого собора, улица (переулок) со слабым движением. Достоинством является микрокухня (плита, мойка, холодильник) позволяющая питаться экономно и автономно. На двоих 2 стула - оказывается, это не во всех отелях! И кровать нормальная Смутило отсутствие фена и единственная кастрюлька-ковшик, она же за чайник. Ожидать микроволновку, может быть, было бы перебором, но такая экономия представляется чрезмерной. А вот в Эдинбурге за те же деньги была площадь в 3 раза больше и все-все включая утюг! |
