Great place. Large rooms. The breakfast was really nice.

On our last day there was a problem with the hot water. Fortunately this problem that was solved quickly.

We reserved a non smoking room and were given a stinky smokers room and since the reception desk computer was down when we arrived (so we couldn't easily change rooms) we spent a stinky night. Next day we moved to a better room.

Good space in a studio apartment; useful kitchenette with sufficient equipment for simple food prep during stays. Full size refrigerator. Good size bathroom, shower/bath, all clean; Comfortable bed, sufficient bedding. Good clothes storage, usable desk/table with firm chairs. Good transport connections, Tram 100m, back to metro & on to city; one stop to Patte D'oie and you can find bus 66 to/from Airport at 1.60e. also at first at Arienes nearest metro, is Carrefours supermarket, plenty of choice for the kitchen. City is pleasant, with easy walking, alongside some metro or bus options. Typically the transport is excellent with crossover within an hour of entry, to bus or additional tram/metro travel, all at 1.60e. some classic buildings, soaring, blockbuster churches, but I was here for music, enjoyed my stay, within a comfortable climate for early March.

Considering the uk is a neighbour and eec partner, as well as English being generally a world language, the only tv option is cnn, which is a poor choice when at least world bbc should be available and possibly other channel choices. 6 nations Rugby, and no way of seeing results let alone the games highlights, and Toulouse is a rugby city!

Room was ok, medium size; big bathroom; clean; free public parking near internet was working ok

Staff from reception ( kind of jerky) - told them that we had problems to access the hotel parking with the card that we used in the room -they didn't care, didn't fix the problem...and the reception was closed after 21:00 so we couldn't enter the parking...even if we had a double room we constantly received towels; slippers for 1 person. The dishwasher machine didn't work..and you "had to wash the disher" otherwise it was a fee for 15 euro. Can use internet on one device at a time....the noise from the air conditioning was disturbing

Your very friendly reaction when we had to change our booking for two persons into one for three! The closed parking is a big advantage. The friendly staff who allowed us parking next day into th afternoon because on sunday the city was closed for Marathon! Good connection by Tram and Metro to city.

New facility, clean,attractive accomodation. Simple packed meal available for those not able to go out and search for a restaurant. Reason for choosing the hotel initially was that it was within walking distance from the music concert at the arena.

More colour in the room please. Very functional but but a bit cool.

Great location just outside of the city centre, close to tram and and Metro. Prompt check in with friendly English speaking staff. Good small kitchen and has coin operated laundry in the basement. Secure parking on site. Family friendly stay. Would stay again. Did not use breakfast on site.

Residihome is an apartment hotel. Our apartment was very comfortable, clean and well appointed with everything needed for a self catered city visit whether there for business or pleasure. We stayed for one night and would consider a longer stay here or in another location without hesitation. This one had easy access to the metro / tram to the city centre.

On the Booking.COM This Hotel promise not to take money beforehand but they did that... MOreover they took again twice the same price for my one night staying. It was going to be only 75 eu but I paid 241 eu and they didn't return money!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!! WORST HOTEL ALL OVER THE WORLD!!!

The convenience for the metro both for day and night transport

Most things. It was very reasonable and was exceptionally well equipped. Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful.

Absolutely liked this place the room was very spacious two separate rooms each with its own tv. There was a little swimming pool at the back of this hotel (never had the chance to try it), it was within walking distance of local shops and the staff was help and willing to help all the time. The car park was secure making you feel comfortable your car was safe and the place just had a relaxed feeling. You even get free slippers which are pretty comfi. If you plan to arrive late don't expect to order a take away they all shut early but the hotel does in the room have microwave and fridge so you could bring your own stuff.

There were a few down points. The wi-fi only allows 1 device connection at a time from your room total let down. The breakfast isn't worth the euros they charge you'll find it better to go to Macdonald's up the road and you have to empty your own bin when you leave.

Quiet even with closness to the train

There is far to few parking spot for the hotel number of room Especially knowing it is a very convenient hotel when driving intothe city Had to park in the curb in a very akward way. Underground parking is not available so even less spot

We chose to stay at the Residhome Toulouse Occitania as it was close to the airport. The room has a kitchenette and would be good for budget / longer stays in Toulouse. Secure parking is also available, but we just parked on the street. There are easy transport links to the centre of town, either by tram or a 10 minute walk to the metro station. Breakfast was very good and included a large self-serve selection of meats, cheeses, fruits, cereals and drinks.

The hotel is very clean, studio spacious with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with all comodities. Ideal for families with children especially if on a budget. Breakfast very good and always fresh. Free parking an asset. Hotel is in a residential area and though not far from city centre one has to use transport especially at night. Very convenient if you are travelling by car.

Good Value, well appointed, on a busy road so a little noisy but all in all an excellent stay.

Nice clean rooms, good parking options (visited off season).

No surprise, but the apartments and surroundings were not really well suited for small children. No place to gather 4 persons for dinner, even though it was booked as a 4 person room.
